Freight Rail does more than move goods. It drives America's economy. Every dollar invested
generates another $2.50 in economic activity, spurring growth from farms to factories.
And here's the best part. Freight Railroads fund their own infrastructure, saving taxpayers'
billions while powering the economy forward, from reducing highway congestion to delivering

Robin, how are you and how are you feeling after that episode of Raw?
I, you know, talked to bottom. That was a pretty eventful episode of Raw. It started off with chaos,
and I think they built a lot of the potential matches for WrestleMania. I feel like a lot of
things were answered. You had Dan Howell's in, which we'll get to, I'm sure, after, you know,
what happened at Elimination Chamber. And then you send it off with CM Punk and Roman Reigns.
And I said this the first time those two guys stood face to face in the ring with microphones.
You could just run that from now into Las Vegas. Roman, punk, promo battle. What I liked about
it tonight though, is it introduced the element of it being personal some more and the idea of
physicality. Because once Roman said that the one line and punk grabbed him in the arm and say,
wait, wait, you're not going anywhere. Let me finish what I got to say. It gave you that hand.
All right, you know, this is not going to be just talking. These two guys are going to scrap.
And then when he dropped the line at the end about I'm going to bury you next to your father,
you know, that's the one that that makes it a little bit more personal on top of Roman already
saying that he hates you. You know, and so that to me helped build and sell that match even more.
And I get a kick out of Roman calling him fill every time I definitely get a kick out of that.
Did my tweet hurt your feelings, Phil? Dude, that tweet that he put out yesterday.
I someone told me here during the stream because I hadn't seen it. And someone told me like verbatim,
like what he said, I almost didn't believe it. I had to go on Twitter, go to Roman Reigns,
just Roman Reigns is the Twitter account and read it for my I had to see it with my very own eyes
that I thought, oh my gosh, Roman Reigns just basically buried this match with Sam Punk and
Finn Balor 10 feet under him and because that was brutal. But here's the thing, Robert,
the last time you and I were here talking about Roman Reigns and Sam Punk and the confrontation we had,
you and I both agreed that Roman Reigns won that promo bottle. I cannot believe that I'm going to
sit here for a second time in a row and agree that once again, Roman Reigns won that promo war.
We are, I would say for this series of what we're going into for WrestleMania 42, I feel like we're
2 and 0 when it comes to Roman Reigns winning these promo wars. Now, the reason I say that is because
Roman telling Sam Punk that he was going to that he was just there for, you know, just a salad
couple of t-shirts that he's hanging out in the back, but that he's acting like he's this new person,
this new man, but that everybody knows that he's in the back bitching and moaning. I thought,
yo, is there truth to that? We don't know. We're not in the back with Sam Punk. What are the boys saying?
What do they say about Sam Punk behind his back? Do they say something behind his back? I was
thinking all of these things when Roman Reigns said that, but then when he added the part about
sending Sam Punk off to NXT and having them train guys so that then they could send them up to Roman,
I thought, dude, like you're basically calling, you're basically saying that Sam Punk is old and
that he's winding down his time there. And I thought to myself, holy shit, when Sam Punk said
that line about his father, to me, it felt like Roman Reigns had won that promo war so like he had
gotten Sam Punk so good during that that Sam Punk had to sink below to new levels of,
basically, you know, having to bring up his dad father because he couldn't come up with
anything else like here's the thing. Roman Reigns has a shit ton of material because Sam Punk has a
lot of baggage, has a lot of stories, has a lot of things that you can pick from to attack.
Roman Reigns, there's just maybe a couple of things here and there that he could use as material.
So he had nothing and had to bring up his dad father.
And when Roman Reigns is speaking it, you feel the truth in it. You know, Sam Punk has a lot of
baggage. Like the bags under his eyes that he referenced. When you see Sam Punk, let's be
real about it. Dude's not smack dab in the middle of his prime. You know, he's been a workhorse
champion, but he's not smack dab in the middle of his prime. He's closer to the end than he is to
the beginning. Then Roman also called him the backup plan, which has a lot of truth to it too,
given the injuries, given what happened to Seth Rollins, with Sam Punk supposed to be in this position
at this point. I don't know about that. And then there's just the truth about Roman Reigns,
which is Sam Punk's biggest piece of ammunition and all this is that Roman's part time, right?
Like Roman, you're not here. You know, I'm doing the work while you're not here. But why is it
always a bigger deal whenever he is there? Because he's better than everybody else. The truth of the
matter is Roman Reigns is on a different, what did the shirts say, greatness on a different level?
He is. The energy picks up, you know, I'm sure the thumbnail of this show is going to be talking
about Roman Reigns. You know, he's not there all the time, but when he is there, it matters. So
is it a pickle in a certain sense? Yeah, I guess, but it also proves that the guy is exactly
who he says he is, the tribal chief. But it's so, yeah, it's so good whenever we have these
confrontations with Roman at CM Punk. And I love that moment that you mentioned earlier,
where he grabbed, where CM Punk grabbed Roman Reigns's arm, because I thought, we're finally
going to get some, you know, actual physicality, but the build up, I guess you can say the
four play of this. I was so good that you're like, oh, I'm ready for this. I'm ready for the
actual, you know, moment to happen here. And that's what we're kind of like what it feels like,
where it's been, you know, these two confrontations. And now I just want to see more. And this is
the, I was saying earlier during my watch along Robin that this is the match that is currently
selling WrestleMania. They still have been really named another match that we that is going,
there's nothing yet. Totally, I mean, you can say Drew and Randy, but let's be real, that match
ain't going to happen. We'll talk more about that later. That's the match that is selling
WrestleMania. And we need to utilize any time that Roman Reigns is there and they did it last
time and they did it once again here. I thought this was fantastic, man, it makes me sad that we can't
get this every single week or something similar or just some sort of interaction between Roman and CM
Punk. Every single damn week leading into WrestleMania, because if we did, that should would be lit.
Now I don't know how many dates Roman is supposed to be here for. I know they put out a graphic and
all of that, but I don't have a graphic. March 2nd, March 16th, March 23rd, March 30th,
and April 13th. Oh, so we kind of have them for, wait, say those dates again one more time.
According to this, it's March, after today, March 16th, March 23rd, March 30th, and April 13th.
Okay, so he's going to basically be there for the, for the one month prior to WrestleMania.
So he has one week off, which is next week. And then after that, he'll be here every week. Okay,
that's so good. Yes, you know what, we'll take what we can get, man, and I'm looking forward to that,
that one month period of getting to see Roman Reigns and CM Punk consistently. I want to see,
I want to see more vignettes. I want to see more of shake getting personal between them, like
another, I'm sorry, I'll take another confrontation, at least one more. And then of course,
the brawling, it's going to have to happen. We're going to have to get some sort of an attack. I want
to see, I want to see them get creative with this one because these are two men. I mean,
Roman Reigns was basically calling CM Punk soft. Even I would like him to even utilize social media,
even more because when Roman Reigns does tweet out stuff or, or if CM Punk were to put something
else, it would hit harder than if anybody else on the roster and any other storyline did.
When you have Roman at CM Punk Tweety, people shut up and pay attention.
Yeah, I mean, you mentioned it, his tweet the other day, you know, stop me in my tracks too,
like what, yo, you know, so it does feel like a bigger deal. And I think, you know, tonight,
they did a good job possibly establishing some of the rest of the rest of the WrestleMania
card. And I think in a elimination chamber, they strongly hinted that the night one main event
is going to be Cody and Randy, which feels bigger than anything else that they had had planned
for that spot. Um, but yes, of course, for Drew Catching Strays.
Robin, how dare you? I mean, I, I just tell the truth to these as I see it. Oh, I'm by the way,
I got a conspiracy theory that I want to share about that in a second. So remind me to share that
on this show. You can, you can, you can, because I might not remind you, but share. Okay. Okay,
well, okay, fine. My conspiracy theory. And I was talking about this on the post show,
but I didn't say what my conspiracy theory was. I saved this specifically for right now.
All right. So we all know that on SmackDown, they're going to do Drew McIntyre versus Cody
Rhodes. And clearly, I think we're all predicting Cody Rhodes wins there and goes off to WrestleMania
to face Randy. And that is going to be the match. So the question is, was that always the plan?
Was the plan always to have Cody Rhodes versus Randy? Or was there ever a shot that Drew McIntyre
was actually going to make it to WrestleMania as champion? Here's my conspiracy theory.
I don't think Drew McIntyre, I don't think WWE ever intended for a Drew McIntyre to be champion
at WrestleMania. In fact, I think they took the title off of Cody Rhodes because Cody Rhodes is
one of their biggest stars. He's their QB1. And they wanted to have Cody Rhodes take part of
what two big matches took place during that time. The Royal Rumble and the elimination chamber.
I think they took the title off of him just so that they could put them in those matches and
utilize his star power for those two particular matches without having to put them in an individual
storyline and sell both the Rumble and the chamber with Cody Rhodes in it. So I don't think they
ever intended to have Drew go to WrestleMania. I believe that that was always the plan.
I agree that it was never the intention for Drew McIntyre to be the champion at WrestleMania.
I don't know if it's because they wanted Cody in the Rumble and the elimination chamber necessarily.
But if you recall back, there were a lot of those segments where Randy Orton was giving that
title a look. And it was Cody Rhodes that had it at the time. So to me, that was actually a long tease
to this match. It's kind of a dream match in a sense. It's a marquee match. Now whether it was to
get Cody in the Rumble or in the elimination chamber, perhaps it could have also just been to mix
it up a little bit because it had gotten a little formulaic. I was certain Cody Rhodes was going to
win that match and then he lost and I'm like, holy shit. So was it for that? Or and the other
thing was an added benefit? I don't know, but maybe you're right. But I don't. I'm like 90 plus percent
positive in my conspiracy theory. I mean, I'm in a hundred percent. I thought the Hudge.
Women's intuition, Robin. I don't think the plan was ever for Drew to be the champion at WrestleMania.
Yeah, no, I don't think so either. And I think that I thought that that was the
originally going to happen. And now that I really take a step back and think about it, that makes
the most sense to me. And also the fact that Drew Mac, I mean, sorry, Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes,
like you mentioned, they've been having those teas as God forever, forever. How many times didn't
Randy go up to Cody and say, hey, man, whenever I get the chance, I'm going up to your title,
I'm doing it in a respectable way, because I respect you, Cody. They did that at least like three
times. So like they were telling us for the longest time, this is going to be the WrestleMania match.
And it took me a second to really realize that and go, huh, they've been telling us this for a long
ass time. And I think no matter what, we were always going to get back to Randy versus Cody,
because Randy, having that match for Cody is, you know, like a dream match for him. And he's
been talking about it and in press conferences and interviews and, and you name it. So it was always
right there. And you know, I just, I was, I was blinded by the lights, Robin. I was blinded.
Well, I mean, they did do a nice job with the swerves in that sense, with Drew winning it.
And then even like at the time, it felt kind of surprising when Randy won the elimination chamber
until you, you know, the RKO, I don't know where and then you're like, oh, yeah, that makes,
because I got a text right after that. And, you know, somebody said it was a multi-man match at
WrestleMania. I was like, well, unless it's Cody, unless Cody gets the title back, it's a multi-man
match, because I knew it wasn't going to be Randy and Drew. And then sure enough, Nick, all this
gives Cody the chance, like 10 minutes later. Literally crazy, huh? We found out during the
post show. I didn't even know. When people started telling me, I thought they were just speculating
then they were like, no, this is happening. I was like, ah, what is happening? And then all
of everything just fell into place. Anyways, we got Uncle Donkier says the smoke him Roman.
Oh, he definitely did. He smoked him like a brisket. We got Uncle Donkier says,
Phil crossed the line there. He had to sink very, very low cue the Kelly Clarkson song that is
exactly what we saw there. We got plus ultra Adrian here who says, Robin by fast because it was
actually good. Dude, I felt so stupid at the end of the show when we saw the little end screens.
I'm like, oh, shit, Ross over. I don't know why I just didn't even realize it. I think because I'm
so used to sitting down here for a three hour Smackdown that my brain just thought there was still more
to do. Thank you, Adrian. We got McTarrow here who says, holy shit, love this promo CM Punk won
this one. Oh, McTarrow, I think it was that last line, but I think overall Roman Reigns did
win this one. Wait, Robin, did you, did you agree with me about Rob Roman winning or did you
have CM Punk? I could, you know, I could see the argument for CM Punk this time. Like the first
one, I think Roman cleaned his clock. This one, you know, I feel I still feel like Roman had the
better individual dishes and lines, but CM Punk had a lot of mic time to work with. And he also
had, you know, brought a certain level of passion to it and escalated the feud. So I'm not mad
if somebody thought CM Punk won this one. We got Nightwolf here who says that that Roman feud
will get very heated. Oh, I believe it has. That thing has been turned up. We got LaRage Johnson
here who says Roman and punk. It's personal, very personal, personal. I think it's always has been
personal because Roman Reigns, we went CM Punk was an AW would constantly, you know, he had through
jobs at CM Punk. We've talked about the past with the needle mover. Roman saying he wasn't a needle
mover than making the shirt out of it. I mean, this has been personal for a very long time.
I would be very curious to know what Roman Reigns and CM Punk's interactions are backstage.
If they even have, I don't even know what they're, what they're, it might just be like hello,
hello, I can't even, I can't ever imagine Roman Reigns and CM Punk bonding ever.
I mean, Roman Reigns might just show up five minutes before his segment.
That's it. Yeah, yeah. We got Ongodong here who says that no need to talk shit about family
unless they still workers. No, we've been seeing that a lot. And mind you, Drew did that a lot with
Cody too. You know, he mentioned also, you know, the late Dusty Roads as well. Thank you,
Ongodong. We got MD, the engineer here who says usually RAW is laughable. This was pretty fun
in my opinion. And they needed this Robin coming off of Elimination Chamber last night.
There was a lot of criticism towards WWE, the match quality, the booking, you name it.
People were pissed across the board. Did you, did you see some of that? And what, I don't know,
would you think of it? I thought the Elimination Chamber matches were lacking. I thought the matches
kind of sucked. And as a card in that sense, it flopped. I thought the angles worked,
if that makes sense. Like Randy Winning and then Cody getting set up for the rematch,
injected some life into WrestleMania. So in that sense, it really worked. Rhea Ripley,
obviously Winning puts a bigger star on the marquee on the women's side and the stuff that's
taking place on social media this week is added to the heat for that match. And Dan Howes
and started conversation, which is never a bad thing. So I think the other stuff worked
in Elimination Chamber. It's just the actual work itself, wasn't great.
We got Luis St Mendis here who says that damn that promo went hard. WWE needs that energy
for WrestleMania season. Amen. I second that. Luis, that felt good. Yeah. We got Jason here who
says, did you see that J Kager sign with Power Slap shot? Oh, he did? Oh no, that doesn't seem
appealing, Robin. I've never actually watched Power Slap. Besides some of the clips that have
gone viral online, that's the only time I've come across it. But it just doesn't look appealing.
Well, because it's just like, you know, a brain injury wing that happened.
I mean, like the CTE slap. I mean, that's basically, I look, I know people,
people gravitate to stuff like that because it's like shocking, whatever in clip format. But
yeah, well, I don't want a TKO getting too mad at us. So
Thank you, Jason. We got W Karrams here who says that I know the last time will be highlighted.
But I sneaky think Roman worked punk there when you break it down line for line. Good stuff
all around though. You know, and it's hard to tell, man, because these guys are pros, man.
And the way that they deliver their lines and the way they hit at things and we've seen them go
at a certain degrees. Sometimes it's hard to tell. Thank you, W Karrams. That's a good theory.
We got David Primero here who says how dare WWE not put any women's matches tonight.
Oh my God. Yeah, you're right. Earlier, someone mentioned that, yeah, someone, it was big time
bachelor who had said earlier, he said to me that, you know, the women he made, he made a, like,
a comment saying like the women were in the back and catering. Meanwhile, we were stuck with Jimmy
Uso, the Jimmy Uso match. And then the, uh, the Chad Gable, RIO match that we got here. And I was
like, oh, yeah, you're right. But then in my brain, I thought, oh, because we got some women's
segments. I think I my mind got like tricked. But yeah, you're right. We did not have any women's
matches today. We did have to live Morgan. We had to live Morgan promo. We had the, the, the
the Amical break, the Amical break up of Ria and EO. We had the Nadi promo. Um, I'm trying to
remember. Bailey and Bailey, Bailey and, uh, uh, Bailey and Lyra. Yeah, I guess I didn't
notice it because I felt like the women had a presence on the screen, you know, but yes,
yeah. So they had five, uh, that I can think of right now five segments, but they were all talking
segments, uh, no women's matches. Oh, shit. Yeah. And when AJ Lee went out there, uh, I thought
she was going to have a match. They could have teed. Like, it felt like it was teased when they put
when she said, like, oh, any woman, I'm going to be a fighting champion. And you can just come out
and it'll happen. And then, you know, they showed a camera shot of the entrance, but then nothing
happened. So I thought, oh, I guess that's not happening today. It kind of feels like most of AJ
Lee's promos and stuff. I don't know since her reintroduction hasn't done much for me. I got to
be honest with you. Like, I, I was kind of like bummed when she won the title. At least Becky's
entertaining. Um, you know, like, I don't, I don't know what's going on. Light it up. Well, do
something to light it up because mix it up, something spice it up, something that AJ Lee right now
is milk toast as far as I'm concerned. I feel like they need to have her, uh, one she, well,
she says she's going to be a fighting champion. So I'm holding her to that. And they did tease, uh,
EO, oh, yeah, EO had came out of Adam Pierce's office as Bailey and Lyra were going in to try
to get a match with AJ Lee. So I think they kind of teased. Okay, maybe AJ will wrestle EO,
maybe show Russell Bailey, maybe show Russell Lyra. Um, I don't think she'll have, I mean,
God, if they do three matches before WrestleMania, that would be huge. I don't think they do that
many, but I'll just throw that out there. Uh, thank you, David. We got Astro waves. What's
that? Astro waves? Thank you so much for the super chat says up. I'm really curious if they keep
this feud just punk, Roman or throw people like the rock into the build. Could it be a way to
sell more ticks and also help them build towards Roman versus rock at WrestleMania next year? Look,
I'm going to be real with you, Astro waves. I don't think that they're going to do that. I don't
think they should do it. I don't think they need it right now. Um, I think Roman and CM Punk are
pretty much cooking on their own. However, and I, and it's funny because I'd robbing you and I
could never escape this topic, the topic of the rock. And as much as I want to see the rock versus
CM Punk, the rock versus Roman reigns, the rock versus Cody Rhodes, as much as I want to see those
three matches, I have kind of hung my hopes to the side when it comes to that. I don't really feel
like that's going to happen anymore. I feel like they should have done Roman rock a very long time.
A long time ago, excuse me. And I just don't think that it's going to happen anymore. I hope
I'm wrong because I do want to see it though. Well, I don't think throwing the rock into this makes
any sense. It would make it really convoluted at this period of time. And it doesn't need it. These
guys are selling themselves, whether the rock is done, done. I feel like if the rock is going to
wrestle one more time, it's going to be against Roman or WrestleMania next year. That's, you know,
I feel like if he's going to be in the ring, it's going to be Roman. That location makes sense.
The money involved and all that stuff. That would be my bet.
Asking for more than one match is a lot. And it's kind of a shame we never got rock and Cody,
because that really got a lot of heat during that time period and felt like a natural match.
But I don't think we're getting Dwayne in there twice. So if it's going to be once,
it's going to be Roman. We literally had the rock practically little brother Roman
ranged during that segment because he came in and he stole the damn spotlight and him and Cody.
Oh shit, like they hit top tier levels. Thank you so much, Astro Waves. We got multi-billionaire
in the building. What's up, man? Thank you so much for the super chat. He says some say Dom versus
Finn at Mania doesn't need the icy title. I disagreed. Dom stole it from Finn Baller last year.
The story could have been Finn's revenge. I wonder, I guess for me, I didn't really think about
it like with or without the title. I just want the feud already. I think because they teased it
for so long that I don't even care how it happens with or without as long as the feud happens.
Because I think we are so overdue with Finn Baller leaving the judgment day.
And then today we saw Dan Howes and by the way come out and curse Dominic right before his match
with Penta. And even though Finn and JD were out there, there was a moment where they were
going to bring in that hammer. But Finn stopped it. He was like, nope, you got to let Dominic
win on his own. And that within itself was a huge tease. Again, that they're no longer on
the same page, man. And Dominic has, I guess, if you want to start pointing fingers, he can blame
Dan Howes and but he's also going to blame Finn Baller for his actions in this match up here.
So I personally think that that's it, man. Because like even within Penta and Dominic,
that whole story with him chasing the icy title, that's been going on forever. So that took
too long. They finally got to it tonight. Congratulations, Penta, very happy for him.
But damn, they took forever to get there. And then they've taken forever with the Dominic
Finn Baller storyline. So I think at this point, whether without the title, I don't care,
just have the story, have the feud implode now. Oh, it is. It's definitely happening now. And
I don't think it needs the title because it has the seeds of resentment, but because it has
the fact that it was simmering for so long, so that them exploding in that sense has that the
natural built in heat. And this way, you give Penta something to run with and hold for his own.
So you can establish two things at the same time. Actually, really three, the Dan Howes and Curse,
which is a bit, but once he did that, it was a foregone conclusion that Dominic Mysterio
was losing the intercontinental championship. And I think it's a foregone conclusion that the
Dominic Mysterio and Finn Baller feud is up next because of all the, oh, he's got to do it by himself,
talk, you know, that sort of deal. And they clearly aren't on the same page there because Finn is
more honorable right now. And Dom still likes to play a little dirty. So I think that's where we're headed.
Yeah, I know. I'm with you. I'm with you. Thank you, multibillionaire. We got Kevin A. J. Kevin,
how are you? He says, hey, Janice is it fair to say that Roman might be better than punk on the
mic? Oh, you're, look, I can't say it because CM Punk has been great for a longer period of time.
And we have different performers and a vast demographic of different types of performers that he's
gone on the mic with him. However, damn, Roman Reigns has freaking delivered in this feud with CM Punk.
So I would say overall, CM Punk's still my goat when it comes to that. But right now,
Roman's definitely challenging him. I think you just used a lot of words to really agree.
Yeah. No, I don't though. No, Roman, because CM Punk's had so many more though. He's had so many.
And to me, like, Roman hasn't had that many. He's had some great ones. Don't get me wrong, but
it's just, it's the time. It's the amount. Well, I mean, you have an iconic one like the pipe bomb
that has its own name. It's kind of like, you know, take over versus ether in the rap battle world with
Jay-Z and Nas where like, you could argue take over is a better record than ether. But ether is,
it became a phrase in the lexicon. Like, you got ethered. pipe bomb has become a phrase in the lexicon.
So it's like, it, it, it cements CM Punk is like a Mike God because he, he's got the pipe bomb promo.
And I don't know if you necessarily say that about any one individual Roman promo.
I think the one where he cooked Seth Rollins and sauteed him up is a big one from Smackdown a
a while back, but I can't even tell you the exact day it happened. But I think when it comes to
aura and presentation and overall Mike work now, Roman's the best there is. I mean, I really
believe Roman is the best there is. And we've now seen him stand face to face with CM Punk twice,
cook him once, probably edge him in the second one. And you know, what iron sharpens iron,
right? Like, does that not give you the answer? I mean, maybe CM Punk responds on the road to
WrestleMania. But if, if Roman keeps winning these battles on the mic, how do you not say he's better
there? Damn. Crazy stuff. Can't disagree. Can disagree, Robin. He's challenging him. It's all I
got to say. He's definitely had a major glow up when it comes to his promo work. Thank you, Kevin.
We got Anthony Giuliano. Hey, Anthony. He says, hey, Denise and Robin, Denise, are you going to
the superstar Vegas on Thursday? I also emailed you on the email you have on here to collaborate.
Thank you so much, Anthony. I currently at the moment have all my spots filled up for co-hosts
and things like that. But thank you for still asking and putting yourself out there. It is the year
of shooting your shot. And you definitely have to do it. And as for the superstar and Vegas,
I am planning on going, I don't know what day I'm going though yet. I guess I have to figure out
my schedule for WrestleMania still. Thank you so much, Anthony. We got CJ here who says,
without hindsight of last mania compared to last time, without hindsight of last mania compared to
this time last year, would you say you're more excited for mania now compared to the point last year?
I was more excited last year, but I think last year I was more excited because I felt like we just
had, I'm sure you remember where we were at at this point last year. I don't know. I think I was
more excited overall just because it was, you know, a last bit. It was the first time, you know,
in a long time back in Las Vegas, WrestleMania. I was personally excited about that. There was a
lot of buzz coming off of the elimination chain. Yes, last year, elimination chamber.
He'll turn happen. Yes. So like, I remember last year during this time,
oh my God, Robin, every single video that I remember putting out that had to do with John
Cena's heel turn, it was like getting massive freaking numbers and there was a lot of excitement
in the air. There was people that didn't even watch wrestling that were reaching out to me to talk
to me about John Cena's heel turn. And I was hearing from people that I didn't even know
John Cena had turned heel. So there was a different total, different vibe and atmosphere
in the air around this time last year. Whereas this year, we're all talking about,
well, the tickets are too expensive and the storytelling's not good. An elimination chamber
sucked at what is WWE doing? So yes, totally different vibes from last year to this year.
But to be fair, the rock came in for elimination chamber in retrospect because ticket sales were
slow, right? And that excitement only picked up because of the heel turn. It wasn't, you know,
anything before that. It was that one, which now looks like a parlor trick in retrospect,
because it never actually paid off or went anywhere. So I think when you look at
on its on its face, I'm more excited for Roman and punk than I was for Cody and Cena other
than what the hell is going to happen with the heel turn. Now that's, that's a big thing. Don't
get me wrong. But just the, you know, those guys face to face and the match itself. And now the way
the card is shaping up, I feel like the card top to bottom might be stronger than last year's.
Thank you, CJ. We got Bailey Darlie here who says I would like Roman to bring up the cold
bearing WWE while this promo war is happening and love the promo. Amen. I'm telling you, he's got a
big giant Santa Claus bag full of things that he can say to see a punk. Thank you, Bailey.
We got W. Carrams. W. Carrams. Thank you very much. As mentioned to you guys last week,
that Penta winning the title and doing Finn Dom without a title made the most sense to spread the
wealth. Love that they did it and couldn't be happier for Penta. I agree, man. We needed to kind of
level start leveling things up with Penta. I worried that they weren't even going to do it at some
point. Oddly enough, I interviewed Penta at the 2K 26 creator fest. And I asked him, I was like,
what's your wrestling a goal? And he said, I want to take dice. He titled off of Dominic Mysterio.
And I thought, oh, that's nice. And I kind of doubt it. It was even going to happen. And then
low involved, it happened. And now I don't know if they're going to run it back at WrestleMania.
Oh, no, I'm sorry. No, I'm wrong because he's going to most likely face Finn, my apologies.
The question I was going to say was, I don't know now who Penta is going to challenge or excuse me,
defend the icy title for two. There you go. Sorry. Thank you, W Karam. So we got Hardie punk here.
It says that first Raw House and Curse shifts from Triple H to Dude Wipe's Dom. What? Dude Wipe's
Dom. I think he was wearing that on his, he was wearing advertisement. Yeah. Oh, shit. I didn't
realize that. Oh, damn. Hey, shout out to Dude Wipes by the way, who should sponsor me. Okay,
my husband uses Dude Wipes. Okay, I can vouch. All right. Anyways, thank you, Hardie punk.
We got W Karam here who says Gunther and Dragon Lee was outstanding. Oh, I agree. He says,
I could write a thesis on that in ring stories, in ring story and telling. Gunther is a damn master.
They worked that crowd perfectly sticking with my Mysterio call for WrestleMania non-retirement.
Robin, I loved that match. I felt at one point like I wanted to get up and clap
because I was so entertained. What I loved about Gunther versus Dragon Lee was that Dragon Lee
went out there, attacked him before the match started. So he got started very, very hot.
But also Gunther was trying to do anything to kill him. But he was, and he was getting a shot.
And he was getting his damage in on Dragon Lee. But Dragon Lee was moving around the ring so
fast and finding different ways to counter Gunther that he almost tired the big dude out.
Gunther, did you see him out there dripping buckets of sweat because he could not take out Dragon Lee
as easy as he thought. I had the, I thought these two guys are they're so different yet they had
such great chemistry together. I loved this match. It was, it was my favorite. Aside from Roman and
punk, it was my favorite moment of SmackDown was watching them wrestle. Give me Gunther and Rey Mysterio
at WrestleMania. I am ready for it. The way Gunther unmasked Dragon Lee, you know that's going to
set up the feud there with Rey Mysterio. The way that that match worked and the back and forth
shows that Gunther can work really well within that style and who's better at that style than Rey Mysterio.
Now the question is, is Rey's career on the line? Because if it is, then like the, the heat would,
the heat would do the match without the thing. Yeah. If you're to ask somebody like who's the most
universally liked wrestler of all time that nobody hates, it might be Rey Mysterio. So for Gunther to
retire him would just add to that, that the, the booing chorus and everything. But even if it isn't
a retirement match, I am sat for Gunther and Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania. Dude, yeah, I know
you're right. He works very well with fast paced wrestlers and I like that Dragon Lee is getting
his flowers too, by the way. Because Dragon Lee, for a while, he was that guy that showed up,
but then they didn't really do anything with him. He would kind of pop in here and there,
but then that was like the extent of it all. And then I think things changed after he teams with
Aegis styles. I wouldn't be surprised if Aegis styles kind of put in a good word for Dragon Lee.
And maybe that's what, you know, set the rest of this emotion. But I feel like Dragon Lee for a
while was kind of like the forgotten luchador. And I don't say that because it had anything to do
with his talent. It was more so that he wasn't given the same opportunities. And it didn't really
feel like they had any plans for him. And then suddenly, here he is tag teaming with Aegis styles,
winning gold with Aegis styles. And then suddenly he's out here having a banger of a match with
Gunther. It's crazy. He looked great in that match. And that was a PLE worthy match on Raw.
Was anything on elimination chamber better than that match? No, no, absolutely not, absolutely not.
Thank you so much W Krams. We got B Goku zero. What's up, dude? He says that to see him
punk in the words of Booker T. You didn't just say that. Tell me you did not just say that.
That's good. That's good. B Goku zero. I haven't thought about that in a while. Thank you, man.
We got Bailey Darlie here who says, I'm happy Dan Housen curse Dom and Ali Knight kidnapping Paul
and Seth killing Paul. I forgot to mention that. That was a hot start to the show.
Seth hitting Paul Heyman with a chair and curb stopping him and ended up getting him busted open
and he's carried off in an ambulance. That was fantastic. What do you think of that?
Yeah. And again, you're setting up WrestleMania angles there. So you had all these different
mass men coming out and then it's Seth Rollins. But I think it's clearly going to be the Usos
against Logan Paul and Austin Theory in a tag match at WrestleMania. Then my question becomes
what happens with Seth. You see LA Knight pull the ambulance away or whatever the Paul Heyman's in.
And he's had a few going on with division for a while. So does that actually confirm the
possibility of a Brock Lesnar and LA Knight match or could we get Brock Lesnar against Seth Rollins
at WrestleMania with Brock coming in as the Calvary for Paul Heyman?
I think the better option and we know what the better option is. It's Seth and Brock out of those two.
That's the better option. I mean, I would still kind of hope for Oba Femi, but I think if those
are the two options, I would say Seth Rollins. You're starting to look at a really stacked card then.
Roman Reigns and CM Punk, Rhea Ripley and Jade Cargill, which now has some heat added to it.
Seth Rollins and Brock Lesnar, Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes and then whatever else they do with
the mid cards and under cards. I mean, but the top of the card is taking shape nicely. And then
to the Dan Housen bit, I thought it was an effective follow-up on his introduction and some of
those lines were legitimately funny, like a Triple H pointing. Yeah, I like that too. Yeah, I was like,
hey, come on, everybody wants their Triple H pointing side fixture. Come on. Come on. Let it have it,
let it have it. Thank you, Bailey Darlie. We got W. Carrams here. It says D-E. No, deaf.
He says definitely don't want Seth Brock. Do you think that's coming? Here's the thing. I wouldn't
mind that at all. I know people would rather have Oba. Trust me and I'm with you, but I feel like
Steph's style with Brock. It just has meshed so well in the past. I would like to see that again.
It's been a long, long, long time. So I'm not against it. I prefer this so much more than Brock
versus Zellie Knight. It feels fresh in a sense and it feels big. You know, you do it. It does.
It does. It's not something we've seen a lot lately. Thank you, W. Carrams. We got Asteroids here.
It says, what do you think about the social media back and forth between Ria and Jay? I think it's
all the work. I, you know, it's funny. I didn't get too much into it because I saw it and I'm like,
oh, this is the work. Cool. And then I kind of pressed on. But I don't know. I think I saw like
PW Insider say something about like Jay and getting a lot of heat from the women. But I'm like,
oh, is this all just the work? What's happening here? I took it as a work. I don't know. Hey,
maybe they're just really good at their Twitter game. I don't know. I did see that some fans were like,
man, and throwing shots. I should have read every single tweet. And I did not. So I feel like
that part is what's making me go like, I don't know what's happening there. But Robin,
did you get a chance to see all the tweets? Or I did all of them in an encyclopedic fashion.
But I saw enough of them where the lines are blurred to the point where I'm not sure. I mean,
what part did it? What part blurred the lines? Well, Piper Niven saying if you, you know,
leave Jade in the ring long enough, she'll expose herself. You know, that was one line that was
in there. Chelsea Green also had a post just kind of bigging up Rhea Ripley. And Jade Cargo responded
to that post, even though she wasn't mentioned to take a dig at at Chelsea Green saying she always
has something to say about stuff. And then just like did see that. Yeah. Rhea Ripley's delivery
tonight, the way that she looked into the camera and the look in her eyes. She's playing into
it. Whether it was, you know, work or shoot, she's playing into it. And then all of a sudden,
now like, I don't care. I don't care if it's a work. I don't care if it's a shoot. Jade and Rhea
has legitimate heat and interest in it now. When before it was just like, okay, you got Rhea into
a WrestleMania match. It's probably the biggest match you could do with the women that you haven't
done. Rhea and Jade, you know, look good on a poster. But there wasn't anything else to it.
Now there's something else to it. And nothing works better than when those lines are blurred.
What do we call it? A schwerk? You know, nothing works better than a schwerk. And now Rhea Ripley and
Jade Cargo will be shwerking all the way to rest of me. Here's my question. Wait, why did Piper
get involved in the Twitter war? Like she just came out of nowhere and started saying stuff.
Like, that's where I'm confused about. Like, what happened there? Let me find her tweet.
Because I'm like, does she just out of the blue? Okay. So she responded to what Jade said about
Chelsea. Chelsea said, Chelsea posted Rhea's proof that you can be kind, respectful,
and the most talented wrestler in the world. And then Jade quoted that to say, it's no point to
even go and embarrass you on this app. You always have something to say about everything, even though
Jade wasn't mentioned in that post. And then Piper Niven quoted Jade Cargo and said,
who the F even said anything about you? Contrary to your belief, the world doesn't actually revolve
around you. No point to even embarrass you on this app. Give you enough ring time and you'll do
it to yourself. Oh, Piper. Ouch. Oh, Ouch. Oh, my God. I don't know what to say. They're
there. They're getting into it. Damn. A Piper bomb. Yeah. Piper was like, I'm not holding back.
That's my girl, Chelsea. Green. Wow. So, okay. I was going to say because the parts that I read
were the stuff with Rhea and Jade. And I didn't see anything that crazy. But what you said,
what Piper said, that's been the craziest part. And did you see Rhea's Instagram story?
No, whatever. Rhea had a smile today. I think she might have deleted it, but I got to find.
So yeah, Rhea, Rhea posted on her Instagram story, not having fun, not friends, learned to work
and never lied to defame someone's real human character by breaking the fourth wall.
In quotes, breaking the fourth wall. Wait, is that again? So Rhea posted that like she wrote it
like what, as a notes thing on an Instagram story. So not having fun, not friends, learned to
work and never lied to defame someone's real human character by breaking the fourth wall.
And I take that as a response to what Jade posted about Rhea always talking to creative.
So I did see that. Yes. So I think she's kind of insinuating that, hey, Rhea,
which we all know that Rhea Ripley and Triple H seem to have a close bond. We've seen it.
Yeah, a little Rhea Hogan action, right? Like that's what she say in
politicking behind the scenes. And that was Rhea Ripley's seeming response to that. And she literally
wrote not having fun, not friends. So that's crazy. Oh, so it's getting personal here. Oh, okay,
I like it. I like the face from all sides. And of course us, you know, we're not backstage. We
don't really know what's going on. So all we can take is everything at face value with what we're
getting. Yeah. Now I'm kind of I'm pumped for that match now. Yeah. Now I see why everybody was
talking about it. Yeah. All right. Thank you, Astro waves. We got Nightwolf here. Seth Rollins
is bringing some good energy with that attack on Paul Heyman. It was awesome. But for me,
the only way that the story can get more interesting is if it's Braun Breaker returned Seth
versus Braun and wrestling. Dude, Nightwolf from your super chat to the wrestling gods.
I should say wrestling powers that be. I hope that Braun Breaker could make it back in time
in WrestleMania. And I hope that we can get Braun Breaker and Seth Rollins. That would be
kickass. I would be here for that. But we'll see if we get there. It's really hard to say right now.
Thank you, Nightwolf. We got well-rounded Leo who says I think AJ Lee is better as the heel. I think
at some point it's going to have to shake up. But right now, let's see what we can get. Hopefully
she's a fighting champion. And hopefully the matches, you know, do well. Thank you, Leo. We got
Steven Marchouli here who says, if the plan is Roman going over, you haven't turn him heel. If
not, you choose making punk look weak. I actually could have had the feeling that punk might turn
heel in this. And I think Roman might sort of become a baby face in this by the time we're
by the time we're at WrestleMania. I don't know. I see those roles sort of reversing.
Well, they're both like sort of blurred line dudes anyway. You know, punk is, you know, that rogue
character who's become more corporate friendly in WWE as Roman alluded to. Well, Roman worked best
as a heel with the, you know, that paranoid manipulative tribal chief persona with his family
and everything. And it didn't work as well. I think when they tried to return him as a baby face,
but he's got so much aura and popularity. You're never going to have him not be over. So he could
straddle the line, you know, like Stone Cold and the rock and all those guys did over the years.
So I don't know if it has to be as defined as heel and baby face necessarily.
Which I don't mind. I do like the part. I do like a person having sort of both sides in a way,
especially certain people like Roman and like a punk. Thank you, Steven. We got our DG 1244 who says
dragon lee versus goon through match was a bona fide mania opener. Oh my god. If you we've
got a match, if we got a match like that to open up WrestleMania, that would be freaking fire,
dude. But yeah, I'm glad we got to see that on rock because that was a true gem. And I'm,
I'm just very happy that dragon lee is getting this kind of love and this kind of attention.
Really, that probably makes me the happiest out of anything. Thank you, RDG. We got Jm here.
It says Oscar should win the gauntlet match. Hey, by the way, Oscar's still continuing to be
mean to Kyrie. Nothing's really come of that. So we'll see what happens there. And you think
they'll even do anything or we're just kind of getting the tease at this point.
I think it might involve EO Sky, right? Apparently, so there's a gauntlet match next week.
Women's intercontinental championship number one contenders match.
Okay, so that's what they're going to do for AJ Lee. Okay, so then they're going to
star basically another week and then probably the third week of Monday, maybe the third week,
they'll finally get that match with AJ Lee. Yeah, and I think you're going to see Lyra and
Bailey may be challenged for the tag titles, bringing that WrestleMania story full circle there.
But yeah, that the her first intercontinental championship challenger will be determined by a gauntlet
match Lyra, Bailey, EO Sky, Raquel Rodriguez, Oscar and Ivy now. Yeah, I feel like I mean,
there's a lot of good options to be honest. I would be happy with pretty much every one of those
options. But the top three are Bailey, EO and Oscar, for sure. Thank you, Jm. We got MBV engineer
here, recessive Dan Housen's gimmick and WWE right now. It's just going around backstage,
cursing people before their matches and they lose. I will be all for that. Yeah, because imagine
running into Dan Housen in the hallway right before a big match. I'd be like, don't look at me.
Don't look at me. I gotta look at the way. I run, Robin. I want to make eye contact with him.
I really want Dan Housen to attempt to accept Brock Lesnar's challenge on one of these
well going forward. So Brock standing there in the ring and you know, like Dan Housen
thing comes out and he comes out and Brock is just like WTF is going on here and then Dan Housen
curses Brock Lesnar and we see the results of the curse down the line F5 in the mean time.
That to me is television cinema. So give me Dan Housen challenging Brock Lesnar, please.
Thank you and be the engineer. He got Bailey Darlie here who says he'd probably curse
him and he'd fall or rip his pants again. Bailey here says it's number one contenders match of
Lyra, Bailey, Oscar, Eo, Recal and Ivy Nile. Yeah, and I'm guessing they made that afterwards
because they didn't say that on Monday Night Raw because if not, I would have seen that, right?
Or did they say it on Raw? They have to add fire off and then they like run it as like
promo image on the way back and you might miss it because your your brain is programmed to
block out the ad so I can't confirm or deny. I just looked it up while we were talking.
Thank you, Bailey. We got Bob Ross Jr. here who says you know what? I love Steph versus live
Roman Pug and Jade versus Rhea Feud are getting personal and ugly. I love that live Morgan promo
today. She gave me Mean Girls Regina George vibes basically like stepping on Stephs like she took
Stephs quote unquote sob story and basically completely shit on it and said like yeah, I am privileged.
So what? What did she say? Like you went in this flee infested ring and this mud, I don't know,
I don't even know what that means, but Dana, I thought that was absolutely brutal and I thought oh
shit, like she's owning it and I like that. I like that like that kind of like bitchy vibe where
you're owning that you are fabulous and who cares about everybody else. That's what live Morgan
did and I was here for it. That's what she should do. I still don't understand why she cried
the first time. Manipule. She was just trying to manipulate everybody and I guess
fool Stephanie so that she can pop her in the head with the mic. I think that's what it was.
That's all. Thank you, Bob. We got Cornell Bryant here with sub Cornell. Thank you so much for
the super chat. He says so who is we? Why does Roman keep saying we the final dot, dot, dot.
He does keep saying we. I wonder if he's just used to saying that because CM Punk did call him out
on this. Robin, do you have any interpretation to this as to why he would say that? Yeah, he's saying
we because he's the company. You know, Roman Reigns is WWE. So never when he said I gave them permission
to bring you back. Yes, it's following along on that story, that narrative where Roman Reigns is
going to get what he wants because he's the biggest star. WWE, right? Like it's he and the company.
So to me, when he's saying we, he's saying the company because he's the guy on top.
You're right. Yeah, you're right. I like that. Yeah. Thank you, Cornell. We got CJ here with says
the card overall for Mania this year might be more consistent, but I think the highs of last year
will be better, but the lows of it were equally so bad. Yeah, last year's, I mean, look, if WrestleMania
nails it in ring wise and moments wise this year, it will and the bar is not that high, by the way,
because last year's WrestleMania, yeah, you got a lot of criticism. It wasn't that great.
So I feel like they just got to go out there and fucking deliver, man. Go out there and deliver,
have some cool little moments that we can all pop for and call it a day. And I think it'll be far
better than what we got last year. Thank you, CJ. We got Tiffany Koonan here with says,
I feel like the elimination chamber matches were good, but just too predictable. Everyone was
more interested in the crate at certain parts points. I had people that were in the live stream
saying they were just there for the crate. So yeah, it is true. But yet Tiffany's right,
I felt like there were so moments where I felt like I felt like the elimination chamber matches
were so generic. You know what I'm saying? Like very, very simple, not complex whatsoever.
And I wanted some complexity in the match and with the physicality of it as well as the storyline
within the matches. Yeah, I mean, I feel like the men's match was totally, I don't know if it was
salvaged, saved something by the ending with Seth Rollins coming in. That was well done. Randy
Orton winning was well done. And that spiced up the road to WrestleMania and introduced Randy
Orton into that main event picture scene. But before that, it was a mess. And yeah, the,
you know, the rest of it was sort of paint by the numbers. It's funny about the crate because
they never really sold the craters that big a deal. If you think about it, it was shown on raw
and Adam Pearce had send it to Smackdown. It was shown on Smackdown. I don't even remember where they
were. But no one made a big deal about it. It was a crate that just said, don't open to
elimination chamber. So obviously you're getting to pay off there. But it was never hyped up to
be some, so that's why I like, I actually, I think I said it on the show might be Dan Housen
because it made perfect sense to introduce a dumbass character like that like out of a crate.
Really? Because the crate was dumb. Yeah, like if you're bringing like somebody with real gravitas,
why the fuck are they coming out of the crate? Does it make any sense? So Dan Housen,
it was actually a good intro for him, I think.
I mean, I'm happy for Dan Housen. I'm very happy for him. Let's see what we got here.
We got W. Karam's 504 who says Denise, like you, I dig the drama. However, I'm not interested in
Jade Rhea going super low on social after what we saw with Tiffany and Charlotte. As a woman's
wrestling fan, like you, they don't need it. Here's the thing though. If they are working, then
shit. All right. They found a way to like really heat things up. Again, I don't know. These people
are professionals. I do not know what, you know, if we're being worked or not, if they're, if they're
just, you know, they're just towing the line. Like what we saw the men do tonight with Roman
and CM Punk, right? We have CM Punk mentioning Roman's dead father. Like that's crazy. We have a
Roman, you know, mentioning, you know, things about CM Punk's past. That's very complex. And we've
seen it in the past. So if the women get down and dirty like that, you know, maybe they're, I don't
know, it depends because again, with Charlotte and Tiffany, things got, you know, when you mention
romance and, you know, love angles and things like that, well, things get very personal. So again,
I do not know. I guess it depends on how much they're willing to tow this line and how much of
it is a work and or did someone get worked into a shoot. That's also a thing too, guys. I don't
know. And of course, they don't need it because they're so freaking talented. But, um, and I'm going
to lie, the drama does peak our interest, right? It does. Like I'm not going to stay here in line.
Say I wasn't all up on that Tiffany Charlotte drama because I was and then I was glad that they made
peace and, you know, they had their match at WrestleMania and it was what it was. And now they
both, you know, grown from that in different ways and have gone and moved on. Who knows?
I'm more intrigued in the match. Like I said, like, I don't know. I feel like anytime, I mean,
maybe it gets heightened up if like the women are being accused of like, drama or
catash behavior or whatever. But the same thing works on the men's side. Whenever you feel like
it might not be within the confines of the storyline, people go, oh, shit, oh snap. And they
snap to attention. So I can't speak to the, the how real it was or not. I can say, uh, work or
not. It's working. Thank you, W. Carams. We got sleaze boy here. It says how to solve the problem
with Rhea Ripley and Jade Cargill to quote, shins cannot come on up, pillow fights, uh, and then have
some pillow talk. Oh my god, sleaze boy. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, slow your roll here. Uh, thank
you, sleaze boy. We got Randy Hayward here who says punk tied the dead father with him being alone.
Wow. That is true. That was, that was pretty low, man. I'm telling you, that was pretty low.
Thank you, Randy. We got our DG 1244 here who says Stephanie and Penta now know how to do their own
taxes. Congratulations. Cause doing taxes stinks. Uh, now their commercial was pretty fun. I like
that. Uh, thank you, RDG. We got Jay Jim here. It says looks like all the women titles will be
at WrestleMania women are money. I hope so. I really, really hope so. Cause I don't want a situation
where that's not happening. But it's looking like it. It's looking like it. Cause last night, I'm sure
they'll be defending probably against the Bellas or something. Um, and uh, the icy title with AJ will
definitely be on with problems, likely Becky and then, um, women's both women's titles. Of course,
what are their women's titles am I missing? Oh, the US title. Um, yeah. So that'll eventually happen.
All right. Thank you, Jay Jim. I was like, Oh, how many more titles do we got?
Anyways, um, was there anything else that we didn't touch on by the way for the show that really
had to be touched on? I think we kind of got it all in there, actually. Yeah, we did. Um,
perfect. There you go, guys. That was Monday night Raw a pretty noteworthy one today. So I'm
very glad that we had a lot to discuss as we get into, uh, continue on with WrestleMania 42 season
here. Robin, tell the people where they can find your support. You check you out all of that.
Yeah, follow me on social media over on YouTube and then I'll be on Pro Wrestling Nation 24-7
tomorrow from two to four Friday from two to four and then Saturday with you from nine to noon.
Let's go. All right. We got Sleece Boy here who says, uh, I'll be the camera man too.
Oh, so Roman should have said he'll bury punk next to Larry. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no. That's too
soon, man. Oh, but he also said about his dad and dad didn't die that long ago either.
Oh, man, these lines, guys. I don't know. Uh, thank you, Sleece Boy. We got CJ here who says,
the women's chamber was not great like last year, but it was good. Tiff Kiana Rekau showed out
the men's chamber match was Jusso trash. Oh, damn, why is Jusso got to catch a straight? He wasn't
even in the match. Yeah, he like belongs to LA Knight this time. Oh, dude, poor LA Knight man.
He's he had a rough, uh, yet a rough night for sure. Uh, thank you, CJ. All right, you guys. Uh,
as for me before I, uh, before we wrap things up, uh, fairly reminder, there's a lot actually
