The Indianapolis Colts keeps searching for a game-changing pass-rusher, even after adding

two new defensive ends this all season.

In a recent mock-draft, analyst Justin Mello projects them grabbing University of Central

Florida standout, Malachi Lawrence, with the 47th overall pick.

Over General Manager Chris Ballard's time with the team, just one player has hit double

digit sacks, back in 2019.

Last year, they set a franchise record for total sacks, but their top edge guy managed

only 9.5.

Lawrence's college resume includes 20 career sacks, 7 last year, and a strong pass-rush

Adding someone like him could pair perfectly with Latu and ease double teams, fitting baller's

eye for raw traits.
