A week ago, the Las Vegas Raiders revealed that the Baltimore Ravens had pulled out of a

deal for star defensive end, Max Crosby. The Ravens had agreed to part with two first round

draft picks, with the trade collapsed just before the newly gear kicked off.

The main issue was Crosby failing to pass his physical exam. Earlier this week, Crosby

broke his silence on his own podcast. He described the whole ordeal as an emotional whirlwind

from hearing trade rumors to suddenly facing a move away from the Raiders, where he spent

his entire career. Crosby flew to Baltimore right after the agreement, meeting coaches

and teammates while undergoing scans in MRIs. By the end of the day, though, the atmosphere

fell tense, especially around the head coach and general manager. His top surgeon gave

him a clean bill of health on his knee, saying recovery was actually a head of schedule.

Moments later, his agent delivered the news that Baltimore was walking away, and the

team quickly arranged his flight back to Las Vegas. In the end, Crosby sees it as fate,
