CBS Sportswriter Josh Edwards released the new 3-round mock draft for the 2026 NFL

draft, looking at how one week of free agency shook.

Up to first 100 picks, teams like the Raiders, Jets, Cardinals, Titans, Giants, Browns,

Commanders, Saints, Chiefs, and Bengals dominate the top 10 spots with a mix of.

Quarterbacks, Edge rushers, linebackers, running backs, offensive tackles, wide receivers,

and safeties.

Washington Commanders fans are buzzing because a couple of players who impress at the NFL

scouting combined have climbed higher in this projection.

The team sits at the 7th overall pick after recent moves in free agency.

Edwards links the commander's choice closely to the Titans selection just ahead.

He has Washington grabbing Miami Edge-Rusher Ruben Bane Jr. to boost their group that

already includes Doran's Armstrong, Odafe Owe, and K-Levon.

Bane ranks as Edwards' second best prospect at that position.

A running back like Notre Dame's Jeremiah Love was also in the mix for the commanders,

but they went defense here.

Meanwhile, sunny styles from Ohio State go to Tennessee right before.

The commanders lack a second-round pick from the Laramie Tuncil trade, so their next

selection comes at number 71 in the 3rd round, where.
