Here's more NFL news for March 19th.
The Washington commanders have resigned guard Chris Paul for a fifth season.
The team made the announcement on Thursday morning, but they did not share any details
on the contract terms.
Paul joined the team as a seventh round pick back in 2022.
Over his first three seasons, he started just eight games while working his way up.
Last year, he stepped into a full-time starting role at left guard for the first team.
He looks set to compete for that spot again in 2026.
This move locks in all of the commanders' main offensive line starters for next season.
It gives the unit strong continuity heading into training camp.
The team is also brought back reserves, Andrew Wiley and Trent Scott on New Deals.
Fans are hopeful this keeps the line solid after a tough year.
