0:00It's fair to say this year has been probably the craziest of my entire life without actually a shadow of a doubt It's been absolutely insane and I wanted to start off this video by saying thank you to every single one of you that has supported me on the journey And watch the YouTube from the start and seeing the evolution We finally hit a hundred thousand subs a couple weeks back inside of one year, which is super crazy And I wanted to make a video telling you guys the lessons that I've learned because This year's been a mind bending year. It's bent my mind Not in a gateway, but in a good way My mind's been completely scrambled by the opportunities that are out there to the world and I've really learned some valuable lessons So I wanted to share them with you Thank you for coming with me on the journey and I hope you enjoyed the video the less fucking get into it a year ago Pretty much to this day. I'll make my first YouTube video I think it was yesterday here ago yesterday I made my first ever YouTube video and at the time I had five grand worth of debt

1:02I was an online personal trainer. I just moved to Thailand and I was fucking scared because I didn't want to give up on my dream and go home And that's what it had come down to I've been in Thailand for about four months I've spent my savings. I didn't have enough money coming in and I'd had to take out money on a credit card and It was around this time that the universe aligned and put some people in my path Hamza bill Sam Who you guys will hopefully know and I had the inspiration from those guys to start YouTube and I did my first ever video and inside of a year I've gone from that $5,000 worth of debt to building a business that last month did $110,000 So to me that's just that that's more than I ever dreamed possible And it's blown my mind And this was I wanted to start this video off by watching this and reacting to it Because this was yesterday a year ago Once upon a time there was a gorilla named Jack and I wanted to show you guys that

2:05The most important thing the biggest lesson I learned Starting this journey was you just need to get going You can decide in this very moment What you want from your life and decide to take it There's no need to wait and the the opportunity will never be perfect I didn't react under perfect circumstances I wasn't the most confident I didn't know how to be on camera and I wanted to make a different style of video to the one I made first But the easiest thing to do to just start was make a selfie video So let's let's fucking watch this Let's see what the sea rock I'm like I um I've been procrastinating Okay I'm pre-starring Through Simon the fuck out of this right now I um I've been procrastinating on doing a YouTube channel for A long time anyone who spoke to me around Christmas with a hermit going on like Yeah, I'm moving out to Thailand. I'm starving to YouTube Where it's gonna be sick and all about fitness and stuff and then basically I got to Thailand I'm not gonna lie. I've got very busy with work and

3:08Training He's a fucking liar that young man He did a little bit of work and he did many women And also got distracted by quite a few Thai women That's they are That's not likely some You really just don't know into you've tried it so to any man who hasn't I would recommend you come out here and try but Now I'm getting back to it. Reason being I've been inspired. I met Hamza, Sam, Nabeel Three amazing guys and uh They just inspired me to push harder They're similar to me and that they've got that drive that masculinity and And want to do amazing things and for me, I just needed that little push And uh they gave me that so we're just Freestyle in it I'm not sure what the channel's gonna be yet. It's probably gonna start off as more like health fitness advice masculine and advice Girl advice as well dropping game 100% And we just go from there. We'll flow with it. Go on son You did end up being all of those things One sort of man he's picked up a little bit more. I want to fly a good friend of mine James

4:12He's gonna be coming out here to live with me. That's always been a dream So that would be so sick and then hopefully we'll be doing like lifestyle vlog content But this is the first one and I just want to freestyle it get out of the way Hamza told me basically my first 50 videos are gonna suck. So let's just get on with it. Let's just start sucking I'm gonna try and do a video every day. Fuck it. No, I'm just gonna do it I'm not gonna be a putt That was a fucking fundamental change in my mindset that you just saw there Fuck it. No, I'm just gonna do it Up into this point. I'd had a problem with sticking the things And that was the turning point for me when I said I was I knew I was done I was like you need to make something work Jack. You've got to go home I said fuck it. I'm gonna do it and we did 150 videos back to back me editing them me doing the thumbnails everything For 150 days after this video and it fucking changed my life Forever so god bless you you monkey You big fucking gorilla well done I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it about strength

6:19James flew out we made my biggest ever video the more tight one together We made a lot of videos about women And we didn't quit we never quit No matter how hard things got stressed We kept it going and you guys supported the journey. So again, thank you so much Very happy to share this journey with you. I've met some unbelievable people But let's get into some more lessons Big takeaway from this year is you don't know what you don't know and you absolutely need to get around winners and for me At the start of the year making that video I felt like a new everything. I was like oh, I just haven't had my time yet I already know everything. I'm just sort of waiting for my time to come which is kind of an arrogance I haven't much more arrogance now Through travel to networking through the YouTube I've met a lot of different people and realized I know nothing Absolutely nothing and it's incredible because it gave me that switch in mindset to learn and listen to people And people have told me things this year

8:20Ended up doing a podcast together Dario's got a great outlook on life and has really revolutionized things for me Big thank you to Bill as well Bill and Sam Hamza Iman All giving me Fantastic advice Over the year and I absolutely could not have done any of this on my own so Big thank you to those guys and a lesson to be learned Don't try and loan more fit whether it's in my group or another network or even just going out and making friends yourself and Connecting with higher level people Speed up your journey live where you want to live Do what you want to do and don't follow the fucking rules That's Been fundamental to me this year That my whole life changed when I threw the rule book out the window everything that everyone else wanted for me to go into Jobs or live her stable lifestyle in the west and I just decided what I wanted in my life And the place I wanted to go followed it through time and time again And spent the days doing what I want to do setting my life up in a way where every single day I enjoy it

9:23Every single day I love what I do so vacations. I don't need them because my life is a vacation and every day is wonderful That doesn't mean days don't have hardship day if they do but it just means that I love the hardship I can appreciate it and this this picture actually symbolizes it for me That's Dubai which a lot of people think is sort of the best place on earth and it's definitely a great place Super safe and got nothing wrong with Dubai, but This is Bangkok Very different and a lot of people would tell you like now I'm living the YouTube Influencer sort of lifestyle with online business. I should be in Dubai and I although I've set up Company in Dubai and I have to spend time there For me life set up in Bangkok's better. No matter what anyone else thinks So if there's a place on earth you want to go if it's a different town in your country if it's a If it's a different country if it's somewhere people say oh you don't want to go there you decide that Because life set up every man should be aiming to have a life where he does not need a holiday He does not need a vacation because every day is fucking awesome and Bangkok

10:25Coastamui Thailand Is where I'm meant to be at the moment Maybe that'll change in the future, but for now Thailand's where it's at and yeah, God bless Thailand. You can have fun And win Why the fuck are we all doing this You just got to enjoy the journey and work hard and it's worth absolutely nothing if you don't have people around you to share the journey with That's so true. I spent a lot of time at the start of the journey on my own Just making videos every day in my apartment and feeling guilty about having fun Because I think there's a big hustle culture, but over the last six months. I've been more successful than ever And I've enjoyed the hell out of my life and just done it with great guys We've just traveled the world. We've had a fucking incredible time and we've worked harder than ever Having the right people around you It's not unnegative and having fun with them is not a negative you've got to work hard, but you've also got to have fun You could die tomorrow and it's always worth remembering that when you're on self-improvement and you're on the grind

11:28Just know that anything can be taken away from you at any time So enjoy the moments that's all you've got is moments in time and I've fucking enjoyed him this year These lads big shout out to all the lads on here and all the ones that aren't on here I couldn't get enough pictures on here if you saw most of the things I've done this year you It will blow your mind And I want every year to be like that and I want every year to be like that for you guys as well because it's made me happier than ever I've changed other people's lives People on here have changed my life personally and it's been absolutely incredible So just remember you can have fun and win at the same time another lesson important to business is Is learn how to look for loyalty have things that you look for in your friends and keep it when you find it The relationships I've made with the guys that I work with Around my business around YouTube and the back end of our business with the courses and the groups And the guys that run those groups and the leadership inside that all came from just understanding how to find loyalty in a friend

12:28Watching them show loyalty to you telling you certain things when they don't have to and being open and honest with you When you find that in somebody keep it and nourish it and look after it Keep your jealousy and your greed and check at the start of my journey when I started to get following And you start to get a bit more money and this will happen to a lot of you You start to feel like maybe people are going to try to take it away from you and you get you can become scarcely minded And I'd struggle with my my own evil. I call it the evil in you That started to get a bit like this and I began to push away the people that were most important to me And luckily I kept it in check I actually watched weirdly for me the Lord of the Rings trilogy and noticing Frodo Gollum and Samwise Ganges I could see Very perfectly the battle between good and evil that was going on inside myself at the time How the people around me will like a Samwise only there to protect me and I was becoming clouded By the there's a gollum there become clouded by

13:31by views or money and And I battled it and I managed to win and I made sure that I eradicated that from my mind and and put time and money back into the people that I love and that surround me and look out for me And I found that loyalty and we've cherished it and we've nurtured it And we're a better place than ever and I kept my heart open and I remained generous at a time where I felt I could have gone down another path It was a private battle, but I'll share it with you now and Just want to keep in check. I imagine a lot of you that are watching this will become incredibly successful and That's one to watch on the way up is is keep your heart open People do want the best for you. We don't live in a world that that's totally evil There's good out there, and I found a hell of a lot of it this year. There's a lot of hope in the world Creation is success no matter how shit The goal is never the views the goal is never To create money or or or that sort of stuff That's all the the outcomes you want to focus on the creation making something with content And you will never realize the brilliance of the thing that you're creating until a year after you've done it

14:37Everything special I made everything every video that did well or Things that boosted me along this year Will blew up the YouTube walk or did performed really well At the time I was scared and nervous about them and I didn't think they were good without without fail on every single video So just remember that things won't seem special and amazing until you look back on them So you just just create let go of all the obstacles and create look back in a year on how far you've come Just like watching that first video for me at the time it didn't feel special looking back on it now It's one of the most special videos I've got It's it's unbelievable to me to watch that back and that's how you should view your content Even if it's just there as a diary for you Because someone like your mom gatsy to commit years to finally blow up Just stay in the game and do it for the right reasons and in the end you'll win And I try and do that now step I try not to be too perfect Um with the videos I still get nervous when I put stuff out

15:39So you just have to remember to create creation is success in the matter of how shit you creation Another one getting stressed is pointless At the end of the day it's all small stuff people say don't sweat the small stuff and From what I found this year it's mostly all small stuff all the worries I had And spent time worrying on deliberating on They never came true The best case scenario happened every single time for a whole year And I was getting stressed about the stupidest things and each time that the worst case scenario never happened The best case scenario did and luckily I'm in a position to have seen that enough times this year to know that getting stressed is very silly Because at times when I've actually had a bad thing happen I've dealt with it very well. I wasn't stressed by it. It's all in your head Stress and when I first started especially with the daily uploads. I remember when James came out bless him James the cameraman and I was fucking stressed Um trying to do daily content also firing of log with James get everything edited and uploaded

16:41Running my first business at the same time had slightly overspent on my accommodation my housing flying somebody out to Live with me having employees need it cash through the door with scrambling daily and I probably wasn't as nice to James as I should have been I wasn't a good enough leader at that time and that all came from stress So I learned my lesson from that and I learned my lesson from the way I felt After I'd treated people in a certain way and I've made sure to correct that and become much more laid back person It's just the coolest thing you can do there's no point in getting stressed Even when you need to be stressed because you'll have a clear mind if you're not So I hope you can you can take that in in some sort of way and it can help you as well And they are pretty much my That they are they are some of the things I've learned this year and the final one is you can't do it all alone Which I think you guys know by now anyway, but you absolutely cannot do it all alone Thank you to every one of you that's supporting me on the journey Thank you to all my friends my family everyone around me.
