Richard Kahn, Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime accountant and co-executor of his estate, testified before the House Oversight Committee as part of Congress’s ongoing investigation into Epstein’s finances and network of associates. Kahn had worked with Epstein for more than a decade, managing his finances, investments, and various expenditures, including projects such as renovations on Epstein’s private Caribbean island. During the closed-door deposition, Kahn told lawmakers that his relationship with Epstein was strictly professional and that he never observed any evidence of sexual abuse or trafficking while handling Epstein’s financial affairs. He said that although he tracked Epstein’s spending carefully—including gifts to women and men—those transactions appeared to represent only a small portion of Epstein’s overall expenditures and did not raise red flags to him at the time.
Kahn also expressed regret that he may have unknowingly assisted Epstein, saying that had he been aware of the crimes, he would have immediately stopped working for him. Lawmakers questioned him extensively about Epstein’s wealth, financial relationships with prominent individuals, and how his operation functioned for years without detection. The testimony comes amid broader congressional scrutiny of Epstein’s financial network and the role played by close associates who helped manage his assets. Kahn and Epstein’s longtime attorney Darren Indyke—both executors of the estate—have also faced legal challenges from victims alleging they helped facilitate aspects of Epstein’s operations, though they deny wrongdoing.

What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles.
Now that Dick Conn has given his testimony to Congress,
we're starting to get some of the initial reports about what he might have said.
And according to Democrats, he made some inconsistent statements about Donald Trump and the accuser,
Jane don't number four, who accused Donald Trump of abusing her.
And while that might be true, I'm pretty sure that Dick Conn had a whole bunch of inconsistent statements about Jeffrey Epstein in general.
But here's the biggest problem, and it's the same problem that we've had since Congress initiated this whole quote-unquote investigation.
And that is, the people conducting the investigation don't know the story.
And that's just the truth.
You really think James Comer has done a deep dive on what happened here?
Or Robert Garcia?
What do you think that they're cherry picking shit that they think is going to be helpful to whatever stupid team they're on?
Because that's what they're doing.
Make no mistake about it. And you know what's crazy?
I've seen people who are completely adamant that the Epstein files are nothing but a hoax, right?
But at the same time, they're trying to malign their political opponents by pointing out that they're in the files.
So which is it? Is it a hoax?
Or is it embarrassing to be caught up with Jeffrey Epstein?
And in some cases, criminal.
You can't have it both ways, right?
But there's a lot of people out there that are picking and choosing where to log allegations when the truth is there are plenty of allegations to go around.
And if you stay focused on just one person, you're going to miss the bigger story.
And I can't tell you how many people I have seen missing the bigger story because they have tunnel vision.
But to be fair, I haven't seen the transcripts yet, so I don't know what was actually said during this testimony.
So what we're going to do here is dive into an article from CBS News and talk about what some of the people that were there said went down.
Like I said, this article was published by CBS News and the headline Democrats say Epstein accountant made inconsistent statements about Trump accuser.
This article was authored by Graham Kates.
And I have a funny feeling there were plenty of inconsistent statements made by Mr. Dick on.
But the committee just don't know what they're looking for.
I mean, they're all focused here on Trump and I get it right sitting president cover up named more times in these files than gotten the Bible.
Certainly somebody we should talk to, but if we just focus on that one avenue, all these other scumbags are going to scurry away.
And as far as I'm concerned, Richard Khan should not be let off the hook.
This is a man that was very important to the inner workings of Epstein's criminal empire.
Now, I'm not saying he was abusing anybody physically, but he was conspiring with Jeffrey Epstein and Jeffrey Epstein's criminal empire to continue to make things move forward.
And of course, that meant more abuse.
And if you're a part of a conspiracy, you don't actually have to commit the abuse yourself.
You just have to be part of the plot.
And under normal circumstances, all these people that were around Epstein from his butler to his pilots to Richard Khan and Darren Indyke,
they'd all be hit with Rico charges and this would be a whole as different conversation.
Richard Khan, who were closely with Epstein for more than a decade and served as an executor of his estate, testified before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday.
He initially told the committee that Epstein's estate had reached a settlement with Jane Dole IV, who had also accused the president of abuse.
Mr. Trump has denied any wrongdoing related to Epstein and the White House has called allegations against him, baseless.
Well, you know it's not baseless, the cover-up.
And in fact, forget baseless, it's a grand slam.
There is no doubt in my mind that this is a cover-up.
And the Trump DOJ is right in the middle of all of it.
In a letter to Khan's attorney, Daniel Ruzuma, Democratic Representative Robert Garcia, and Rokana of California,
said Friday that Khan's account changed later in his deposition, while his account has changed time and time again.
This is not a guy that I take serious or as a reliable narrator.
None of these people that were in Epstein's inner circle are going to incriminate themselves.
And that's why the only way to really get anything here is to have a criminal investigation where these people are all charged.
And then of course, it's like rats fleeing a ship.
They'll start turning on each other, they'll start ratting anything to not have to do a bid.
And that is how you go after a criminal enterprise.
Did they do that here? Ever? Was that ever the game plan?
We know it wasn't, but it was for Ditty, it was for our Kelly, it was for Keith Rainiery, so what's the difference with all of them and Epstein?
Well, unfortunately, what's different is that none of them were assets for the U.S. government, whereas Jeffrey Epstein on the other hand most certainly was.
Can we just stop fucking around please? Can we just tell the truth for once?
Like I just don't understand how anyone can believe that Jeffrey Epstein was not an asset.
And look, I'm not saying he was James Bond, he wasn't running around with all these gadgets, taking people out with heart attack guns.
He was a middleman, he was a bundler, he was an information agent.
And as a benefit for him doing that and collecting all that Compromot and all that information, the CIA and the American government were willing to look the other way when he engaged in his predatory behavior.
That's what they don't want you to know, that's what they're so worried about coming out, but it's obvious that's what was going on.
So you can save your whole entire, oh Jeffrey Epstein was a Mossad agent, no he wasn't.
He was an asset for the Mossad, for the CIA, for MI6, for Russia, for Saudi Arabia.
But at the end of the day, Jeffrey Epstein only cared about Jeffrey Epstein, wasn't for a love of country, wasn't because he was patriotic or religious, he was greedy.
He wanted more, whether it was more girls, more money, whatever it might be, he wanted more.
And the best way to do that was to stay useful to the United States government and all their scummy allies around the world, and some that were enemies by the way.
But the truth is, Jeffrey Epstein was an asset, and that's how he got away with all this bullshit, and that's why the most transparent government in the whole world wants it to go away.
After a consultation with your client, you said on the record that Mr. Khan's prior statement, regarding Jane Doe 4, was mistaken.
And that neither you nor Mr. Khan, recognized the name as someone who had brought a claim against Mr. Epstein's estate, they wrote.
In a response letter to the congressman on Friday, Rosuma wrote that the confusion was due in part to the sheer number of Epstein's victims.
Wait a minute, I thought there was only a couple of victims, it's just a big hoax, and all these girls are just telling stories.
Isn't that what all of these fucking grifting clowns on the right have to say?
You know which ones I'm talking about? The real tough guys.
All this corruption in the world, all these disgusting people that have been outed by these files, and these scumbags are still running cover for people like Jeffrey Epstein?
Why does anybody listen to people like that? It's truly baffling to me.
And not only that, they're just wrong about everything, like you can have wild opinions, I don't give a shit what you think.
Doesn't affect my life one way or the other, but when you're confidently wrong about something, then it becomes a problem.
Because you're out here, pitch and bullshit, like Anna Paulina Luna was, and then people pick up on it, and it becomes a thing.
They say if you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go together.

President Barack Obama. Virginia, we are counting on you. Republicans want to steal enough seats in Congress to raid the next election and wield unchecked power for two more years.
But you can stop them. By voting yes, by April 21st. Help put our elections back on a level playing field and let voters decide not politicians.
Vote yes, by April 21st. Paid for by Virginians for fair elections.
Staff attorneys for Democrats on the Oversight Committee heard from Ruzuma on Thursday, according to the letter.
The lawyer informed them that chained on number four the committee was referring to. Had in fact filed a claim against the estate, but it was denied.
And no settlement was reached. The congressman wrote. But the lawmakers said the inconsistent and shifting statements continued later that day.
When Ruzuma told the committee attorneys he can no longer stand by his assertion that no settlement was reached with Jane don't number four. I mean, come on.
Like quit fucking around. I've had enough. I've had my filibull shit.
These people think you're stupid. And they think that their new shiny object, the war in Iran, is going to keep people busy long enough for them to forget about what happened here.
But I assure you that's not going to happen. If everybody in the world stops talking about this. I will not when I tell you that I burn the boats on the beach. I mean it. There's no going back.
There's no make a pretend that we don't know what we know now that we can just, you know, get on with our lives. Not me. I don't think anything can occur.
That is of substance until we deal with this.
What these people are just going to continue to rule over us. I'll be damned. And my fat yaps going to keep running until this has been sufficiently dealt with.
The Democrats demanded that Ruzema confirm and writing whether Jane don't four filed a claim against the Epstein estate and whether she received any settlement from the estate.
He said, contrary and completely answered all questions posed to him at his deposition to the best of his recollection and considers the committee's work on the Epstein matter to be very important. Oh yeah, the executive of the estate.
This is exactly what he wants to do. He wants to be in DC answering questions about Jeffrey Epstein. Sure, everything's going swimmingly.
Khan was one of Epstein's closest associates in his final years. He testified on Wednesday that he was not aware of the nature or extent of Epstein's abuse of so many women until after Epstein's death.
Khan said during the deposition that had I learned of any of this horrific behavior, I would have quit work immediately. Oh, that's it. You would have just quit work? Well, aren't you a great guy?
I'm going to quit my job because my boss was molesting girls by the thousand way to take a stand there at Dicky Khan.
Khan said in his prepared remarks that he agreed to serve as an executor of Epstein's estate because he believed doing so would allow him to help alleviate the suffering of Epstein's victims.
Well, man, isn't that a hoot? Well, folks, Dicky Khan, he's the real hero here. And we're lucky to have him. Said nobody ever. He said the Epstein victim compensation fund resolved claims by over 130 women in addition to another 60 settlements separately reached by the estate.
After the deposition, Garcia, the committee's ranking member said that Khan's worked, enabled Epstein, and that his massive sex trafficking ring would not have been possible without the consistent payments and services of his long time accountant. Well, that's true.
As much as I think Garcia is a moron, that's true. And when we're talking about the moving parts, Dick Khan was a huge gigantic piece of that.
In a statement sent to reporters on Friday, Garcia and Cona noted that Jane Dolphur was interviewed by FBI agents four times. Congress and the public deserve a clear answer about whether the Epstein estate paid a settlement to an accuser who made serious allegations against Donald Trump, they said, I think that's legitimate.
As you're investigating this and you're putting it all together, if she got a settlement for the Epstein stuff, then that gives her credibility, right?
So I think it's crucial to figure out one way or the other what went down. Richard Khan needs to come clean about what the Epstein estate knows, the lawmakers added.
And I think that's fair too, because he knows a lot more than he's ever going to let on. But unfortunately, we're never going to know that because like everybody else here, if he's truthful, if he's forthcoming, he's going to incriminate himself.
So we can't do that. But as far as Richard Khan being truthful during the deposition, I have my doubts about that.
But like usual, we'll have to wait on the transcripts to get a full picture of what actually went down with all the nuance and context needed to really understand how the deposition went.
So when that becomes available, obviously we'll have that added to the catalog. As for this one, that's going to do it.
