Contempt of Congress? What about contempt of the Constitution?

I'm sure you've heard the phrase contempt of court. If you filed loosely, you've heard people being charged with contempt of Congress. But why isn't anyone charged with contempt of the Constitution? Hello there, everyday Americans, Paul Engel here with the Constitution study where we read and study the Constitution. Teacher, I should be free. Glad you could join me today because in discussing the Anthony Fauci Fifth Amendment, contempt of Congress all nonsense, I often refer to people being in contempt of the Constitution, in contempt of their oath to the Constitution. And I see it so often, I'm really surprised that more people don't bring this up.

1:11Let's start with the, well, the recent use of politics over the Constitution. Donald Trump signed a proclamation last week. And here's the problem, right? There's shortages of beef, right? Beef is getting expensive. And of course, Donald Trump being a politician with a election coming up, he doesn't like expensive bees because when beef gets expensive, people tend to get pissed at the president. Nothing necessarily has fought, but they get pissed at him anyway. And they tend to vote his opposition rather than those who support him. So what Trump actually do? Well, he temporarily removed tariffs on 300 metric tons of beef imports, actually beef trimmings for 90 days. The idea is you get more of this stuff in. It's, it's basically used for hamburger, I believe, it'll drive some of the beef prices down and make people happy.

2:14Of course, it doesn't make beef farmers happy because now their beef is not worth as much because they've got competition, which the tariffs were meant to prevent that type of foreign competition. Yep, there's a lot of people debating, you know, well, you know, it may help the average grocery purchase, but will it actually reduce prices that American pay on beef? Will it only hurt the farmers? You know, a lot of discussion about that. You know what I haven't heard one little thing is, where does the president get the authority to remove these tariffs? Remember, it's not the president that regulates foreign commerce. It's Congress article one section eight clause three Congress has the power to really commerce with foreign nations. So the question that is, okay, does the law allow the president to temporarily remove these tariffs or not? That to me is an interesting question because I haven't seen anybody actually discussed this in any of the media debates about this.

3:15But I want you to think about this. Everybody who thinks, oh, this is fine. Trump's just doing it to save us. Remember when one Joe Biden was taking oil out of the strategic portfolio reserves in order to keep to lower gas price because everyone's complaining about gas prices. Yeah, when people complained about that, why are you not complaining about this? It's the same scenario. You have a politician that's using a manipulating the market to help their election prospects. Like it down Trump's not up for election. He can't be elected to president again. But the question is it's his party, the Republican party. Will they get blamed for this? And, you know, again, you have a politician, surprise, surprise playing politics with your life in an attempt to make sure that his, his cronies get elected. And no one says, could it talk about wait a second, where does the Constitution give the president? The Constitution doesn't give president this authority, which means in Congress in, in regulating foreign commerce, they have to give the president this authority. And I'm not sure they have.

4:29And of course, it's not just the president, right? Senator Josh Holly is, well, he's starting another kangaroo court. He sent a letter to flock safety, the makers of the automatic license plate readers, of course, they are the part of the most famous. And he gave flock safety CEO in his letter until September 8th, answer a series of questions and produce documents. Reading from the letter as chairman of the Senate, judiciary, subcommittee on crime and counterterrorism, I'm investigating flock safety's collection retention and dissemination of the data generated by its artificial intelligence surveillance cameras. I hate to tell you Mr. Holly, but the Senate doesn't have investigatory powers. Nothing in the Constitution delegates to the Congress the power to investigate its powers to legislate, to make laws. That does not investigate the investigating powers is not a legislative power. Furthermore, Congress doesn't have the authority to demand testimony or documents.

5:41Only courts have the authority to do that and they actually require what wants. A subpoena is a command to attend, but again, Congress doesn't have this authority. Now, he points out, well, there have been reports of abuse and problems and there have, but it's not Congress's authority to deal with. If there have been violations of the law, that's a power for the executive branch. If the subcommittee on crime and counterterrorism wants to develop legislation to propose to deal with some of this, they're more than welcome to do that, but they don't have the authority not constitutionally to compel testimony, evidence or the production of documents. This isn't even legal, this isn't even a subpoena. This is just, you know, Senator Holly being a bully. I mean, it's exactly what he's doing. He's trying to use the power of the Senate to make, I probably probably political points, right?

6:45Because there's a lot of backlash on flat cameras. Here's a chance to make political points. This is a show trial, a kangaroo court, and that's exactly what Mr. Holly is doing. Now listen, I've been appreciative a lot of what Mr. Holly is doing. What Mr. Holly has done over his career, but I'm sorry, sir, what you're showing for showing right now is contempt of the Constitution, contempt of your oath to support the Constitution, contempt of your office as a senator who's job is to legislate to make law. Basically, you're showing yourself to be a political hack. And it's disappointing because it really takes a lot of what you've done in the past, Mr. Holly, and well, to me, it, it tarnishes it. You're sitting there pretending as if you are some aristocrat that gets to order people around. Now, I would expect that the CEO of flat cameras will probably respond with information.

7:50I probably wish he wouldn't. I'd love him to say, listen, you've got no legal authority to demand, I produce documents to demand, I answer questions. You've asked my answer is, no, I'm not going to do this in a political forum. No, I'm not the CEO of flat cameras. I'm not sure what his board is saying. Like I said, my guess is that he will, he will produce documents, he'll give Mr. Holly what he wants. But again, this is, this is rewarding someone showing contempt for the very office they hold. Right. If Mr. Holly believes that there's been criminal activity, then he can contact the Department of Justice, provide whatever evidence as an ask them to open an investigation. It's an executive duty, not a legislative duty. I'm going to head back to the executive branch, the Department of Education. Remember, this is an unconstitutional illegal department regulating education is not a power vested in the Congress and the United States.

8:53Funding education is not a power vested in the Congress and the United States. It's not the general will for the United States. So this is trades of dollars and bezel for the American people. But I bring this up because of a letter that was sent to different schools, to school leaders reminding them of federal law that allows parents to view the educational records. Of their students or their children and prohibits schools from hiding information regarding the child's quote unquote preferred identity. Now again, there's I have problem with this. By the way, I have no problem with parents accessing their children's records. I have no problem with schools not being allowed to hide information about the child from the parents, at least not without due process. But it reminds me of federal legislation that is not the Supreme Law of the land because it was not made pursuant to the Constitution.

9:56See, that's the big one of the big myths about the supremacy clause. They believe that anything Congress passes is the Supreme Law of the land. However, Article 6 clause 2 says this Constitution and the laws United States, which shall be made in pursuance thereof. And I'll treat as made of which I've made under the authority of the United States are the Supreme Law of the land. So in order for a law of the, I'm created by Congress to be the Supreme Law of the land, it must be made pursuant following the Constitution. So when Congress regulates education, that's not pursuant of the Constitution. When, you know, Congress comes in and they they talk about the protection of pupil rights amendment. Now, a lot of people might turn around say, well, what about the 14th amendment, Paul? You got the 14th amendment. The 14th amendment prohibits states from passing laws that infringe on a person's rights to provide them a life-liberative property without due process of law, things like that.

10:57That's not the same as saying the federal Congress has the authority to write laws that they, the Congress can write laws that enforce the 14th amendment. But this is not enforcing the 14th amendment. This is creating a new education laws. This is, to me, again, there's a lot of contempt for what the Constitution actually says here. But there's another twist to this because the family education rights and privacy act and the protection of pupil rights amendment, they don't have, I don't believe they come with criminal penalties. What they come with is a loss of federal funding. Funding that the Constitution does not authorize Congress to spend. So what we have here as more examples, contempt of the Constitution is Congress is spending money is investing money from the American people to spend on things that not constitutionally authorize to spend money on. And then using that money as leverage to extort schools to follow their unconstitutional regulations, even though what the regulations are trying to do, these two act are trying to do are good things.

12:05In other words, it's not that hiding information for parents is a good thing. It's not the act with the act of trying to do. It's the people that have done the act. Put another way say, say you go to the grocery store and you buy a bunch of groceries and you put it on a credit card. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. However, if someone takes your credit card, goes to the grocery store and buys a bunch of groceries on a credit card, that's wrong. It's the same thing. It's not that the protecting parents rights and the children is a bad thing. When Congress does it, they're the wrong entity. What they're doing is itself a violation of the Constitution and it shows contempt for the Supreme Law of the land. And this is again, it's not an individual. This has been going on for decades. Part of education was started. I think it was 70 sticks. No, so it's very known. It's seven, six would have been four. So it's been like 79 because it's done under Carter.

13:08So again, 79, we've got 45 years, 47 years now that this unconstitutional agency has been about and creating these rules and regulations. Some of them are good. Some of them, by the way, are evil. But they all come from a position of violating the Constitution of the United States, which again, shows contempt. And the fact that most Americans don't see this, don't recognize this kind of goes back to the point John Jay was making when he said every member of the state, originally to read instead of the Constitution of his country, teacher, I can generation be free because it is up to us to hold our elected officials accountable. And if we don't, we're the ones that suffer the consequences. We're the ones that deal with the problems. It's one of the reasons why I believe it's we the people are the first ones need to recognize when someone a public servant is acting in contempt of the Constitution, we need to be the ones recognizing it.

14:08It's why I started the Constitution study to help people read instead of the Constitution to help them teach themselves and their identity to be free to recognize when they're right to being violated and to be able to defend and assert them. That's what this is all about. That's what I started this for. And that's why I focus on things like our lack of understanding of the Constitution, even if we agree that what the, what these these piece of legislation trying to do are good. Doing a good thing by an evil method doesn't make the method good. Okay, listen, I have a break. I have to take before I go though. Now is our time, my fellow Americans, America out loud.News, liberty and justice for all. Welcome back, everybody. We're talking about contempt for the Constitution. But I want to broaden our horizons a little bit. We often think of the Constitution by meaning the Constitution of the United States. We often forget that each and every one of our states has its own Constitution. That's how the state was legally formed. That's how the government of the state was created their own Constitution.

20:42And well, let's just say contempt for a state Constitution is a very contempt for Constitution is not limited to contempt for the Constitution of the United States. And we're going to start in California with the AB 2624, which governor Newsom just signed recently. It's been dubbed the Stop Nick Shirley Act. It's mainly because its effective purpose is to stop an investigative reporter that keeps pointing out let's just say uncomfortable facts for certain politically pet projects in the Golden State. In this case, it's the coalition for humane immigrant rights or children, I don't know, whatever it is. You see, they helped apparently write this legislation. Why? Well, because Nick Shirley has been exposing well allegations of tack affront against taxpayers.

21:45So, they got they're being exposed. So, these are the they're of their allegations that have been for a proven that they've committed fraud against California taxpayers. But these allegations were being published being exposed by Nick Shirley, which is probably why apparently they helped to write the legislation to stop this. Now, this Stop Nick Shirley Act basically says, listen, if you want to post negative information about certain protected organizations, you need their consent. It's called a heckler's veto. In other words, just because someone disagrees that you can't say it because somebody disagrees with it. Therefore, the quote unquote heckler gets to veto what you're doing. And the fact that again, if you're an organization and you're saying you can't publish negative things about me unless I say so, I don't think there's going to be a lot of we'll call an investigative reporting actually happening.

22:48Here's what's interesting. I've seen several articles about this and everybody focus on infringing of the first amendment, right? Freedom of speech, freedom of press. There's just one. It's a bit see a little problem. This is not a violation of the first amendment. It cannot be a violation of the first amendment. Now, before your head explodes, grab some duct tape. Listen to me here. The first five words of the first amendment are Congress shall make no law. Congress didn't make this law. Therefore, it can't violate the first amendment. Therefore, everybody, now I'm not saying that the stopnic surely act is a good act. I'm not saying it doesn't violate freedom of speech. I'm saying it doesn't violate the first amendment of the Constitution as dates. You know what it does? Violate Article 1, Section 2 of the California Constitution, which reads, every person may freely speak, right and publish his or her sentiments on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of this right.

23:49A law may not restrain or a bridge, liberty of speech or press. So when this says you cannot publish video recordings or interviews or other content without the permission of the person you're actually investigating, well, that seems to be an abridging of freedom of press. Does it not? Now again, if someone abuses that right, in other words, if the let's say if Mr. Shirley words was lying about blowingly lying about the coalition for human immigrant and human immigrant slides, well, then they could be sued for liable or slender defamation, whatever it is. But what we have here is a violation of the Constitution of California, not of the United States. But again, this is being looked at as oh my god, it's a first freedom of speech, it's only the first amendment actually protects freedom of speech. That's not true.

24:49Now, it's funny because according to Governor Newsom's office, they say all this bill does is protect immigration workers from doxing and threats. That's it, really? Are you sure about that? That doesn't seem to be true based on what I've read about the law. Now again, not a lawyer don't play with on TV. But it seems like you're saying we cannot expose malfeasance, alleged malfeasance, if it involves certain organizations like immigration, Medicaid, you know, the whole problem we've had with fraud, not just in Minnesota, but in California. It does seem more like this should be the stop and make Shirley act maybe, maybe accurate. It does seem more like it's about protecting government. Actors and their pet projects. Let's shift gears a little bit. Let's talk about the measles, right? Whenever someone talked about fax, you go, you're the measles and mumps and polio and and you got you can't do anything that might slow down the adoption because well, people are saved by this. Oh my god.

25:50Yeah, I'm not going to get into the question of the origin of many of the measles outbreaks being among the vaccinated. But there has been a report of two people in Pennsylvania that the state claimed died because of measles that their deaths were linked to measles. That's the official statement of the state of Pennsylvania. The state it was. That's until the corner in one of the cases, point out that the baby didn't die from measles. It was a lacerated spleen. Now the day the baby did test positive form measles, meaning the baby died with measles, but not necessarily of measles. And the fact the corners office said this could not be measles because, quote, there was no swelling or enlargement whatsoever. Meaning, meaning it wasn't the measles that killed the baby. It was the laceration of the spleen. Now they still have to configure out the cause of the last ratio of the spleen.

26:56But before people start going bananas about measles and having to get vaccinated. Well, let's make sure we have some truth and advertising. Shall we say not the fear of monitoring and scare taxes of growing a fish is going, oh my god, it's a measles and we've had two people in the entire state of Pennsylvania. That died that according to the state was linked to the they died after contracting measles. At least one of them died with measles, not from measles. Yeah, let's let's have a little bit more. Let's have more compassion on the families and let's have a little bit more accuracy before we're making such decisions. Because you remember right we had the whole COVID and button 19 vaccines that were all rushed out before they were proper, they weren't safety tested, they weren't they weren't tested for efficacy. But we were you were not only put on the market, we were encouraged. We were called evil people. If you didn't want to be a medical guinea pig.

27:58And then of course, as the news came out is more and more people were suffering injuries from these vaccines. Well, the adoption rate went really, really, really down. Well, that hasn't stopped the food and drug administration from proving not one, not two, but three new mRNA vaccines from Pfizer, Moderna and sent a synalfi. Now again, you want to take a vaccine, be my guest, but I have to wonder what was the testing done on these vaccines? Because FDA officials back in 2020 found said that yes, we need placebo control trials. They are imperative to determine if these vaccines are safe and actually effective. And you know, Pfizer and Moderna, oh yeah, we're going to run these placebo control tests. However, nothing in the documents really so far actually shows what tests were run before the approval of these vaccines.

29:03Now remember, there's nothing in the Constitution of the United States that gives the federal government authority regulate medication, medical treatment, pharmaceuticals. By the way, you know, any of this stuff the Congress is simply made up. But okay, that is kind of contemptuous of the Constitution. But I wonder how many people are going to run out and get their vaccines, not knowing whether or not they've been tested properly because they simply trust the government wouldn't do something bad. Nobody in government ever does anything bad. There's no ever any, any problems or mistakes or of course we did have all those people that were injured and died from the mRNA vaccines. We had the emergency use authorization when there were, where there was evidence granted that wasn't placebo controlled. But then again, neither was the vaccine. But we had evidence that there were treatments for COVID-19 and then we said you can't trust them. They were not, they weren't placebo control studies.

30:07Well, then why would I trust the vaccine when there were no placebo control studies? Here we are, six years later. And we're still waiting to see whether any placebo control studies has anybody checked this? Does anybody sure whether or not the stuff is safe? Much less does it work? Apparently not. And apparently people are more than happy to go ahead and put this experimental stuff in their arm because somebody in the government said so. And not worried about the safety because well, government said it's okay, that things will be fine. And what I find so interesting is as the adoption of these vaccines has plummeted, right? Just 17 and a half percent of adults and 10 percent of children received a shot in late 25 or 26, the according to the CDC. People are just, no, we're not dealing with, they're still coming out with new vaccines. And I have to wonder why are these pharmaceuticals coming out with these new vaccines unless someone's picking up the tab.

31:09And if they're not selling the vaccines to the people, who's picking up the tab? I bet you know who? Now, before I head for my break, there's one other story about healthcare. I want to talk about it. It's actually an interview with Abdul El-Saheed, the Democratic nominee for US Senate from the United States. The state of Michigan, who was being interviewed by Jesse Waters on primetime and they were having a discussion about, well, this gender denying surgery, you know, the, the call to transgender surgery. And there was an interesting statement made because Mr. Syed seemed to imply that circumcision is roughly analogous to, well, castration to removing a viable piece of the male anatomy. Now, of course, he's talking about, well, do you want to get between parents and doctors and the patient? And I just found it interesting that I don't know if Mr. El-Saheed realizes that circumcision does not involve the removing of a functional of an organ.

32:15Right? It removes a portion, a piece of the organ, a little bit of piece of it that does not have a necessary function to lie for the reproduction. I just find it, to me, that was a curious way to try and get around this whole, is it okay for parents to cut off a perfectly healthy body parts of their children? Not for, you know, again, there are religious reasons for circumcision. There are health reasons for circumcision. But to equate circumcision with these transgender surgeries, yet that, that to me is trying to come up with a, you're in a bad position and you're trying to come up with a, a, a, a cover and it's just, to me, it just doesn't work. But it goes to show just how far some people will go to try and justify their positions. Now, you, I have a question about whether or not circumcision should be decided by the parent and the doctor on an infant, a newborn, that's a discussion.

33:18I'd be willing to have the question is, are if you're equating a circumcision to the removal of the body part, are we then going to have a discussion about the difference between a, removing a hang nail and removing a finger? That's pretty close. Or what about removing a mole versus amputating a body part? Again, to me, this kind of shows just the ridiculousness and the utter contempt for not just people's rights, but the right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness. You know, if you think about it, if, if someone's being circumcised would prevent them from living a, a healthy and fulfilled life, you may have an argument. Don't think that's quite the argument that Mr. Syed was, was pointing towards. But again, it just shows the utter contempt for people's rights that some people have apparently in pursuit of their own political agenda.

Welcome back everybody. I'm American Jury. Join the Constitution Study today. We're talking about contempt for the Constitution. And of course, if you're talking to contempt lately, that toggle up Mr. Fauci and the recent contempt of Congress allegations later which I've talked about before and gone into some detail. But it doesn't mean the man isn't contemptible. There are new documents being released that show Dr. Fauci attempting to destroy records about his efforts at a gain of function. Apparently Dr. Fauci was not real happy with the New York Times science writer Phil Boffy scrutiny of the experiments they were performing on bird flu and the gain of function.

40:56The infamous gain of function. The attempt to make and again, I understand a certain amount of logic to the idea right. The justification is they would naturally gain function through evolution. Therefore, if we do it ahead of time, we can be prepared to fight these gain except the problem with that is the arrogance of knowing thinking you know how these things would mutate. But okay, he went through this. This is back in 2012. Now, as part of this exchange Dr. Fauci, according to the documents, told a subordinate to please delete this email and then delete from the deleted file. In other words, he was actually trying to delete government emails which federal law requires these are NIH emails. Meaning they were on a government system, which means the government's required to keep and apparently Mr. Fauci doesn't realize that email systems that even when you delete you know you deleted an email and it goes to the trash.

41:56And then of course you go to the trash and you delete it there, what they don't realize is that the auditing systems of these emails actually contract the email even if you delete it, it doesn't really get deleted because it's needed legally for records. But this does appear to show Dr. Fauci violating federal law by tampering with evidence, i.e. the destruction of government records. And add insult to that injury, he testified under oath that he never destroyed government records, but this appears to be him destroying government records, the whether he was unaware of the fact that government email our government records or that's what he's going to claim who knows. But this as I said from the beginning, I'm not saying Dr. Fauci is a good guy, I think he did some abominable things and some criminal things. It's just not Congress's job to investigate him for it. That's an executive role investigation and it gets tried by the judiciary. Congress makes the law, the president enforces executes the law and the courts decide controversies.

43:07But there are more controversies coming up because I've talked in the past about insider trading in Congress and that's been a long term issue with members of Congress who have access to inside information, who's going to get a government contract, who's not going to get a government contract, who's working on some big deal that some policy that will positively or negatively impact sectors of our economy. And members of Congress have used this in the past in order to place stock positions that they benefit from is called insider trading and it's apparently illegal for everybody but Congress. Well, somebody else got caught Gabriel Perez apparently was a White House teleprompter operator. He the little glass thing you see on the side of the president that that's got that's a teleprompter's that's where he's got his notes and his speech and you'd not be surprised that the guy that loads that data on there knows what the president's going to say.

44:14And he gets that information before the president actually gives his speech, which means he has an opportunity to place financial trades based on what the president is going to say some amount time before he says it. Now the federal trade commission, the common, I'm sorry, comedy, the commodity future trading commission has find him $172,000. Partially as to pay back profits $107,000 in property made in a $65,000 penalty, which for his illegal activity, his insider trading. According to the division's enforcement arm, the penalty, the six right now penalty is a substantial discount because of the cooperation Mr. Perez has had given them to help root out other insider trading issues. He's also banned from trading for three years.

45:15So apparently Mr. Perez got him made it made a plea deal. He's offered cooperation in an exchange for a easier sentence in this case a discounted penalty. And according to the complaint or the order, but just in December of 2025 and February of 2026, he traded on what's called the presidential mention market. It's one of these these polymarket type things where you can bet on just about everything. So yeah, the guy that's loading the president speech into the teleprompter was betting on what he would say and not say in a specific speech. That's insider trading that's cheating. That's kind of what got Pete Rosen trouble and other people in trouble in sports. Again, it just one I look at this as, you know, Americans will bet on anything. I've come to the conclusion that we're just gamblers at heart that there are many Americans that will bet on absolutely anything.

46:20And there are people who will take advantage of it. And that's kind of says a lot about the United States. Okay, one more thing I want to get to and this is a bit lighter. But we're still dealing with contempt of the Constitution. So apparently Trump wrote another executive order. You remember when he wrote the executive first, he had the executive order where he claimed that the part of the fence was now the Department of War, not legally, right? That that was illegal president executive order. Then he wanted to rename the Gulf of Mexico, the Gulf United States. That's something he can do. There's not a power vested in the government in the president of the United States. Well, now he's done it again. He wants to rename Lake Ontario to Lake America. I'm not sure why. But again, this is the there's no this he is not executing a lot of the United States. This is pure part of politics and probably a fair amount of hubris.

47:25Now, I want to mention three something about these three, these incidents, right? None of them are legally binding. I know there was one piece of legislation that kind of I think was one of the latest NDAA that would have in the United States, renamed the Gulf of Mexico, the Gulf United States, being it's an international water. I think you'd have a problem with that one. But because again, I'm assuming its name is based in treaty, not in federal law. So yeah, but again, you know, but again, none of these legally binding so that you had there was a peat does NDAA they were going to rename the Department of Defense Congress can do that case Congress created it. The Gulf of Mexico, I believe, was by treaty as well as Lake Ontario. See, this is international body of water. The United States doesn't determine the name of international bodies of water. We can determine how we refer to it, but that doesn't change the name. But again, I see this is just, you know, wow, we're not going to worry about the Constitution.

48:31The president doesn't have the power to start renaming bodies of water, but he's going to do it by executive order and people are going to fall along. I still have people who are, they're referring to the Department of War. It's not the Department of War. I don't think that law has been passed to actually change the name to the Department of War. And as I said, Gulf of Mexico, Lake Ontario, these are not wholly owned American waters, right part of Lake of Lake Ontario was in the United States part of it is in Canada. So, you know, it's like it'd be like, you know, driving into a subdivision saying, I'm just going to rename the street. I don't care if any of my neighbors care anything about it, I'm just going to rename the street and expect everybody to go along with it. Yeah, I don't think that go over so well. And this nonsense from the president is going over so well either. But again, that's what Google Maps apparently has picked this up. Apparently if you use Google Maps, Lake Ontario now shows us Lake America.

49:35Now, I'm curious, is that only in the United States? If you are in, if you're in Canada, does Google Maps still show it is Lake Ontario? Might be interesting to look at that, huh? But I want to look at these examples. You see, well, I was talking about contempt of Congress and contempt, of course. What about the general content that not only the pv are elected representatives and other government servants, public servants are showing to the Supreme Court of Land, what about the contempt we the people show? I mean, again, most of us are asking government, the federal government do something. It's not legal, authorize to do that is contempt of the Supreme Court of Land. You're asking the federal government to violate the law. Now, I'm not saying you can't disagree with the Constitution and I'm not saying you can't work to get it changed. But if we're going to simply ignore, if we're going to show absolute contempt to the Supreme Law of the Land, why are we surprised when our public servants act with contempt for the Supreme Court of Land?

50:44I mean, that's basically what we've asked them to do. We've told them over generations. You want to get elected, ignore the Constitution, bribe us with goodies, bribe us with programs, bribe us with promises of taking care of the poor and needy for us so that we don't have to do anything. We're not going to take care of people. You'll have to go to the institutions. This doesn't start in Washington, DC. Doesn't start in your state house. Doesn't start in your county courthouse. Starts in the heart of the American people. And it's one of the reasons why I keep pushing just like John Jay said, every member of the state, diligently to read instead of the Constitution of his country, teach the rise in generation to be free. Not because they don't think the Constitution needs amending. There are a couple of amendments I'd like to see in there. But too often people just don't bother with it. I know that's what the Constitution, but we're worried about other things.

51:44Well, if the law is wrong, you fix it because when you hold law and contempt, you lose the rule of law. That not just the stuff you don't like, but you lose the stuff you do like, like innocent until proven guilty, like secure from unreasonable searches and seizures. Like the idea that you you own your body and you get to decide what experimental treatments you will take. A lot of this comes from our own contempt for the Supreme law of land, our unwillingness to even read it much less, study it. So in many ways, I think the vast majority of the American people hold the Constitution content. There's another group that I deal with a lot that well, they like to make up what the Constitution actually says. I see this a lot of the Supreme Court. She's a lot in in federal judges and even attorneys. But it's beyond that. It's people who came in and make all sorts of claims about what the Constitution doesn't, doesn't say that just isn't true. And in many ways, well, that's holding the Constitution in contempt.

52:50Now, look again, the Constitution is not perfect. That's one of the reasons is one of his geniuses is the fact that it can be amended. It can be modified. And the fact that it can be amended in such a way that we don't lose the language that was problematic. We it's still there is preserved for history. So we see why we made changes. You know, why wouldn't we when we got rid of the three fiscal why do we do it? We see what the history of it. We see this. It's a great learning tool. But it does no good to learn if we spend no time in it. And the fact that most schools and especially government schools will not teach what the Constitution actually says is bad enough. It's time for we the people to be the ones teaching what the Constitution actually says. And it's not that hard. You don't need a law degree. You don't need a PhD from law school. All you really need is a bit of common sense the ability to read the English language and access to a copy which is available absolutely free.

53:52So yes, let's if we're going to avoid holding the Constitution contempt. Let's start by making sure we understand what it says and what the people who wrote it meant when they said we hold these truths to be self evident. All right, grand as a declaration. But we need to understand what they were saying. Now, I know people that really want to go deep. I've gone really down the rabbit hole of the Constitution. I spent a lot of time studying it. The other documents related to it, the writings of our founding fathers. And I've come to the conclusion that that we could really use another group of people not to be replaced. The Patriots you've got, but to give them tools and resources. It's why created the Constitution study patrons. These are not the average everyday Constitution reader. These are people who want to go deep. It's set up in three areas, right? This education, my Constitution scholars, where we're reading and studying and going deep and understanding the Constitution.

54:53What do the people mean when they wrote it? What are the words mean? How does it organized and and and and understanding it? The second is communication. You'd be surprised how often well, Patriot groups are reinventing the wheel. They're doing something somebody's already done or they don't even know what's going on in other local's. And my personal favorite, my my Minutemen, men and women ready to moments notice to come to the aid of other groups to bring their education, their skills to meet in committees to testify before committees to be at press conferences to give advice ideas, suggestions, all of it.
