An Anchorage cop named Charles Bowser just got hit with a DUI charge for driving his patrol car buzzed last month.
On March 9th around 5pm, another off-duty officer spotted him pulling into a driveway fast and acting off, so they called it in.
When responders showed up, they found Bowser slumped on the steps, wreaking of booze and couldn't wake him at first.
Cops spotted shooter bottles in a half-empty fireball in the patrol car, plus dash cam footage of wild swerves, blowing stop signs, and speeding over.
80 miles per hour. Bowser's been with the department since 2014, and now he's on paid admin leave while they investigate inside and out, first court dates May.
