rankings, a slight bump, but still middle of the pack.

Analysts note these moves should help lift the past defense from the bottom and ease

pressure on the offense.

With Washington adding edge-rushers, Odefei Owe, and K-Levon Shason, plus safety Nick

Cross and Linebacker Leo, Shenal after their deep playoff run.

The Giants hired Coach John Harbaugh, who signed several X-Ravans like Tide and Isaiah

likely and defensive lineman Patrick Ricard.

Dallas remains the top challenger to the Philadelphia Eagles, but the division looks tougher
