In 2019, Dentsu reached out via LinkedIn, leading to MuteSix's acquisition after an 8-9 month process. Steve discusses the challenges of maintaining business growth during due diligence and emphasizes the importance of proper accounting, HR practices, and legal counsel in preparing for an exit. Steve advises entrepreneurs to plan for life after selling their business.
