Adnan Syed was convicted of murdering his high school girlfriend in 2000. His conviction was overturned in 2022 and he was released from prison. Despite the conviction being reinstated due to procedural appeals, he remains free. But before we get to that, we spend the first 18 or so minutes discussing the Sweet Bobby catfishing story!
