I really like when a Wednesday sneaks up on ya. And that Wednesday is very special because that's football. Yes. I, uh, this is the first time in the history of our career together where we spent the morning before the show talking about the lines for football. I was one would do what do they call what are they odds? What was the bedding lines? I was doing my picks. So I have my whole cast ready to go for the whole fantasy show for their show. They all have their new dear costumes. I picked my pickups and I did my survivor pool and I picked the lions to win this weekend. All they have to do is win and you move on to the next round.

1:00That's exactly right. Yeah. Mm-hmm. So it's all done. You got everything. You got you got a survivor league. You got a pickums league. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Fantasy team. Yeah. You are all in. The only thing you're missing is your giant stat. But but you can save that for, uh, actually maybe Friday because they play Sunday night. When I came back to my car yesterday. You remember how I was pouring down rain when we came in. So you know, you park and then your car drips all the water underneath. Somehow my giant sat landed on the ground right next to my driver's side door and it was soaked completely through. It was almost like somebody sabotaged. It was almost like somebody grabbed it and threw it there. It's drying out. Oh, what is going on? Those were headphones. Oh, I just, I just, I now everything is fine. Okay. It is the ninth day of the ninth month and it's go time. Uh-huh. Midweek Wednesday is here. This is a very exciting day. Talk about another first. Yeah. The first time we ever have a football starting on a Wednesday.

2:02So that's something. Yeah. But today on our show right here in this studio, there will be a live pig. Yeah. What could possibly go wrong with that? I think that's going to be very exciting. It'll be fun. Pancake. The pig is coming in to talk about sensory day at the fair. Yesterday we talked about a lot of the stuff that's going on. Tomorrow we'll talk more about speak easy and brown distillery. But for today, it's all about the pig. All about the pig. That's going to happen. What time do you think around nine o'clock? Nine. And if anything goes wrong, if the pig leaves us gifts of sorts, then at least we don't have. No, we haven't even thought about like we need to plan in case there is a situation. I think they know. I think that they are. I think Sir potty trained their house trained. And I think this. This pig is a special pig. This isn't just like a pig that you grab off the farm and go, come on. We're going on a show, Piglet. No, this is this is pancake pancake is trained. Okay. Yeah. We hope we hope we'll see. I don't believe there's maybe you know, I don't think that there's ever been a pig inside the. Well, I'm sure there's never been one in this room.

4:03No. And I don't know that they've ever had one out on the set before. I don't think so. Now in the old studio, we had goats and we had a mini. A koala or not koala kangaroo. Do you remember that? Oh, yeah. And it pooped. Yeah. Yeah. But it was like a diaper though. Didn't have a diaper. Yeah, but there is one of them did pellets. Maybe it was one of the goats. I remember cleaning up pellets, but, but. And I don't know what paid poop looks like to be honest. I don't know. Well, the stuff they eat. We may find out today. Yeah. I don't know. But we did have a little koala or, um, yeah, a kangaroo. Because remember, I used it for my audition for survivor. That's on YouTube somewhere. Look that up. Yeah, it's going to be very, very, very exciting. That'd be cool. Uh, we have a pig and we have Kali and we have the showdown. And you claim there's going to be a lot of football questions. Yeah. Oh, I love this. Just so you know, it don't call in if you don't know some stuff about football.

5:03It's not all there's some general knowledge. There's I think four of the questions are football related. Okay. Some is general and then some is more specific. So in honor of the first day of the football season. Yeah. Uh-huh. We got football today, football tomorrow. And then there's some college games on Friday, ton of college games on Saturday. All the pro games on Sunday, except for one. And that will be on Monday. That's how you kick off the season. See how time I giants play. Uh, they there Sunday night game. They're on cage. Just five 20 Sunday night. Uh, what's the date? Is that the 13th? Yes. Sunday is the 13th. Going to have to record it. I believe I'm going to be at that. Uh, speedy. That private speaking. Oh, our friends from the. Yeah. Yeah. Then I'll come home all had tanked up.

6:03And I'll be like, my giants don't win. A throw stuff. Make all those noises. That texted in the word fire. No, it's fair. Right? Yeah. That's a typo. It's got to be a type. It's got to be. Uh, oh, J. Oh, no, just. That's that pig who looks just like ours. Yeah. Anyhow, uh, let's say it's go time everybody. Oh, yesterday was was was a longer day here. I ended up staying for a while. And then you know, the longer I stay here, it can get longer because then there's. There's the regular people that work here. Yeah. Uh, but our friend Leslie low stopped in for a bit. Uh, chatter to her up special. And, um, and then I finally got I think I don't think I got home until around one o'clock. Oh, okay.

7:03And remember my original plan was I was going to go home. I was going to assess the library situation where the library had. Fallen apart. Exploded. There was there was a there was an incident, you know, a little book library right out front of the house. So. I get home and I think to myself. I know somewhere in the house, I've got all the parts that I need to fix this thing. You know, just over the like down in the basement or in the garage, there's got to be a piece of wood or something that will work. Well, I start looking around and one thing leads to another. And it's like, then it's like, I'm cleaning things and stuff that hasn't been moved in years. And I'm doing that. And it's just the day sort of got away. Then after feeling kind of dusty and rhyming, it was cleaning a lot of stuff, I said, I gotta get out and get some fresh air. Yesterday afternoon was gorgeous. What a beautiful day yesterday.

8:03Yes, so nice. Yeah. And remember how the day started. It was raining and kind of cold and everything. So I took Maui and we went for what used to be our long walk. Everybody was out there. And we had kids riding bikes and there was people getting a run in. Some people were running with their dog. And then I think me and my dog looked at those people and said, what are they gonna happen? We're just gonna moze on down. So that was great. I think that was good to kind of get outside. Got back in, cleaned myself up a bit. And then I remembered that Ted Lasso secretly is on Tuesdays. Oh yeah. They always say Wednesday, but it's always a day early on Apple. So I clicked over there to see if it was on. And it was. Oh. And it was a great episode. It's this one's all about relationships. Oh, okay. So just when you think something's one thing is happening.

9:04Oh, stop it. It goes another. Oh, so it's like, oh, yeah. Can't help yourself. I could nail myself. It's great. That was very good. Then I 45, 46 minutes. I'm glad that. Yeah. Because remember the first was that the first season where they had that weird hour and 12 minute one that was like. There was one that was. And that was the one coach and he was off like he took acid or something. Was it something like that coach beer? Yeah, there's a lot of coach beard in this. Is there? Yeah. Well, I know that he ran into an ex in the previous. No. She was doing a show. Some sort of right. Right. I forgot about his whole relationship. But I think you're like, I think you're like the latest episode of Ted Lasso. I just want to keely and what's his name? Oh, but he she made him go on all those dates.

10:06Oh, no, it's going to backfire. Now that is just texted in the word fart. I think that's the bad. He's doing a bit of a thing with us. That's funny. He put fair F A R E fire fart. Marla Hooch, what a hitter. That's what I'm before. And then you know, because today is a football day yesterday was football Eve. So there's a lot of football shows. Oh, I'm clicking around watching football shows. I did. This was the other day. I forgot to mention. I watched a dot. It was kind of like a documentary facing El Chapo. Have you seen that? I haven't seen the thing, but I haven't watched it. So remember El Chapo was the Mexican cartel guy, drug guy, bad guy. Yeah. And anyway, they finally caught him. This is back probably 10 years ago. But how they caught him was crazy. And this is a movie based on the true story of how it all happened. So I got involved in that.

11:07So it's actors. It's a written. Yes. But then at the very end, they have the real guys. They have to blur out their faces because they all had to go like not undercover. What do you call when they secret? Yeah, when you're a protective. Yeah, but in Mexico. So yeah, yeah, because they don't mess around over there. Yeah, no kidding. So that was that was very interesting. But that was pretty much pretty much the day. I didn't know progress made on the library. Although I did learn that I don't have the stuff to to make it work. So it will have to be like a hardware store kind of a thing. And then I think the better I plan, the quicker the process will be to rebuild the little book house. Think of all the people who are going by with their book. Yeah, it was only here. The free library was only here for a few days. It was yeah, it was like a week.

12:07It was just too popular. It actually was very popular. And the and the other thing I learned books are heavy. Oh, yeah. Boy, a lot of books. Well, it makes me see now when I look because there's a couple in my neighborhood. When I look at the structure now. Yes, I do. Very interesting to me. Um, is sometimes, well, Yeah. We're gonna write down about at the community app, well, did we offer $1000 versus $1000. They're built. Yeah, well, um, you know, yesterday I left you for dead. Yup. Well, I had gotten everything accomplished that I could hear. Um, sending emails out and doing stuff. And then our friend Rocky, he had this cool letter for meat for my airplane collection. I remember that they used to have air mail envelopes like special like yeah, but this is a letter that he had and I don't know I'm trying to think of where he had it, but

13:07I'll show you the pictures see how this picture it says 747 American Airlines. Oh, yeah from 1970 So anyway, he offered it to me for my collection and then he said hey, I'm gonna be out at church Church is the casino for our new viewers she goes to the casino a lot and she calls the casino the church Yeah, so I said well probably be out there by noon. So right at noon meet at the pizza place hand off the the letter and then I'm on my way to Gambling and it was fun. So I had two and a half hours. That was my window I had to leave at 230 to go get the girls at school Which was perfect because I probably overstayed by 20 minutes I would have left with a little bit more money, but I did well all of the machines were behaving properly in fact the quick kit machine I hit the Not the first one, but the second one and it was really high. It was like pretty high. Oh, yeah That one on the very next spin. I hit the small one which is up at like $38 back to back spin

14:13Yeah Yeah, and then I had a couple of bonuses in there which were pretty good. So all the machines were behaving I was sitting next to a guy. There's this mummy machine and it's really really fun If you get it to go it collects all these diamonds and it sends it up and then you it the it's really cool Well, I'm sitting there and the guy gets to pick for the you know where there's choices So he picks he picks he picks And I looked over I said did you just win the grand prize? He said, yep, 8500 bucks Whoa, I said what you just won't he goes yeah, that'll make my day a little better and I thought well that would make my whole life a little bit I mean and he was all calm about it so lady comes by with the iPad. Oh, I congratulate you to be one here before oh Yeah, I've won here before and I thought this is nothing to him, but I think he was betting Maybe $3 I've never seen I know it happens all the time But it's always that many you know always and this is it a game you playing I was playing right next to it

15:17Oh same bank and I was I was so happy I got a bonus that was like $85 and I'm thinking well I'm rich look at me look at me and then he gets $8500 So that way it was kind of cool though, right? Yeah, and I said why am I sitting here? I need to go now I think there's not gonna pay two grand prizes right no rush. So move along little lady move along So for that does he get all cash or do you get a checker? I didn't I didn't see but but I was talking to Rocky because he was he had another game He liked and so I played with him for a little bit, but I he said he watched a guy when I know five six thousand dollars Or whatever he said he didn't have him take any taxes out and I said that's a dangerous game you play I always haven't though a year that I won all those jackpots. I haven't take 22% off of everything Because otherwise you're gonna owe a bunch of tax at the end of the year Hey, you got it. You got him. Hey, hey, that's a good problem to have wouldn't it be a good problem to have to decide? Sure would be so that was super fun

16:18And then I got my little bag of luggage which I had to go to the billion and I saw our friends that we always see at the The giveaways they were there and then I headed off to pick up the girls at school And they were excited because they didn't know I had said I had a meeting which I did and then it got moved So I said well now I'm free to pick them up so they were all excited and it was beautiful when I was out It was three o'clock or outside. It is so nice. That's about when we were walking Yeah, it was so pretty and I feel guilty because well I wasn't home up to then and then Ken said he was out at trailhead playing nine holes with his son And then he ran into a friend so he was sitting at that new Mexican restaurant and he said looking over The ninth green he said it is so beautiful here It was just the perfect day. I didn't get her out but I did We went home for a bit got the girls all situated then I took them what I did while they were at karate's I went out to the north side panda. I Used that time to get on my computer. It gets a mark done Then at the last minute ordered there to go then had it back to get them

17:22I'm a genius. I was trying to think it somewhere. I could sit with my computer and then I thought well I want to sit there then I killed you We're then I don't have to go in a panda afterwards at six o'clock, which you know it's gonna be crowded So I picked them back up and dropped them off But here's what I watched last night and I loved it. It's called I pity the fool and it's the it's the mr. T documentary Okay, it's only 48 minutes long Is it Netflix? It's you Netflix. How did I miss that? I don't know it popped up on my thing But I really liked it because it talks about how he was cast as you know how he grew up He was a bouncer right? Yeah He works in a bar. Yeah, he was a bodyguard and he was on a TV show Her what it's called but basically they had a bouncer contest and Sylvester Stallone saw that and and he was like that we need him to audition for you know And I guess originally they wanted him to have a Jamaican accent and So mr. T's trying to do all that and then Sylvester's song was forget it. Don't don't do the accent just come in and

18:23They hired him and anyway it talks about his life when he he grew up in the Southside of Chicago, and he has like I think he said six brothers and four sisters or something like that There's six of boys and Now he's a preacher and he's just like but but you see how he Came from nothing and then he was the biggest thing on the planet and he was huge and then his ego Got the better of them. What do you do with all his money? Well, he did I don't think he has a lot of it left I think he got into tax trouble and I think he also bought a huge mansion his mommy's to clean houses So he bought the biggest house that he could where she used to clean houses like in that neighborhood or something so she could have a mansion and So anyway, I thought it was really good. It's only 48 minutes and then I started watching a toxic love story I Fell asleep towards the very and that's another documentary and I fell asleep towards the very end So I don't know exactly what happened but talk about twists and turns you think you know what's going on

19:27You're all mad at one person then you're mad at another then you're mad at another so that was my viewing I didn't get any for any pretty bunches and less night and I went to bed pretty early So I went to bed pretty early too and then the both alarms were yelling at me Yeah, I just I was sleeping all the way through all of it I woke up around 230 but it was the good kind of wake up where you can go right back to sleep But then you know you have like another hour and a half asleep. I like that then I News a little bit and then I was up preparing football trivia. Oh, I like it So you say four of the ten questions Showdown questions will be football related that is correct pro football all profile okay And then I'll have a show question of course and I don't know About a money question. Let's see Let me see if there'll be a money question Make it a football question. No No

20:31Yeah, we'll have we'll have a money question and it will be a football question. Oh Okay I'm very excited about that Yeah, I just happened but seriously if you want to play today make sure it's that you know a little bit about football Or you're gonna be mad and this may be the last time we're talking about football opening day tonight Seahawks on K HQ tonight The Mariner thing that Mariners lost again. They I think it's over I don't know that they've been mathematically eliminated, but what a tremendous disappointment I mean this is they were you know they were in the American League Championship Series last year Yeah, they were so close and then this year was like okay. This is the year finally. It's the year Molly convinces Ken put a hundred dollars of his hard earned retirement money on the Mariners and I What a that just never yeah, just never and everybody kept saying oh well

21:34It's it's early, you know, well, they'll figure it out. They'll get it going because There was there's a lot of talent there. I don't know. I don't know how this plays out in the offseason But that it doesn't somebody need to get fired though. I don't know I guess It's hard to it's hard to figure it's just one of those that's why they play the game sports is crazy You never know So well, I'm sorry to hear about so I'm I'm off of the whole the Marin I don't even think I think if they even if they went out I don't know that they do anything how am I I Think your twins are probably out of it too although they're not they're not Mathematically eliminated. They're in a similar situation like the Mariners where they're in a Division that's not very good and even though they're not very good. They're not out of contention. 22:38Two years ago today. Oh, yeah We were making our announcement on K HQ and all of the memories popped up. It was so cool It's when we we talked to Sam. I believe we were on in the morning and then later that day Sean and Leslie reran it so that's what I was seeing But it was it was really cool and and you can tell it's funny Sam He didn't know what he knew you but he didn't know me at all and so it's just like such a different thing But that was two years ago. We also announced that we were going to do our Party on the 17 at the Fox yep, and then there we announced that we were starting our show the 23rd and then like Idiots we announced a few weeks back that we'd be walking to Northern Quest on our anniversary We're two weeks away from the walk two weeks away from I feel I feel a little concerned about my feet Tomorrow, I'm gonna try to get yeah, I got it I got to work on this bunion situation. It just hurts it even with my new shoes. It just hurts

23:42But it'll be fine. I think we do need to have now hear me out. I'm all in for the walk. However The weather situation. I don't care if it's cooler or what up I'm worried about rain or You know Super high winds. I think we I don't want to walk in the rain. We have an audience a lot of planning And then we need to talk to the brick west people and then maybe what we need to do is they have those shuttles That they run back and forth and I'm sure they'd be happy to come get us and maybe we just walk the last mile If it's raining all right, we'll figure it out No How about if instead of walking we take shuttleservice. What if we all take the st What if we just drive to Northern Meet there and then walk around the casino a lot and we do our university like we were going to be and you can go play cards with Dave may get maybe Quinn out there to do some sports betting. No, we're doing we got to do the walk We've we've committed to it. Well, you're the one that's talking us out about no, I'm just saying the rain situation We need to have some sort of Plan for the rain if it's just like misty rain or a couple that's fine

26:45But if it's like pouring down rain. No, we're not gonna do So it's not gonna say what we have to have a plan I never pours down rain in the middle of the day That's it. I don't know. I feel bad. I didn't get the dog out actually Can took the dog for a walk before he left my house yesterday morning so she did get out But today I should get her out. 32:07Ow actually didn't say a spree. I think he said it wasn't bad a little chocky I had to order special pill pockets for the dog because she's getting too smart She takes her allergy pills every day So I shove it in a treat, but unless here's the thing you have to have The treat with the pill in it and then another treat waiting so that you know if you have more food They'll gulp that one down without even thinking right if she has time to take it over and go on her mat and think about it Forget it that Yeah, so I have to like oh look hurry up swallow that one before this one comes anyway She's on to me and so I had to like actually buy this and this is every day like every day a pill and a half For eternity, it's because she's got allergies I don't know if maybe in the winter we can stop it. I think it's maybe seasonal But it's why she had that ear thing because she scratched her ear so hard But she got her hematoma thing or whatever they call it Anyway, yeah, so I had to buy those little beacon of treats

33:11It's funny how dogs learn oh yeah, they're so smart My brother's dog gets raw meat and cottage cheese As her meal And she won't eat that until she finds out what she's getting off of his plate She will for go she literally will she snifed my dog would look at that and be like are you kidding me? This is the greatest day of my life Well She waited and waited and he put it down and she was like because we were having chicken and she's like well And I'll wait till you're finished and I'm not getting All right now I'll go and look at my own food Maui has the I have the two different dog bones But I've run out of the good ones so now it's just those Chucky ones that you get in a box. It's like yeah So those are always in the house, but then the other ones are like the there's like 20 in a pack It's Costco and she loves those well and I usually try to give her one of those well she will Just sort of sniff and then just turn her head away. Yeah, like she rejects it. It's like yes

34:16So then I have to leave it just you know At some point I know she'll want it, but I think that's her way of telling me she's very disappointed in me I don't I don't I can't I just hang on it'll be a couple more days and then we'll get the good bones back in the house They His dog is an Aussie doodle and she's so smart.
