Dealing with Burnout [Fireside Polycast]
About this episode
Constantly working on things like my #PolyCast or #OmniContent, or just my day job even. It is all starting to get to me, and the pressure to the guests I feel in order to get the interviews out is overwhelming.
I literally think about it every day, which some days motivates me to edit/release, and other days it causes me to not want to work on it at all. Honestly I've only had one guest even get mad at me for being slow to release, and that was more of a misunderstanding in the first place.
Most have been nice and patient even. So the pressure is truly just coming from myself.
Although I made a promise to these amazing people, and each interview adds something new and exciting to the table. I will crawl out of this burnout phase, and keep going forward.
That's all we can do.
