The acquisition marks Adzuna's third acquisition in four years for strengthening its position as one of the world leading global job search platforms. The company also introduced their first agentech operating system for total workforce management. The $8 million investment reflects glory and competence in a new generation of AI-native enterprise platforms designed with AI embedded from the start. The capital will support product development, team expansion, and customer growth. Quote Novoworks is rethinking the foundation with an AI-native platform designed for the
modern workforce at David Mann, executive managing director at stalwart ventures, or excited to lead this investment by the team with such cheap domain expertise and attract record of building scaling successful platforms. We believe they are uniquely qualified to position to define total workforce management for the AI era. Following an intensive build phase where the customer's deal announced the general availability of its fully integrated ATS, that's right, and I don't like standalone recruiting tools that stop at offer stage, deals ATS is built directly on top of deals HRS system. This drives quicker hiring and productivity with ATS and HR on a single platform here. It auto-generates job descriptions and screens candidates. It pushes roles from workforce planning into the ATS directly, and once an offer is accepted, data flows directly into HRS, automatically triggering IT command orders, and compliant contract generation. This is an interesting move here. I guess the other ERP platforms are now on notice, so don't be surprised if you see

Healthcare workforce platform CAREFAM has emerged from stealth mode announcing a $14.5 million funding run led by a Patango health tech with participation from emerge. The company offers a conversational platform that uses AI agents to automate their recruiting and onboarding process for hospitals and care providers. These agents manage candidate outreach scheduling, credential screening to reduce administrative delays in hiring, and the system is designed to escalate sensitive decisions to human HR staff while handling routine coordination tasks. And finally out of San Francisco, Ezra, a voice AI interview platform built for recruiting teams, looking for reliable signals to assess talent and candidates who want to be heard, announced its raise $3.2 million in a seed funding run. The funding comes as recruiting teams face a worsening hiring crisis as technology advances. Application volume, they say, is tripled nearly tripled since 2021, recruiters are now
screening 1,000 plus applications per roll while qualified candidates vanish into the noise. With AI resume tools becoming more sophisticated and accessible, it's getting harder and not easier to find a real talent, that's true. As those approach is different, they say, the platform interviews every applicant through the structure of voice conversations, giving recruiters comparable data at scale and ensuring candidates have a way to stand out by actually talking.
