Democrat BLOWS WHISTLE On Conspiracy AGAINST Trump

0:00A whistleblower is issued a statement that they were instructed by Latisha James, the AG of New York, to quote, find crimes to prosecute Donald Trump. Now, the scary thing about this is, of course, these prosecutions happened and they happened before Donald Trump became president. The question is, now, will there be any action against these individuals? So my friends take you back in time to start all of this off. We can go back to the civil fraud case against Donald Trump, arguing that the deals he did for which all parties were satisfied. They argued that was fraud and they tried to seize his buildings in New York City. We also have the city, the lower level, not state level, but you had brag going after Donald Trump. This is related to, of course, the E. Jean Carroll case. Now all of this obviously was political. They had arrested Trump for trying to insurrect.

1:01They filed lawsuits saying Trump could not run or hold office anymore and they lost every step of the way. Donald Trump gets into office. He brings in Bill Pulti to be in charge of housing and Bill Pulti finds that several individuals, several Democrats, lied on mortgage applications, claiming residencies as primary for beneficial, for preferable interest rates despite not living in these places. Notably, let's see James had been accused of filing a mortgage application claiming she lived in. I think it was Virginia, despite being legally required to live in New York. Now when these criminal referrals came down, the Democrats on the left all said this is politically motivated. And to be honest, it is. I mean, seriously, who's going after these people on mortgage application errors? I mean, proving fraud is hard enough. I mean, probably the, the age of New York is not accidentally putting down their primary addresses for Virginia, but it's so petty.

2:02And I don't mean like personally, but I mean, literally it's a petty offense. I mean, actually, they're serious crimes. It's just no one really cares all that much. They make you pay a penalty and then they fix it. Normally we don't go after people for this stuff that doesn't mean we should excuse it. But the point is, I think it's fairly obvious that Donald Trump, or I should say Bill Pulti brought these things to Trump and they decided to pursue them because Trump is basically, if you want to play this game, we'll play it too, right? Here's the point. Tish James in New York is engaging in political weaponization of law enforcement in the state. Trump responded and I got to be honest, not even in kind, accusing Trump of rape and trying to seize his half a billion dollar buildings and Trump's like, we're going to give you a slap on the wrist that results in like a two month probation. So certainly you can call it politically motivated, but it doesn't appear to be strong as

3:05it were. So let's, let's break this down. Federal investigators met with Tish James Whistleblower, who claimed he was pushed to dig up dirt on Trump. The Whistleblower, an attorney general, let's teach a James office, who said he was

4:07ordered to dig up dirt on Trump, met with federal prosecutors for several hours Tuesday, sources said. Daniel Weisenfield, the former Brooklyn prosecutor and a lawyer in James's office, had a lengthy sit down with both criminal and civil attorneys from the FBI and the DOJ over his bombshell claims. Sources told the post, the extent of the Fed's interest in the case is unclear. Interesting. Weisenfield, who had been placed on administrative leave, claimed in a since deleted Friday email to colleagues that was leaked to the Times Union that his boss, investor protection bureau chief, Shamiso Masuoswe, instructed him to quote, to find and pursue crimes by Trump allies. Holy crap. If you believe Trump is using the DOJ attorneys to prosecute his enemies to further his political interests, you should find it equally troubling that Tish James is doing exactly the same thing. I ask you that you not serve as Tish's personal attorneys by targeting her political enemies. Instead, I hope you choose to prosecute crimes and find the individuals accountable rather

5:10than targeting individuals and then finding crimes. In a statement this week, James's office called the scandal personnel matter. Really? The office of the attorney general is committed upholding New York's laws and protecting the rights and freedoms of all New Yorkers, regardless of political belief the statement said, we strongly reject any assertion to the contrary. The agent's office did not immediately respond to request for comment Wednesday. Weisenfield has not spoken publicly about the scandal. In an email Wednesday, one of his attorneys Levi Stope, a partner with the firm, I don't care what the firm is with said, this client had no public comment at this time. However, the Trump admin this week fired back at James in a scathing statement. This is more proof of the weaponization of the justice system by Latisha James to target President Trump and her political opponents. White House spokesman Lauren Bisset, the far left Democrats law fair against Trump, his family must stop. Lock these people up.

6:11You can't. What's he going to do? Go arrest the New York AG. What do you think is going to happen after that? Trump and James have been embroiled in a bit of a few years during a 2018 campaign. The AG vowed to prosecute the president for crimes committed in New York state. Okay, guys, you know, there are two words that I love this way, but you tell me, you tell me, you comment below, you tell me, okay? You've got a lady who campaigned on going after Trump for no reason other than people wanted blood, an angry pitch fork mob for no reason wanted to destroy Donald Trump. Not literally for no reason. This is 2018. This is before Trump was accused of any crimes. I want to stress this. Donald Trump had not been accused of crimes. She campaigned on finding crimes and prosecuting them. Now if Trump had been proven a criminal and we all knew it and someone said, I'm going to bring an justice, I understand that. She gets an office. She makes the crimes up. People fraud. Deutsche Bank and Trump, I'll break it down for you.

7:13Let's go, let's go, let's go with the business records one. Actually, Bragg might have been the business records and I may have misspoke on the EG and Carol. I think EG and Carol was through New York City too. Okay, let's talk about civil fraud. So the Trump organization, not Trump personally, goes to Deutsche Bank and says, we want to get alone to build a building. They say, okay, well, you'll need collateral. They say, here's our building and they say, okay, we're going to take a look at it. Well, the Trump organization, again, not Trump himself says, make sure you do your due diligence. This is a big document for a large building. So we may have got things wrong. Deutsche Bank says, you got it. Takes a look and goes, you guys listed this pen as his 30,000 square feet. It's 13 and they were like, oops, sorry about that. They said, not it's fine. But we're going to reduce the total amount of the loan because the collateral is weaker than we thought. And they were like, sounds good to us. Gave them a loan. Trump organization, use the loan. Set up their builder building or whatever they do with it. Made money, paid back the loan. Deutsche Bank was very happy. Made a lot of cash, not an ounce of fraud anywhere.

8:14And they process and they went for those civil. They tried seizing Trump's buildings over this. And then of course you have, they said, we're going to take your buildings from you because it was fraud. Even though there were no aggrieved parties, then you have the business records case. Most of you know this, but let's break it down. Cohen Trump's lawyer pays Stormy Daniel to be quiet or something that effect. Trump gets charged. It's a misdemeanor. Okay. They say we're going to upgrade it to a felony because it was in furtherance of a secondary crime. 34 times. Here's the kicker. Cohen testified Trump never ordered him to do anything. This is what you need to understand. They were accusing Trump of crimes because his company or campaign did things without his knowledge. Imagine, guys, I'm warning you, this is the commie stuff we're talking about. Imagine you're in a company and some employee at some level commits a crime you don't know about. So they arrest you and they say, well, you're the CEO.

9:14Hold on there. Gosh darn minute. Now when a company commits a crime, there should be a penalty. I agree. If someone has caught a crime, that person should be charged. But how is a CEO of a company supposed to know about these things? Donald Trump did not instruct Cohen to do anything. Cohen just said, we all know he wanted. So they said, okay, we're going to charge Trump with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in further and some other crime. Okay, okay. You say those are felonies. The question is, what was the crime he was trying to cover up? There isn't one. There isn't one. They said, maybe, you know, the jury agreed there was some crime somewhere. We don't agree on what that crime is. I love it. It's like that that elevator tweet somewhere. Trump did something on an elevator. What he did, we don't know where it was. We're not sure when it was. No idea. But we want to find out. Seriously, Trump did not do a thing and they went after him like this. Now the best thing that Trump's got so far is this mortgage fraud thing.

10:15Week, I say. They say once and often as James in 2022 filed a landmark civil fraud suit against Trump. His two oldest sons and his organization claiming a year's long scheme to inflate property values in a bid to fraudulently secure favorable loans in 24. A state judge ruled in favor of James in order to pay more than 350 million thousand penalties. The ruling was later upheld and appeal, but without the hefty fine. Meanwhile, mass wasway, the bureau chief at the center of the current AG scandal was revealed to have sued the Trump DOJ for race, gender and parenting discrimination. My wasway, as I just said, is it mass wasway or I think it's mass was was fired from the DOJ during Trump's first term and sued the agency in 21. The case was settled for $795,000 during the Biden admin guys for the love of all that is holy. I just don't care, man. Like what I mean is can you tell me what you see happening? A woman gets fired by Trump, sue them.

11:18Then when it goes in the Biden admin, the Biden admin now settles, paying her off $800,000. She then gets a job with, to James orders people to seek out crimes against Trump. Can you put two and two together? That's a payoff so that she would come and do this job and engage in a listed action against Donald Trump. Now listen, I don't care for one faction or the other fine, so be it whatever. The economy is not so good. The war is bad. I'm just, I'm done arguing that I am arguing right now the dissolution of our fong of our government. There is no function here. The state is going after the president, the president after the states, Lord have mercy. Jeez. This is wild stuff. Let me show you my friends. 12:18happened by then they had grown to 200 to 350,000 members. Gradually and then suddenly, 24,000 members in Russia triggered the Bolshevik revolution kicking off communism, which massacred what an estimated 100 million people over 70 years. Terrifying. By August they had 200,000. How many members are in the DSA right now? 120,000 members. Much bigger. Membership previously hovered around 50 to 51. 13:25Just quoted. You quoted. Yeah. So I put this up on my little page and I wrote what I wrote and we have over 200,000 comments on this thing. You hit something that's so primal right now. Yeah. For me, I don't really have a dog in the big socialism hunt specifically, but I've got one in workforce. And when I look at four, five hundred thousand open jobs and then I look at those seven million able bodied men, not even looking at the jobs at all. And then I look at this whole conversation on spooling. I don't know if you saw this, but the stat that got me within the Democratic Party right now. Nine percent of Democrats who support socialism have college degrees, 40 percent who support socialism don't. So this thing that's being called a worker uprising, it's really not.

14:31It's not. This is happening because a lot of people with a really expensive credential are in the whole in a big way. And they're pissed and I don't blame them honestly. I mean, we can say what you want about it, but we, they took our advice, man. They took our advice. We said borrow whatever it takes. Go follow your dream and then go get your dream job. And that was a bunch of nonsense. Yeah, they don't want to borrow money to get a degree for a job that doesn't exist. And I don't want to lend them money that they'll never be able to pay back to get their credentials for the job. Degrees worthless. It just is. Thank you, man. Have a nice day. It's worthless. We don't hire here based off degrees. We don't even ask, you know. And most companies I worked with the degrees were largely worthless because when everyone has a degree, no one does. And what jobs are available are not the jobs you might be credentialed for.

15:32You got a degree in music business. Congratulations. Nobody's hiring that job. Music managers. You got to make that company yourself. In which case, you never needed the degree in the first place. The point ultimately is my friends. What Microsoft is pointing out is that we have this uprising of people who are socialists. It's not going to stop. A generation of people told the borrow money they can't pay back to get credentials that don't help them in any way. Now they want everyone else to pay their bills. My point is this. We are looking at an active conflict between political factions in this country. It's political. It's law fair. It's cold civil war. It's what you want to call it. The phrase is that I did not come up with. When you have a woman fired by Trump paid 800,000 dollars by Biden, joining the Democrats and then getting a job in New York state to find crimes to go after Trump on. This is not legitimate use of law enforcement. And this is not a functioning country. And this is not a constitution. I've had this argument over and over again, but I'm going to stand by it.

16:32Is it the function of government to seek and destroy their political enemies? No. Well, maybe it's not supposed to be. What's supposed to happen is that New Yorkers supposed to protect New Yorkers from crime. The federal government oversees federal crime. Instead, Democrats, the state level and the federal level before Trump got an office in this first turn have sought to destroy their political enemies and steal political power. I don't care. You think is right. I care that you only look at the outcome. The Bolsheviks in 1917 had 24,000 members. That was nothing. By October, it was a revolution. Zarnickles and his family were brought into a basement and massacred. It does not take that many people. It doesn't take that many people at all. Right now the DSA is about five times as big as the Bolsheviks worth that time. One could actually point out that we're roughly, I think we're about five times bigger than

17:35the population of Russia. Let's double check. Russia, population 1917. Let's make sure we're the numbers right. Oh, I'm sorry. It's worse. The population of Russia was 170 million people in 1917. Oh, wow. That's amazing. 24,000 people. Let's just crank it up to the high number when the revolution happened. I'll say 300. 300,000 out of 170 million. Guys. And growing. Tucker Carlson. He's got a viral video right now where he says El Sayed is Trumpian. And my Roger is, oh, he's terrible. Yeah. I think these people can see what's coming. You know, I think Tucker's a smart guy. I think he saw the writing on the wall and he said, I don't want to be on the wrong side of this one. You don't want to be on the wrong side of a Bolshevik revolution. No, join the party. At least then you'll be somewhat safe for a little while because the revolutionaries
