I can tell you right away, five million is not one percent. What is it? Do we know what the person is? What the numbers would have to be similar for it to be a one. I don't know. Yeah. I have no ideas. Ten million. Okay, so 10 million is one per 10 million is one percent. Five million is half a percent. Okay. So maybe it's 10 million bucks you got to put in to get one percent. It's a nice nice figure. Good for a good for a Denzel word. Yeah, this is all about, you know, blitzer who's not from here getting just some local identifiable people. Obviously Travis Kelsey's famous Denzel's famous in Northeast Ohio. So you do that because you're not here. You're invested in all these other teams and. What does that make it to the lawn? All of the real estate properties. I don't even know what David blitzer looks like.

5:13So I can yell like if they start making bad moves. I assume he looks like wolf. If they start making bad, that's honestly when I think of David blitzer, I'm just thinking of what blitzer. Yeah, so I'm just going to think I'm yelling at wolf blitzer. It's like they make bad moves and they're somehow even more fiscally responsible than what even the guardians are right now, which is a very difficult thing to do, but it can be done. You know who's going to get tweeted at when people don't agree with what's happening. It's Denzel. Yeah, Travis Kelsey. No, I was going to have to tailor swift. But that's the Donna Kelsey. But that's the beauty. What am I going to do? Am I going to say? Everyday Donna. Am I going to start? This is shortfall. This is mom. You better not go after. After didn't know we can't go after her. So do you build yourself a well? This is the thing. Do you build yourself a buffer? Cleveland has a department who understands the hierarchy in guardian's ownership. Yes, yes. That's not, you know, John in Wickliffe who doesn't pay attention to day and day out of guardian's ownership. But John in Wickliffe is probably a big Denzel war fan. Is he going to let who Denzel award is and Travis Kelsey is? And he doesn't know who Wolf Blitz is. Yeah, that's true. But is he going to is John and Wickliffe going to give Denzel award a piece of his mind at a at a high school football gamer? I'm more likely to see Denzel award in the community than I am to see David Blitz. David Blitz.

7:14Here's I think what the biggest misconception is about what this is going to be when Blitzer takes over. Who also if you look at his portfolio, the 76ers, New Jersey Devils, the commanders, the real salt, the real salt Lakers, the real solid, Utah Royals, the Philadelphia WNB 18, which is yet to be announced. He's got international soccer clubs, man, there's four of those. He's also a minority stakeholder, Joe Gibbs racing. Guys, that changes everything. This is all I had to do that for Kenny. Live with some of my eyes, Papa. Yeah. Oh, oh, really? This is not going to be some wild influx of money. The way these work and a lot of also the private equity firms work, they're going to run it like a business exactly the same way as the guardians are run right now. Now private equity to a sports fan is a four letter word. Yeah, look at Kronke even the way that he has been running things in Denver.

8:17They've been talking about how cheap he is. This is how all these groups, it's going to go down with the exception of the Dan Gilbert to the world, the Jimmy Haslums of the world. We are very fortunate to have two of the owners where they have literally proven they will spend whatever it takes. That is my, that is a minority views point in ownership groups in professional sports. There's a drawback to that though. They're such fans of their sports that they believe they know those sports very well. And that they're the ones who hold the power. It's the gang in the gang and that's the drawback of it. But you mean you mentioned the four letter word where you say private equity on that, that's not, that's no fun for everybody. I think with David, I do think there will be a splash for David Litzer. Because you got to do that. I think you'll make a splash. Yes, he'll make a splash. Here's an extra 30 million will spend and that'll be a one time thing. Because if they, if it ends up being a bad one then, well, when are we splashing after the work stop? Yeah, after the work stop, it gets fixed after the win. Like a really after do after wait another year or two.

9:18Well, I don't know. Is there, are we actually going to figure out a salary cap and a salary floor? Because then you got to make all that fit. I'm going to guess no. Well, then continue. I'm just tired of having the same complaints that we've had for over 20 years, easily over 20 years. Don't they get tired of it too? Don't you guys see what's going on in the NBA and football? And don't you watch some of them? Just buying a minority investment into the guardians or name what other Clevelander that's made a little bit of money in the life. I can't just keep you on. I do think that is going to lead to much more oversight over how these, how the wealthy owners,

10:22you talk about them, a courts, then you're talking about the bus family or what what what scandal? No, the the guy already forgot his name. The guy Merino with the angels. No, the Dodgers, the Dodgers owner. About where where the money, the Rico Pellazzo, where where where the money was diverted from. I think there's going to be more oversight over how these owners spend anyway. So I think you're going to see less and less of the, hey, I'm just going to spend as much money as I possibly can. I think that, especially with the valuations where they are, think about it. If you get in for an NFL or NBA team at 8 million, 9 million, 10 million, a billion, 11 billion, if you get in at those prices, you're not then going to go ahead and spend so much more money year to year. It's not happening. I don't think it will. I think, I think you're going to actually see more restraint than ever before in the spending of these teams. I know that's not what fans want to hear. We're back to treating them like businesses and not like toys because that's what they've been treated for 30 years as toys.

11:24I would still rather than treated this toys because there's still some, yes, because you have one person to yell at and there's that one person I can go. Paul Dolan is a mixed bag. He is definitely committed to the city. I know he can't just go, we always get the Dolan family trust mix up with what Paul Dolan's personal worth is. They all like he and his brother and his sister have to like go and spin the key at the same time and get promises from the family to be able to take that money. The four, five, what six billion dollars, whatever it is and throw it into the Cleveland Guardians. I don't think that's going to happen. So we say like, Paul Dolan's worth this at the other. That's what he's worth. He can't spend that money.

Or you can try to learn from your mistakes. I think Dan Gilbert's learned from his mistakes. I think to the degrees, they're still trying to learn from their mistakes with the hasoms and the browns. And hopefully that'll start to pay off over some time. But you're going to have to go through. You're going to have to take your knocks. But I still think it's better to have one person at the end that you can throw vitriol or praise or whatever towards instead of this board of nameless gray faces. Where again, David Blitzer is a businessman.
