The Detroit Lions just boosted their defensive line by signing lineman Peyton Turner.
This 27-year-old joins after spending last season with the Dallas Cowboys, where a
Rive injury sidelined him for the entire year on injured.

Turner came into the league as a first-round draft pick and spent his first four seasons
with the New Orleans Saints.
His standout year was in 2024, when he played all 16 games, notching 21 tackles and two
sacks.
Over 31 career games, he has five sacks, 11 tackles for loss, and 11 quarterback hits,
so the Lions gained solid experience right away.
