Police have shot dead fugitive gunman Dezi Freeman in Victoria's north-east.
Freeman triggered the largest manhunt ever by Victorian police in August last year, when he fled into the bush after allegedly shooting two officers in Porepunkah.
Victoria Police say he was shot shortly after 8.30 this morning, and no officers were injured.
Locals in the area say it's a relief.
WA's premier says he's committed to helping Exmouth rebuild, as the cleanup following ex-tropical cyclone Narelle continues.
The storm hit on Friday and brought destruction to the Gascoyne region, including the tourist hotspot of Exmouth which usually gets an influx of visitors this time of year.
Premier Roger Cook visited the town today to survey the damage.
And NASA is preparing to launch a mission to the moon, to help figure out if humans could one day live there.
Four Astronauts are making final preparations for Artemis Two to blast off this week, the first manned mission to the moon in more than 50 years. .
They won't land on the moon but will fly around it on a ten day journey designed to test technology for future missions.
