I mean, that tells you Bill's house, not even tracious, but just this whole relationship is just so toxic. She's wanted to slip into the country because we're all talking about Harry and Meghan. She thought she could maybe slip in and notice. Well, I bet she is. I mean, if Fergie thinks she can slip back into the country, nobody is going to be saying anything about it. She's absolutely deluded undoubtedly because this is the sort of thing that keeps the rolls up at night. I mean, how much further can it sink? Welcome back to POD Save the King. Fresh from the Sussex is returning to Britain. The royals are back in business, but after Harry and Meghan's bombshell return, unfortunately for the firm, the big issues don't stop there. On this week's episode, we reveal why the Sussex is have gone to ground. The renewed pressure on former Prince Andrew and what exactly Sarah Ferguson is up to? I'm Russell Myers. And I'm Jennifer Newton. So, Penny to talk about, Jen, I mean,

we've had some comments about the fact that this isn't all about the Sussex is. Of course, this is a role-finding podcast. However, of course, this is a... We've got to cover the Sussex is, the big return, but of course, there's been the roles back in business. They've been returning back to work after some of the break. We'll get onto what the King and Queen have been out doing. Big jobs on the horizon for not ended Prince of Prince as well as but Prince George, who's going to start school next week. But I suppose we should start with the Sussexism. What has been going on? Well, this is the thing. We haven't really seen them. We saw them land at Birmingham Airport, which we talked about last week, last Wednesday, but we haven't seen them out and about yet. Why do you think that is? Well, I guess, you know, they're probably wanting to keep a low profile. Is it so much has been made of this return? We only had... She seems to have a couple of weeks ago that the news broke, that they would be coming back to the UK. That's all seen pretty rush to admit. I mean, the King only found out that was it three days before

and interestingly that he was sitting down pretty much with Prince William at the time, where they would hold him. Having this summit. It was time. Oh, yeah. When is the summit? It's so. As much we covered that last week. But what is interesting is about how they have gone to grounds, the Sussex is. You know, what is the reason for this? I suppose that they've had a lot of press. It probably did what it was supposed to. They've got the message out there. They're back here in the UK. The raw family know about it. What will they be up to? Where are we still to know where they're living? Where the children are going to school. I suppose this will come out in due course. So a lot of rumours about whether they're staying or thought, whether that's going to be a main base. There's of course cottages and other accommodation. At El Spencer's a boat has been stated Northamptorshire. So I suppose after the drama of the last couple of weeks, no doubt they want to try and take stock of what has been happening.

Because school children are back in school this week. But how long do you reckon that this can go on for? Well, it depends how quickly they want to come out from wherever the shadows, I suppose. I mean, we know that Harry will be having engagements quite soon. He's got a few things lined up in September. Whether Megan's going to make any public appearances, that's still to be determined. So it does make you think how long can they stay at home for. But they've only been here a week. So we've got to give them a little bit of time. I mean, why I never even unpacked my bag from actually. I've got it for holiday. So maybe give them a bit of time. But what is interesting, a bit of a lot of rumours flying around over the last few days about whether Megan is going to be showing up at some of these events. And let's look at the shed job. I mean, I'm told that Harry wants to hit the ground running. I mean, he is very, very keen on putting himself out there. We know he's still got these associations with Well Child.

Their annual do is just in a few days. It's going to be in the next couple of weeks. We've also got the Diana Award coming up. There's a couple of stories during the week, wasn't there, about Megan going to appear with him. We got a shed in the light on that. So there was some report that Megan was going to be, well, Harry and Megan were going to be at this Gala dinner in a really swish London hotel in a few weeks time. However, we've heard from Harry and Megan's spokesperson that they had no, it's not in their schedule to be there. So we're not going to expect them at this awards dinner in a few weeks time. It is a little bit surprising because I think everybody thought that might be the first time that Megan would make in a public. She hasn't made a public appearance in the UK. I mean, you even see when they returned to when Harry was here doing a big show and she flew in. See the King. There was no pictures of her arriving. No pictures of them arriving at high-grive. It's quite astonishing, we haven't seen her yet. Yeah, it is quite astonishing. However, she isn't going to be at that awards Gala dinner

in a few weeks time. They're not attending. But it does make me think about the Diana Award. That's one of the few things that Harry and William still haven't come in, isn't it? They still support that award. And there was a bit of an awkward moment a few years ago. Don't talk to the kids would say. Yeah, a few years ago where William did go to the awards in London. He was there in person to see the award winners. And to be fair, it is an absolutely brilliant award scheme. And I can see why William would want to be there because it honors his mother and some of the work that young people are doing. But on that occasion, William was there. He was there in person, kind of made a hasty exit before Harry's video message was placed. Well, let me sort of fill you in on this because I was there when he was discovering it for the role rota. And William was there, he was at the dinner, he was meeting some of the recipients of the Diana Award for that year. And then it sort of started to filter through that William was going to say a few words.

And then we understood that Harry was going to be making speed. And he was like, he's either going to be, he's going to pop out the cake or something. And then where are we going to come from? But it turns out he was doing a video message. But it was just to the award recipients in a separate room. Yeah. They structured it. I mean, this is how, and this was back in 2024. They structured it, the event organizers. So William was not going to be in the room as his brother was going to be on screen. I mean, that tells you about how, sort of, not even fractures. But just this whole relationship, just so toxic that William can't even be in the room as his brother is speaking to very worthy award winners. And an award in honor of their own mother. In honor of their mother. And so what they did was they waited for William to leave before the Galadina. And then they took the award winners into a separate room. And they had this private message from Harry. I mean, it was very, very strange. And I thought, gosh, that tells you even back then, I don't think anything.

We can certainly say that nothing has changed since then if anything's got worse. Yeah. But I mean, let's look at Harry and Meghan first, because a lot has been made about their return to Britain. What are they going to be doing? We had the gentleman too, premier, just this week. Or very awkward again, all the stars being asked out. I felt a little bit sorry for them, yeah. If I mean, Vinny Jones for former footballer, hard man, he was asked, he basically just told them to get lost, because they were all asked, you know, if you're going to have a new high profile actor on the set, will they be welcomed? And of course, everybody sort of half played long. They're not going to say no, are they? Well, Ray Winston, who's a big British actor, and a lot of people would know him starring in the gentleman as well, he sort of played Darmins, and he didn't know what you're saying. Theo James said, well, you know, if somebody was to turn up, then maybe the themes of treachery and drugs and violence and the aristocracy

would probably work fairly well. I mean, have we shed any light on this at the moment? I think it's the same as last week. We still don't know. We still hear that she's in talks, but we haven't had any confirmation either way. Funnily enough though, there was some comments by a Netflix boss. This was at the Edinburgh TV festival when she was asked about Megan and the season three of the gentleman, which somebody said last night at the premiere starts shooting in the next few days. It's such an imminently that they said, what can we expect for season three and she said, all better off? What does that mean? Well, anything can happen. I'll write anything gonna happen. Okay, well, maybe an extra oil or pitching up. Vinny Jones did, he sort of tried to pour water on it, but I think he was, you know, they're all having a bit of play, and he obviously got very, very heavily briefed as to the questions. It was a little bit boring, Paulie N, because like you say, we're all still in the dark about this until we do hear from either Guy Richie or Megan Spokesperson. I mean, they seem to have had a quiet week than the last couple of weeks, which is interesting.

I mean, certainly, maybe interesting to see when we're going to see Megan, because opinion is still very split in the UK. I believe what you want to about how their star had risen or shrunk in the US, but I think they're still very, very divisive in the UK. Harry was sort of welcomed into the Invictus community, of course, once again, when he came back here, but for Megan, we haven't seen her do anything of note on these shores for such a long time, and she really will have to pick her appearances very, very carefully, I think, because like when we saw them at the Lake Queen's memorial, there was a smattering of booze and some cheers, but you know, what, debatable water drowned the other one out, when they're at St Paul's Cathedral. So do you think the Diana Award is, is it probably a good moment for her to have chosen to be there? I mean, it is quite a closed environment

that all the people are invited there. It's, you know, nobody from the public can just turn up. So from that sense, I think it would be quite a safe environment, shall we say for Megan? But again, I think, you know, the Diana Award is about the young people who are getting the award. I don't think we can forget the fact that it's about the young people, and if she were to go, if Harry were to go, if it were to be their first joint engagement together, would that not overshadow the whole of us? Yeah, everything is, you know, if you're going to choose one thing to rub up the role family, and indeed the Wales is, I'm not sure that they would be too happy about it. I'm, we wouldn't hear from them in any official capacity, but could you imagine sort of the very first thing that Megan does is turning up to an award ceremony in Williams' mother's honour when they haven't spoken to Megan for such a long time. I think that has been very, very separate. We haven't seen Catherine turning up to the dinners, and maybe that's why they've tried to sort of take the sting out of relations at the moment. But, you know, is there has to be a situation where Harry,

not only has to call his father, as far as we understand it at the moment, there hasn't been any contact between Harry and the King, all the rest of the royal family, you said they're probably unpacking boxes, and getting the school uniforms, I end up impressed, and the kids are ready to get to school. But that has to happen at some stage. They've been here just a few days, get your feet under the table, you know, get the accommodation sorted. But once that has happened, surely they're going to have to go and see the King, whether that's in London or at High Grove, and explain the full reasons as to what they're doing here. I mean, is this going to be the start of Harry and the King? Meghan pitching up at High Grove every weekend with the children, and what is that going to do for relations with the rest of the royal family? I think it would be hard for them to just start going around, like we would go around our family's houses, because there has been so much said, and you know, you've got to think it's only been two meetings in the space of two years between Harry and the King. It's not like, you know, well, from what we know,

it's not that they have that sort of relationship, but maybe it is baby steps, and maybe, you know, you can have a couple of meetings here and there, and then it would become, you know, more of a reconciliation. But I think the thing that people always want to ask me about is how does William feel about this? Because I know you've been talking to people who are close to William and Kate, and that's what I want to know. What are they thinking about this? I think I'm going to, you know, turn up at Forest Lodge and ask for a cup of tea. Yeah, could you imagine? I mean, listen, I think very much the case of the official line from William and Catherine's camp is, keep calm, carry on, lots to look forward to for them. Is there's a preparing for this big tour in India in November? That's going to be alongside her shop. I imagine there will be some diplomatic meetings as well because it's on behalf of the British government as well as, as for Earthshort. However, what, I'm asked all the time, but what do they think? I mean, to think people want to know. Absolutely. I think that William and Catherine were left shell-shots

by the news as everybody was. Yeah. The fact is, nobody thought that Harry and Meghan would be coming back here any time soon. No. We may have been told that Harry wanted to visit on an official capacity, but nobody expected him to move back here. And, you know, you talk about Harry, but certainly not Meghan. No. I mean, they've spent the last few years basically saying, how unsafe this country is, how unwelcoming it was, how fractured the relationships were with the rest of the royal family. So it really does beg the question of why are they here? And certainly, William and Catherine think that as well, as well as the rest of the royal family. And unless they get some answers of which they are not going to demand, but I think that Harry and Meghan certainly do owe the king a bit of honesty as to why they've come back. Because whilst you're in the country, you are in their backyard. You might not be living around the corner and popping down for a couple of sugar, like you said.

But regardless of where they're living, they're going to be popping up. They're going to be the ones leading the headlines now. And will it overshadow the work that the royal family are doing? I think that that will be the concern within both households. One thing that did maybe chuckle this week was Donald Trump getting in the act. I mean, he's never been shy with an opinion or two about Harry and Meghan. I mean, some poor journalist was given the task of asking him in the, I think it was in the Oval Office, about his views, about Harry and Meghan. What did he have to say for himself? So yes, Donald Trump was asked on Tuesday about what he thought about Harry and Meghan. Obviously, they're no longer living in his country anymore. So they asked him how he felt that they weren't in the United States anymore. And he said, if he were the royal family, he wouldn't have taken them back. He boasted of his good relationship with the king and the late queen. We've never heard that before. Well, yeah, exactly. And he said they were disrespected by the Sussexes. And then he was also talking about, he also gave it into a few hours later.

So he actually doubled down on this. And he actually brought William into it. We know he likes William, don't we? Yes, yes. He's so handsome. He's so tall. Yeah. When they met after the Notre Dame cathedral reopening, he was there with him in Paris talking about how handsome he was and tall. Yeah. So he said that he thinks that she, as in Meghan, what she has done and what Prince Harry wrote in that book, it was very terrible to William. It was terrible. Yes. But it was. I mean, we were more than expect, I suppose. You know, it's someone to have in your corner like Donald Trump. We did have the king to get someone with him. I think that's probably a bit of soft diplomacy in action. We like to sort of wheel that phrase out from time to time, but very much we do know that Charles gets on with him to a point of being the diplomat. I mean, should the president of the United States been waiting into royal matters? I mean, he's... He's asked about it. He's going to comment on it. He comments on everything. So he's going to comment on them. And I think that's just part of the course of Donald Trump,

isn't it? And we know that it has been a bit of a war of words between him and the Sussexes in the past. And I was just looking at this earlier, even just earlier this year. Remember, Harry had to put out that statement after I've got to say what Donald Trump said was wrong, in my opinion, about how British forces in Afghanistan stayed back off the lines. And Harry came back at him for that. There's been other kind of dakes Donald Trump has had. So I think this war of words might... He's going to keep kept nuts about it. So this war of words is probably going to continue. Yes, his memory is not the best sort of Donald Trump. He was forced into an embarrassing climb down about the British service men and women serving in Afghanistan. And certainly service personnel serving on the front line. What is interesting, I think, that he's fully prepared to give his view and still say what a great relationship he has not only with the late Queen, but King Charles. He always rolls. But we've seen King Charles at engagements. He doesn't leave anyone thinking, oh, I didn't. He makes everyone feel good, doesn't leave when he meets them.

So I've been doing it a long time now. I don't think Donald Trump's special in that respect. No, certainly not. What is... I suppose that Harry's probably had a chuckle at Donald Trump waiting in to his personal affairs, which have sort of deepened with his... The establishment, as Harry would say, because this week we had further reports that the Duke of Sussex has accused. Not only Ravek, which we've touched upon in previous weeks, which is the Royal Protection VIP Committee that judges Harry's securities. They were the ones who stripped him of that security when he left the Royal Family. But it was reported last week that he's accused the chair of the body, which authorizes his protection, of not passing on the information about a 2023 threat from Al Qaeda to his security staff or to the United States. Now, the issue for Harry having private security and the reason as to why he is trying this fight and keeping on fighting with the British government

and the home secretary after losing court cases at the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and writing to the home secretary is because for this very reason that he believes that certain information isn't passed on because he believes that certain information isn't passed on and makes his position a lot more unclear and unsafe. I mean, he's got a point if this sort of information has been passed on. If Ravek isn't telling him of certain threats towards his security, you could almost feel sorry for Harry in this instance. I think, yeah, so this was an alert. He put this in a letter, well, his legal team, put this in a letter to the home secretary. We talked about that to that, he sent to the home secretary last week. And I think what his M side is trying to do is trying to demonstrate that there's not always this joined up thinking when you've got so many different agencies involved in security. Whereas if Harry had the security, the taxpayer funded security, you have the police

and then obviously the intelligence services and they share an information all the time. So then there's a more joined up thinking if there are threats, they can be identified easily and quickly and then the proper security can be put in place. So I think from Harry's point of view, and his team's point of view, this is what they're trying to show that when you have to have third party involvement, that's where communication could potentially break down. Very much so. We have the example, which is often rolled out. So I'm surprised Harry's team haven't made a bigger deal out of this, but we've got a number of former prime ministers in Britain that have a lifetime of security. And why is that not afforded to the king's son who has served his country? Is it because they've made too many enemies? And it was used as sort of the carrot and the stick to try and keep them within the royal family, but certainly has the position changed. My exclusive from last week touched upon that that the home office are now actively looking at this situation because Harry and Meghan

have moved back to the UK. Will this make it easier for the home secretary to sort of put that tick against their names because they are here permanently? I mean, whenever we're sort of reading the comments online or speaking to people or people of messaging us on the show, it is very much a case of they can pay for their own security. They have not only made their bed, they can lie in it. They've made an awful lot of money. And if it is a case of money, I can kind of understand that. But like you said, there are cracks within the system that if you are Harry and Meghan, possibly, there is a bit more sympathy than we've been led to believe if you're just reading the comments in there. Possibly, there is a bit more sympathy for them if you're just reading the comments online. And another thing that was in this report that was out at the weekend, the sources said, Harry's team, and I think we shouldn't really forget this. And this and sometimes people do forget, is that because private security in this country

can't carry a firearm. And his source close to Harry was saying, we can't even carry something like a cricket bat. And if someone were to do something, all we have is brute force to stop it. It's probably just love. But picturing some burly security guard walking around with a grey nickels of security was a bat. I mean, it would be quite the scene. Listen, I think we're not, we haven't heard the end of this. It's run and run. No doubt that the home office need to have a full evaluation of this situation as it stands at the moment. And it's going to keep on going. Now with one major return wasn't enough for the role of family. There's another thorn in the side. This is interesting. Who has sneaked back into Britain? Who but Fergie. Yeah, she's back. So she has come back from, so do you remember a few months ago? She was at that Austrian ski chalet. Oh yes, it's a picture. It was £1,000 a week or a night.

Yeah, and we saw the picture of her with her shopping bags. So that was quite a few months ago now back in April, but she's now back in the UK. We believe that she's got a house somewhere in the home county. She is residing in sorry. Very nice. Very, very nice indeed. So she's, well, you know, sources close to her have said, she's wanted to slip into the country because we're all talking about Harry and Meghan. She thought she could maybe slip in and know what she is. Well, I bet she is. I mean, if Fergie thinks she can slip back into the country, nobody is going to be saying anything about it. She's absolutely deluded. I mean, let's not forget and we'll refresh the memories of our dear viewers. That's the reason why she had to sort of escape very, very swiftly is because her whole world came crumbling down after the Epstein files were released last year. And so this cascade of torture information came out about her relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, not only the fact that she'd sort of been visiting him

in the States, staying at his various mansions, begging him for money, saying that she loved him. She wanted to marry him. Want to marry him? Well, that's what the image is. And taking her daughter to visit him, while he'd been released from prison. I mean, this is an absolute disgrace, a fall from grace, which she has suffered many, many times. But I think before this all came out, many people thought that she would be one of the great survivors of royal life, that she would be the one to turn it round. But the thing for Fergie is, is utter greed. And that became apparent when you saw these Epstein files coming out, not only her and Andrew Mambatton wins a so heavily involved in his Tory world, the pictures coming out in the Epstein files of Andrew standing over that poor young girl. You know, just tells you a lot about how embedded they were in this absolute web of just deceit and awful behaviour.

I mean, it just goes so much deeper than that. There are victims who really want answers from both Fergie and Andrew. And I can't see how she has used, well, I can't see how she's used this opportunity to come back under the cloak of darkness almost. But that's not it, is it? I mean, what are we hearing this week about potentially? She's lining herself up for a new tell-all interview. Yeah, so what we're hearing is TV boss as a clamor and to get her to open up in a tell-all interview or a documentary where she would tell all about all of the Epstein scandal, her life with the royal family. And I think a lot of these, you know, streamers, streamers and services, such as Netflix, Amazon, Disney, what we're hearing is they want the story. They want her to go on record. And people will watch it, won't they? They want to know. And they want her to explain herself, actually. I think that's what they want her to do. But somebody said to me this week, they can't believe she would dare to do this. But like you said, we've just got to think back to the Epstein files.

She begged Epstein for money, knowing what he did in his past. Even when you think back many years ago, she tried to sell access to Andrew for money. If she needs money, she might have to resort to this sort of thing. Well, she may think that she has to resort to giving a tell all interview. We know she's done it before. She's spoken to Oprah. She's spoken to Australian networks and UK networks in the past. But I tell you this now, there'll be victims of Jeffrey Epstein who find this absolutely sick, that Fergie would take money for essentially a tell all about her life with Jeffrey Epstein. It is absolutely disgraceful. So I don't think it's beyond her. No doubt that there will be the streaming giants queuing up for it. And while people may say that they're not going to watch it, they absolutely will. I mean, whether Netflix want to get in bed with another, one of the former royals remains to be seen. But could you see a situation where Anderson Cooper from CNN, he interviewed Harry.

It's in good lines from that that was sort of a mini tell all interview about his relationship, wanting an apology from the Royal family. I think the Royal family is going to be very, very nervous about this. It is not great to have them outside of the camp. And I think that that's what the King wanted to do. He wanted Andrew and Fergie within the camp as much as possible. But those transfer of Epstein documents really did give him no choice but to expand them from the Royal fold and to put them in exile. But unfortunately, they're still causing huge amounts of grief for the Royal family. Yeah, they really are. And I think one of, if there is a world in which Fergie doesn't do this interview where she goes to her new home and lives a quiet life, I think the two reasons why she would do this and not do any of the media is because of Beatrice and Eugenie. They've been through a lot. They've been dragged through the mud with by association of their parents, by who their parents are. And I think if Fergie wasn't to do this, go down this route, it would be because of them.

Because they, Eugenie, she's just had a new baby. Beatrice is trying to go on with her life as well. And maybe she'll think it's better for me and better for my daughters if I just don't see anything. Well, unfortunately for Beatrice and Eugenie, their parents are forever in the headlines. And they haven't thought about anyone but themselves for the past few years. And it is a stain and not only across them, but for the whole of the Royal family. Yeah, exactly. But I mean, we've heard about Fergie coming back this week, but there's been some big developments when it comes to Andrea Mountbatten-Winzer, who has ever happened. I mean, this is extraordinary. Well, unfortunately, this is the story that is never going to go away. It is the new surround the Royal family's neck. And every time that Andrea Mountbatten-Winzer, or De Jeff Reppstein, gets mentioned, it refers back to the other. Just this week we had Congressman Thomas Matsey speaking in the US House of Representatives. He just made a background about Thomas Matsey. He has actually lost his seat.

He's the Kentucky representative, but he has been campaigning for something called the Epstein Files Transparency Act II. I'm not sure they could have come up with a more snappier name, but it follows on from the Epstein Transparency Act last year where Donald Trump signed into action the release of the Epstein Files, which is again, why we saw this absolute disgrace of Fergie and Andrew being named in so many of the Files, and they're truly extent of their relationship, becoming known with Jeff Reppstein. Now Thomas Matsey wants to get out of Ghana, 218 signatures in order to force this vote to release the next stage of the Epstein Files. And I do really think he's got a real chance, because you look at some of the language being used just this week. And I think the fact that Andrew Mountbatten-Winzer was named alongside 14 others accused of committing sex crimes in the United States, the prosecutors and investigators in the United States,

they want action and they want Andrew to get on a plane and to go over there. And why I think that the Royal Family, and indeed Andrew, we've incredibly nervous now, is I remember speaking to some of the survivors when I was in Washington for the King and Queen's state visit just a few months ago, and speaking to some of the Epstein survivors. You know, they were saying to me, Andrew needs to get on a plane, and the person to make him do that is the King. King Charles needs to get Andrew on a plane over to the United States and give evidence to the investigators who are looking into every looking cranny of Epstein's sick and perverted worlds. And I think that when the pressure is mounting, not only from the victims, but from the people who are drawing up legislation, you know, the president as well, were able to release these files, is he now going to be pressured into releasing the next branch of these files? There are three million files that are due to be released.

And I think that this is very, very uncomfortable and no doubt the Royal Family will be nervous and waiting to see what the next stage of this is. But you say about the Royal Family, you know, as far as they might be concerned, they've washed their hands of them. They've took away his titles. He's been banished as Sandringham. He doesn't go to Bel Moral. He doesn't go to any family events. Do you think there'll still be nervous even though they've tried to, you know, get rid of the problem as such? Undoubtedly, because this is the sort of thing that keeps the roles up at night. I mean, how much further can it sink? I mean, the depraved world of Epstein and his cronies, how embedded... It's not only Andrew Mabat and Windsor, but Sarah Ferguson was in that awful murky world. I think the Royal's will be very, very nervous about what is to come. Well, we've been speaking about scandal and infighting. And of course, that's been dominating the headlines over the last couple of weeks, if not the last couple of years. However, the royals are back in business. They have returned from their summer break. And, you know, we've been looking at some of the headlines.

I want to pick you up, Jennifer, on something that you may have noticed. I'm not too afraid of what you've been necessarily working on the last couple of days, but... My Google history. Yeah. The hot echoey. He has quit his royal life. Yes, indeed. Oh, you may not be familiar with the work of Major Johnny Thompson. I think I've heard the news. Possibly. It's downright sexism. What is? It's outrageous that this poor man through 20 years of distinguished service has been put down to a mere couple of appearances alongside the Queen and King and Queen and a Killed. Yeah. Well, what can you tell about the shock, shocking news? Well, yes. To tell you yourself. I'll study myself, don't worry. Yeah, so shockwaves through the palace. He's decided to step down as the King and Queen's senior at the end of this year. So he's been with them quite a long time, actually. He was there with Charles in the early days of his raid when he was doing that tour of the UK. He was there at the coronation, helping with the ropes. And he's there on...

We see more of the time. Who's more excited to the Queen's coffin? So, yeah, he's an ever-present at King Charles's side at all these big ceremony events and what an echoey does. Well, I could barely say it. So I was getting it wrong. They're querying. They're querying. They're drawn from the armed forces and they're there to essentially assist the royals while they're out and about. You see, you know, Major Johnny there helping, helping when he can. And yeah, he's decided to step down after 22 years in the army. So I think that's quite a long stint and he's going to pursue a career in the private sector. Yeah, so I mean, he's a very nice chap. I've spoken to him on occasion when we've been on role tours and he's been able to get on with his duty other than being lusted over by the Daily Mail. Obviously, he's on the front of the website when he's on tour wearing his kilt anyway. We wish him well. I mean, he's interesting that he follows quite hot on the footsteps of Suslive Olsen, the King's principal private secretary. And he's stepping down again after 20 years

within the Royal household. King's butler is retiring after 40 years as well. Is this sort of all change at the Royal household or is this sort of fairly cyclical? I think it is fairly cyclical, but it is quite interesting that it's all kind of happened at the same time. And you know, Johnny is going to be there until the end of the year. Johnny knows. Yeah, yeah, we're on first in. First name. Yeah, oh, we've been hard to get. He works out now. Yeah. And listen, I think that it is probably right to sort of have it clear out of the staff as it's time to time. Keep things fresh. Know that the King has got plenty of other things he wants to achieve next year. Yeah, and he's got through that early part of his ring, which was sort of crucial. And you know, looking forward to the future, he might want to, you know, bring in some more people, fresh eyes. No, I think that's a good point. Keep things fresh. And one thing we did see this week was King Charles and the manoeuvre crown. The bromance is still alive. This is the King in Queenworth in London

at the British Museum. Surveying the Bay of Tapestry, it's the first time it's been in England for over 1000 years. And this is very much a work of the British Museum, having a loan of the Bay of Tapestry, but as Bucking Palace were very, very keen to tell us, this is of course part of the, is it the Anton Cordial? Anton Amicael. Oh, we've moved down. We've moved down. We're not just Cordial, we're friends now. We're friends indeed. Not a back slapping. And listening to Charles' speech, he was talking about the sort of friendship between two nations and the long lasting partnerships of Amicabal. Yeah. Amicabal. Amicabal. Relationships. Yeah. Well, I think maybe the Sussex should take note of sort of long and trusty relationships because it is part of that sort of bond that allowed the sort of coming together. So maybe Harry and Meghan were listening to the King's speech. We've got plenty coming up next week because Prince George starts school at Eaton College,

following in the footsteps of his father, Jennifer and I, we're looking through the archives of Prince Williams first day at school, no doubt comparing and contrasting and looking at the prince and princess of Wales is returned to work. And of course, it is the anniversary of the late Queen Elizabeth II passing on the 8th of September. Well, that's all we have time for this week. Thank you so much to Jennifer as ever for joining.
