It's Rated E for everyone.
And stay tuned, because later in the episode,
we'll talk about our MLB Top 100 highlight.
Actually, Brian will be talking about that, not me.
But we will be talking about.
The Blue Jays got double bad news regarding their starting
rotation on Thursday.
We'll tell you what's going on up there.
Well, down there in Dunedin, but it'll be up in Toronto
next week when the season starts.
Garrett Cole made his spring training debut on Wednesday
against the Red Sox.
We're going to be telling you all about that.
But first, some spring training notes to discuss first.
Mainly Carlos LeVron Hey being sent down to minor league camp.
Not shocking.
I would say I would agree with you.
Not shocking, but definitely on my end, fairly disappointing.
I thought he had a chance to make in this roster.
I thought he kind of deserved it, honestly,
with the way that he performed in spring training
and how good his numbers were.
Sometimes I think the better talent should go first.
And I know that he doesn't have time in AAA.
I know the minor league experience isn't necessarily there.
Right.
But it's 103 mile an hour fastball
and a guy that's been blowing guys away.
And up tier major league talent that he's blown away.
He's not just going up against.
This isn't a guy they were bringing in
in the seventh inning late in games
to face the lesser talent of other teams.
He was facing the top two talent teams.
So I thought he deserved more of a stay in a real good chance
of getting to the major league level.
He clearly did get pretty far in spring training,
but not making the club a little disappointing for my end,
but I'd agree with you, not overly surprising.
Well, Aaron Boone said it was a very, it was a tough decision.
Look, because they were surprised
that it was actually a decision
because they weren't expecting La Grande to come in
and look so good in camp.
So the fact that he made it this far
and he made it be an actual issue for the Yankees
to be like, should we be doing this?
You're going to see him sooner rather than later.
Like, I don't even see September Calla.
You're going to see him sooner rather than later.
Yeah, I think maybe honestly the first sign
of bullpen injuries.
I mean, you're going to,
guys always get hurt in the bullpen.
I think you'll see him coming up.
Yeah, it's just, he's too tantalizing
and too high tier of a prospect.
There's too much upside there
to not have him debut as soon as possible
at the major league level.
So they're bullpened strong,
but we kind of went over this last couple of weeks,
they see with the options of guys they have in the bullpen
and particularly not even just options
when it comes to players,
but options and player options contract wise.
They, there was a good chance that he wasn't going to make
the roster just because of being the odd men out,
but I think I agree with you
sooner rather than later,
you're going to see him at the major league level.
Yeah, so two things of note from training camp on Thursday.
So if you're a member of the everyday club all access level,
you know that I put a newsletter out every morning
or afternoon if I wake up late.
And I had the information that Max Fried was making
his last start before opening day against the Orioles this
and that.
And I put all the information into the newsletter.
So then I go to Yankees.com to check to see how Fried did.
And it says 11 Nothing Blue Jays.
And at first I thought, did I get this completely wrong?
And then I realized it was a split squad situation
because Fried, while now great against the Orioles,
didn't do as bad as Ryan Weathers did against the Blue Jays.
So let's talk about Fried very quickly.
Five innings, three runs on five hits, four walks,
not great, two strikeouts,
he gave up a home run to someone named Kobe Mayo.
Cool name.
Yeah, that is actually cool name.
I wouldn't be overly concerned with Fried's start.
Like it's probably mechanical, just fixing things up
and stuff, fun, tuning things.
Would it be that crazy?
Also, note on Fried, the Yankees did announce him,
let me get it not surprisingly,
add the opening day starter for this year.
Yes.
And then Weathers, who, another, okay,
so here I'm going to read the numbers, okay?
And you're going to think to yourself, three innings,
eight hits, seven runs, one walk, five strikeouts,
two home runs, one to varsho, one to springer.
So the one walk, five strikeouts, great.
In three innings, that would be fantastic for anyone to do,
but of course, the eight hits, seven runs,
giving up two home runs.
Here's the thing.
He has a 483,
that bid,
I can't ever say that, against.
That measures a player's batting average exclusively
on balls hit into the field of play.
So that means no like outside influences,
just the ball being hit into the field of play.
The average of that stat is 300.
Obviously, that is an outlier,
and it's not going to stay like that.
So it's like he's pitching okay,
but like everyone's barreling up on what he's throwing.
Like he's not having command issues,
he's not having control issues,
he's striking people out clearly.
But what did that concern you a little bit then?
If guys are barreling up and they're finding gaps again.
Yeah, he needs to figure that out
because I don't think that
that bid against is going to stay that high
because that's unusually high.
It is.
It's, that is batting average again.
Why can't I say it, please?
I was on, I used to be on a podcast 13 years ago.
So long ago for one of my blogs,
yes, and my fellow writers would make fun of me
because I still can't say that stat.
I will be able to do that.
I would say it's a little concerning
that it's bad because that actually high
because of the fact that he is getting barreled up.
And he, this is not dumb luck that that's finding him.
We've talked about it in years past
with guys like Austin Wells and stuff
who are barreling balls up,
but they're barreling balls two guys
and make a big difference.
Or Ben Rice too, yeah.
Ben Rice too, like hitting them into outs.
This is quite the opposite.
These guys are finding gaps on him.
They're finding they're putting the ball over the wall.
Yeah, I think that's a little concern.
Now again, like Stacey said,
it's not going to stay at 43.
43 is abnormally high.
No one's is that high.
Yeah, but it being that high in spring training
is a little bit of a cause for concern
because again, guys are finding the barrels against him
and he's not, he had the one dominant spring training start.
That's really been it.
Right, right.
I do like the one walk five strikeouts.
I just wish he wouldn't give up so much contact
including home runs.
Speaking of home runs,
Stanton hit another home run.
His fourth of the spring,
he went opposite field against the Orioles.
It only went three hundred forty feet.
It was kind of like a poke.
Yeah, like a poke of an opposite field home run.
It almost didn't look like it was going out
and then it went like five rows in or six rows in.
He's amazing.
And hopefully this keeps up into the regular season
because that would be fantastic.
Again, it doesn't need to open a bag of chips.
It just needs to hit home runs over the fence.
It's funny how quickly he put that story away.
Bag of chips story was a thing.
Everyone was concerned about him
and he came into spring training
and started hitting absolute nukes
and everyone just forgets about it.
It's funny how that works.
Just want to go over this too.
It does look like at every extend Jason Dominguez
is going to start the year in AAA.
And I did see a good portion of people
freaking out on the internet because of this.
And mainly because of the numbers
that he's put up in spring training.
And they've been great.
So to go over, he said 342 in spring training
with three homers, 10 RBI's at 381 on base percentage
and a 1.013 OPS.
Now, it also looks like Randall Gritchett
for the main team.
And he's going to be the Yankees 4th outfielder,
really just a spell and guided to come in here and there.
If Gritchick's your 4th outfielder,
that means your outfielder on opening day
is more than like definitely going to be Aaron Judgingwright,
Trent Grishamon Center Field, Cody Ballinger, and left.
Right.
Why not have Jason Dominguez start the year in AAA
and play down there and play full time?
There are a lot of people out there
that are freaking out about Jason Dominguez
not making the Major League squad
as if that's a demotion.
I would completely disagree.
I think this is the Yankees showing a vote of confidence
in Jason Dominguez.
If they thought he was a nothing based on last year,
if they thought he had no chance in a Major League career,
they would leave him in the Major League
and just have him be their Randall Gritchick this year.
And have him be the 4th outfielder
and spell in every here and there.
If they thought he had a chance to be an actual superstar,
they would put him down in AAA,
let him play every single day, let him refine his game,
and then come up at a certain point.
He will be a part of this 2026 Major League Yankees team.
He is not going to play the whole year in AAA,
but I think after spending an entire year
in the Major League's pretty much playing full time,
AAA is going to be a lot easier to him.
He's going to know how to react to things better.
He's not going to react to slumps as poorly
as he would in the Major League level.
I think he's going to go down there.
He's likely going to mash
and he's going to find his way back to the Major League roster.
I don't think this is a bad thing at all for him.
Remember, this is a guy that didn't get a lot of time
in AAA to begin with, and it started his career.
So I think him playing every single day,
him seeing good pitching,
him being a focal point of that AAA squad.
And if he plays center field, like here's my point too.
If Jason Dominguez goes to AAA and Riggs,
which is a likelihood, right?
That he's going to hit really well in AAA.
He did that throughout the entire minor leagues,
why would he not do it in AAA?
If he goes to AAA and Riggs,
his numbers in AAA are going to be better
than whenever Trunk Risham puts up in the Major League level.
They just are.
Trunk Risham is not going to hit 350.
He's not going to hit 30 home runs again.
His numbers are going to be better.
If they have him in center field Dominguez in AAA,
they can easily call him up at some point
and have him replace Grisham in the middle of the season.
And if they have him in left,
you move Belinger over to center field
and you have Dominguez in left field.
To me, there's no reason to have him
sit the bench at the Major League level
when you can easily have him play every single day
in AAA, it's much more productive for him.
And I think it shows a lot more belief in the Yankees in him
than it would if they just kept him on the roster
and made him the fourth outfield.
Right, right.
I agree with that.
I don't feel it's better for him to go into the minors.
It really is.
I would not want him rotting on the bench
because we've seen what that does to other players.
And you just don't want that to happen to Jason.
Well, I think it sends the message of,
if they put him on the bench and make him the fourth outfield,
it sends the message of, this is what we think you are.
Right.
We think that you are a fourth outfielder
and you're going to sit on the bench and play
every other week.
I don't think they want to send that message to him.
And I'll put, they think that's the case with Damidio.
Like, this is still a really young player who shows a lot of problems.
He's so young, he's still so young.
People keep forgetting how young he is.
And I know people will say, well, Volpe is young too.
It's like, we know, Volpe is young.
He still has a chance to turn things around as well.
And hopefully he will.
The person has circumstances, no.
Yes, right.
Because Volpe's had three seasons to turn things around.
He hasn't yet, where, what was that?
Yeah, I just heard some reverb.
I don't know what that was.
Did you hear it, too?
I did too.
OK, I love being live.
It's fun.
All right, so anything else we need to say about Jason Dominguez?
Just, it's fine that he's starting.
Well, we don't know yet, right?
But it's heading that way.
More than likely, it's being reported that way.
I mean, he's up at the major league squad now,
but it looks like it from all accounts.
Randall Grinchick's going to make the major league roster
in Dominguez is going to be in AAA.
I don't want anyone to be even really surprised when
that news comes out.
Right.
Yeah, yeah, just like, shouldn't be surprised,
but LaGronne Hague had sent down.
Yeah, yeah, that one hurts a little more.
But, you know, again, I think it's more productive
for Dominguez.
It just is.
Like it shows more belief in the kid.
And then he deserves that.
Like, this is not people, I think, overreacted
to how bad or bad is a bad word to use there.
How bad his first year was.
He wasn't that bad at the major league level.
It wasn't.
I think Yankee's expectations kind of made him look
a little worse than he actually did.
Right.
All right, well, coming up, Garrett Cole made
his spring training debut.
It was short.
It was effective.
We're going to tell you all about it next.

That reverb was crazy.
Have you worked in a sense where in actual radio station
where you wear the headphones like you're wearing right now
but you actually hear yourself back?
It freaks you out the first couple of time to do it.
It's a very easy thing.
I did news updates in my college's radio station at my,
yeah, and it did.
It does because I don't hear myself in these right now.
Yeah.
Yeah, and that would just happen on StreamYard.
I don't know if it went across to like everybody else
that was listening to the show live.
If it did, I apologize.
Yeah.
Not that I had anything to do with it.
But like we heard our voices back in our own heads
in like a two and a half second delay.
It was really weird stuff.
Wild stuff.
What else is wild?
Seeing Garry Cole on the mound,
pitching for the New York Yankees in a spring training.
You know, you're only not there for one inning
but it was a really good inning.
And I want to say before we mention anything
about the actual pitching.
Can we just talk about how he looked out there on the mound?
He was sporting a full beard.
Like full pre Yankees beard.
And he had the shaggy hair hanging out of the back of the hat.
He looked like Saiyong Houston Astro's Garry Cole.
Well, what should have been Saiyong Houston Astro?
Well, yes, exactly.
To a little bit of a lesser extent than he normally looks.
But regardless, I love that look for Garry Cole.
Like that is the dominant Garry Cole look.
And I want him to keep it all year.
A player like him makes it, makes me very happy Yankees
got rid of the beard policy.
Yes, I was very happy about that too.
So let's discuss, first of all,
the excitement of knowing that Garry Cole was pitching
but also the nervousness
because you don't want anything bad happening.
Sure.
And then on the first pitch,
this little brat from the Boston Red Sox,
Braden Ward,
Bunts,
to where Cole has to slide to try and get the ball.
And I yelled exploatives
and scared my cats because I couldn't believe
that this little brat did that.
Because and where is it coming from?
Is it in his brain?
Like, oh, let me bun to against Garry Cole
in the first time that he's pitching
since Tommy John's surgery,
372 days earlier.
Is that a call from Korra?
Who is doing that?
Because I'd like to smack them.
I don't think,
like I think Korra has more respect
for the game than to do that.
Like I can't picture Alex Korra doing that.
Like this has to be just a player decision
that's just really weird.
And like I got nailed at third.
Honestly, just very inappropriate though.
Like there is a brotherhood out there, right?
Of like how players feel about each other
and everybody in baseball knows that Garry Cole
is coming back from an injury.
So why do that?
Like I know you're trying to make the team
and you want to make an impression
but that's not the time.
I don't know.
I feel like that's the wrong thing to do.
C.C. Sebastian called the move trash.
He doesn't think Korra was behind it.
He thought maybe like someone else on the team
told the kid to do it, but like who would say that?
So I don't know.
I don't know.
I think he was the kid doing it.
I think he was trying to like raise,
I really like it.
Because what if Cole like trips and lands on his arm wrong
or twists an ankle?
You know?
And if I were the Yankees,
I would have advised Cole like hey,
if that happens,
don't even bother Jason the ball.
Like who would have guessed that this kid
was going to bond on the first,
the literal first pitch.
I don't think I don't think Korra is behind it either.
I like, I know we have our opinions on Korra of course,
but like that's beneath him.
He is, he's a very well respected manager
on all of baseball.
Like that's, that's way beneath it.
I don't think he would ever be so like that.
He started on that.
Don't get me started on the well respected, please.
Okay.
But he shouldn't be because when he was suspended
for what he did and how he helped the cheating,
whenever he came back from the cheating,
they were just,
oh, he was suspended.
Never about what he was suspended for.
It was always just he was suspended.
Everyone sweeps it under the rug.
What do you not think that he helped the Red Sox in 2018?
Do some weird stuff?
Please.
Oh, I'm not disagreeing with you
when it comes to any of that.
But this is a manager who's a former player.
So like he is part of that player, brotherhood.
I don't think he would do that to a pitcher.
Especially when the top arm is in the game.
Like that cheating is not beneath him.
But like that's a different.
That's a different one.
But that's trying to win the game and something like that.
This is a spring training game
and doing this to a guy like Eric Cole regular season.
Fine.
I'm okay with it in the regular season.
But not in the next training.
I can't pick your Alex Corden doing that,
like ruling that in an exhibition game.
That would be a little crazy to me.
All right.
So after that first pitch that the kid hit for a bump,
call only through 10 pitches, which cool.
You want a first inning to only be 10 inches,
inches, 10 inches, 10 pitches.
And this is what the breakdown was.
This is from baseball, Sivant, if you're not watching,
we're going to spell it out for you.
So 10 pitches for them were four seamers.
Two knuckle curves.
One of those knuckle curves is really, really good.
Two sinkers, two sliders.
One of the sinkers was really, really good too,
to the point where Emmanuel even said something about it
on the broadcast because of the way it sunk.
It also was nearly 98 miles an hour.
So that's the other thing.
His Velo was up a tick,
which was amazing to see.
His fastball, the average was 96.9.
And that one sinker I told you about was nearly 98 miles an hour.
It's also the 98.7, which is really good too.
He actually, I do think the uptick in velocity
is probably just adrenaline,
a big wave for the first time in a long time.
But Emmanuel did tell me that he threw a bullpen
like after this inning.
He went back under the tunnel and grew a bullpen,
because I guess he had that much energy to get out
and they wanted to see how long he could test it.
Yeah, also for stamina reasons.
So yeah, pretty positive sign, honestly.
The way that he looked, the energy that he had,
that's a really good sign to see and just really cool.
Like he might be above schedule,
which is crazy coming back from Tommy John.
You could tell he's itching to get back out there.
Yeah, I don't know though,
because they said I was reading an article
where they said they're not gonna rush him.
Like it may look like he's gonna come back early,
but I think they're gonna be really careful
because he's 35, he's coming back from this combo,
Tommy John slash brace surgery.
And no matter how good he looks,
he still has to build himself up to game condition
to where he can pitch seven innings or six innings,
depending on, but it is garicole.
So let's say seven innings.
And, you know, but I liked what I saw, you know,
again, he's been throwing.
He just hasn't been throwing in live game action.
He's been throwing the guys.
We said the other day he was throwing to Volpe
who was just doing pitch recognition.
He wasn't really swinging the ball.
And it's just good to see him,
but 372 days after his surgery,
he's throwing in a spring training game.
Like that's amazing.
Yeah, that is remarkable.
Like, and like pitching at like,
again, the sinker being at 97 miles an hour,
I don't know how you hit this guy.
And like no one's been able to figure it out
pretty much throughout the entire his career.
So how can you not look for other than Rafael Devers?
Yeah, for some weird reason, you know, you're right.
Yeah, but yeah, it's going to be super exciting to watch him.
Garicole on the milestone of pitching.
It was a bit of a special day for me getting out to compete again
and feel the support of the crowd.
That felt good.
On his performance, he said he felt good coming out of it.
He was a little different, a little more exciting,
knowing that I got to play today and not too much traffic.
So all in all, it was a good day from start to finish on his command,
which I love hearing his analysis on how he's pitching.
It's really because he's such a nerd of the game
that I love to hear how he analyzes himself pitching.
He said, I was a little rusty, but that's part of the game too.
So it was nice kind of not to not to not get up a level.
Hopefully I work at that threshold the next time around
and continue to build some sharpness at the new threshold.
That's pretty cool to see how he analyzes how he pitches.
And on his intensity, he said, but probably today was the worst.
It's been with command.
I mean, it was serviceable for the most part,
but I was just on another level of intensity out there.
If that's what he had to quote it,
that's the worst with command that you're going to see for him.
That's terrifying.
Right. He was good.
Like he was really good in this start.
So if that's the worst you're going to see, oh boy.
Like sure, there were a couple of pitches
that were a little weird like just like, oh, okay.
But like pitches, pitchers go through that all the time
and regular starts where a pitch will get away from you.
And he's like, oh, all right, let's not do that again.
Yeah, that's a little wild.
But can't wait again, can't wait to see him.
Yeah, it was just it felt it felt really good to see him again.
I actually got very excited when I saw him warming up
before the game, like not I won't say I got teary-eyed.
I'm not going to be one of those people because I didn't.
But I was just just thinking to myself, okay, we have a few more months
and then we're going to see him on a mound again,
in a major league game.
The Yankees really need him.
And this is a really good thing.
And everything went well.
And hopefully, everything will continue to go well
for Garry Cole and the Yankees.
Well, coming up, news from around the league,
including not so great news for the Blue Jays rotations.
We're going to tell you what's happening there next.
This week's MLB Top 100 Highlight is brought to you
by MLB The Show 26, the latest
from the beloved video game franchise.

of MLB's Top 100 Player List.
The elite names you'll be controlling,
building around and going head to head with in MLB The Show.
Today we're spotlighting Cody Ballinger.
He was ranked number 51 in MLB's Top 100.
I thought it was a little disrespectful,
coming off of contract, coming off a really good year.
He performs everywhere he's been
and the consistency is a big thing of Ballinger plus his field.
And I think that wasn't really taken too much into consideration
around the rest of the league.
The way that he's able to field at a top tier level
compared to the rest of the league and guys in his position.
Thought it was a little disrespectful, but hey,
if you're a Yankee fan, this is the guy
that they've built part of their franchise around.
And in the show, you can do the exact same thing.
MLB The Show 26 lets you be the guys the way
we talk about them every single day
from their clutch moments, breakout seasons,
and even their superstar traits.

So Stacy, some news from around the league.
Just letting you guys know we will be live on Friday tomorrow.
Forfamil Friday, that will be at seven o'clock, I believe,
Eastern.
Yeah, we'll just have it.
That sounds good.
We just planned it like that.
That's how we do things.
Some news from around the league, which not overly surprising,
but kind of surprising in Red Sox Nation.
Caleb Durbin announced as the Red Sox third baseman,
he won the job over.
This is slowly but surely becoming one of the worst players,
the Yankees of Let Walk in years, especially after trading
for Ryan McMahon last year when they would have not
needed to because Caleb Durbin became that much of a great player.
Mainly why this is happening.
Again, if you guys remind of the Red Sox
traded for Caleb Durbin from the Milwaukee Brewers,
if you had a breakout here with the Milwaukee Brewers,
Caleb Durbin is hitting 394 in spring training.
So he's been really great.
The Red Sox are moving one of their top prospects,
Marcelo Meyer, two second.
He did play most of last year in the major leagues,
but he still is considered a younger player
that's often coming.
So he'll be playing second baseman,
Trevor's story, he'll be at short.
Pretty decent Red Sox team.
Like I think they've been a little under-appreciated,
coming into the year, really good pitching staff,
solid bullpen, the infield's not that bad.
This could be a team that you're going to be
worrying about throughout the year.
Yeah, they're going to be annoying.
I can feel it in my bones.
They're going to be annoying.
I mean, the whole ALE is just going to be annoying, honestly.
Yeah, I think the Orioles with their improved offense
are going to be a problem.
They're going to score a lot of runs,
especially with the walls.
I think they moved in again in Caminiards.
So yeah, that.
Can you guys make up your minds seriously?
Make up your minds.
You need to open for 20 years.
It's been open for 20 years.
The stadium's been open for 20 years.
More than 20 years at this point.
Yeah, like 35 years.
It's 35 years.
Exactly.
So why are we so lost on now changing
the dimensions of the stadium?
It didn't work for the first three decades.
Now we're going to change it.
We are.
You know what it is?
It's really because of what the Aggies did to them in 2019.
What Labor Torres, what Aaron Judge,
what they mainly what Labor Torres did.
Like Labor Torres had like something like 15 home runs
against that team in that year was ridiculous.
Gary Thorne, his soul left his body.
I don't know how many times on how many Labor Torres
home run calls that season.
It's if if you go to YouTube,
you can probably look it up,
but there's a compilation of Labor Torres
hitting home runs against the Orioles
and it's all Gary Thorne's calls.
He just he it's like he wants to die every time.
Yeah, it's so funny.
It's funny.
I miss 2019.
I'm like the way it ended, but that team was fun.
Yeah, it was also some news out of the American League.
These two, the Blue Jays and their pitching staff.
Now, they'll be fine.
These aren't a season ending injuries,
but they're not the way you want to start off the year either.
Jose Barrios, he'll not be ready for opening day.
He's going to be delayed in his start and tray a savage.
He's going to be starting the season on the IO
with the shoulder impingement.
Anytime you hear shoulder elbow, anything with the pitcher,
it's just a little bit of a cause for concern.
There's no reason to think tray a savage
isn't going to be fine,
but that's a little bit of a cause for concern now.
Yeah, I didn't know until I was looking at the box
for of the split squad game and the main headline,
because you know how they have where they have the score
and then they have storylines.
And I saw your savage's name.
I said, oh, what's going on with him?
And I saw a shoulder impingement.
And I thought, oh, well, that's not good.
Not great.
Not what you normally want to see out of a young player
like that that's, you know, really kind of going
into his rookie year, right?
Like last year he comes up late and only has a couple
of starts for the postseason and why they're talking to you.
And him and Schlittler, like it's amazing
that they both came up when they did.
They both performed the way that they did in the playoffs,
like just nerves of steel ice water in their veins,
like these kids were not affected by it all.
It's unbelievable.
It makes no sense.
It really is crazy.
It makes no sense how these kids did it, but they did.
It was great.
He's going to be one of the aces of the Blue J staff.
Like that's how quickly his development has gone.
So starting off the year, not on the route
that he necessarily wants to,
but all indications are, he'll be fine.
Yeah.
That should be good.
Although, the other thing about the Caleb Durbin thing,
he didn't mention this issue.
I don't think so, but the fact that he,
why the aces traded him away.
Oh, yeah, I'm just trying to like get out of my memory,
though, like, yeah, I know, it's the death of Williams.
Yeah.
And so they trade Caleb Durbin away for Devon Williams.
Yankees don't even have Devon Williams anymore.
And now he's on the Red Sox.
Caleb Durbin to be a thorn in the Yankee side,
because that's always how it happens.
Yankee almost, like, it's a guarantee that he's going to be
an aggravated.
Oh, he's going to be so annoying.
He's going to be like, well, not, he's probably going to be
better Rob Reff Snyder.
Did he do anything with the Yankees?
No, but whenever he plays against the Yankees,
he suddenly decide, hey, I'm going to hit the ball.
And I think Caleb Durbin's going to be a lot better
than Rob Reff Snyder.
Yes, that's what I said.
He goes overall as a player, yeah.
Yeah, no, I'm just, you know, likening it to it,
because it's basically the same, but Durbin's better.
It's the same thing.
But, I mean, you got Durbin, Narvayez.
You've got, uh, you know, Garret Whitlock.
Yeah, yeah, Garret Whitlock or all this Chapman.
Like, there's a lot of former Yankees that, uh,
What do we, wait, but what are we saying?
What'd you say on yesterday's show, the Gabby thinks
that Chapman's not going to have a good year.
And I told you guys, always listen to Gabby.
Yeah, that is her take.
Um, yeah, we'll see if it comes to fruition,
but that is what she thinks.
Yeah, listen to Gabby.
She knows what she's talking about.
Uh, in case you didn't know, we've been having a promotion
all week and ended because the tournament started,
but you can, you could have joined a bracket with hosts
and fellow listeners and Gabby won that, uh, bracket last season.
So I listened to her on everything she says about sports.
And there you go.
Stacey's, uh, your trust source
when it comes to sports news.
Look, I mean, I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm hoping that she's right.
I mean, I'm hoping she's right about Chapman as well.
Yeah.
