Dissolution: A step on the transformation journey

Welcome to the April episode of my podcast "10,000 Hours and Counting,"

This month I am still focusing on the theme of transformation and the current global energy of change. In this episode I'll be discussing aspects of our current collective transformation process, how people are feeling disappointment, dissatisfaction, and uncertainty about the future and explaining this through the concept of "dissolution".

Dissolution is an important part of the transformation process but sometimes scary to face, so I am also offering some ways we can navigate through uncertainty. With a focus particularly, on finding balance between your human personality and your soul energy during this experience.

I will also be touching on kindness practices you can use towards yourselves and others, tips on maintaining simple spiritual practices, and remaining open to new possibilities rather than resisting change. As well as sharing some guidance on crafting breathing exercises and calling in light to help yourself through your own transformation process.
