Disturbing NEW Evidence Against d4vd: Breakdown of Preliminary Brief

True Crime Cam

About this episode

Shocking new evidence was released in the preliminary brief for David Anthony Burke, including Amazon deliveries of a bodybag, burn cage, chainsaws, and more. Prosecutors alleged that d4vd ordered an Uber to pick up 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez from her Lake Elsinore home on April 23, 2025; and that she was killed within 20 minutes. This same night, d4vd attempted to cover his tracks by texting the victim several times, asking where she was -- as well as a late night trip to a remote area, where he allegedly dumped some of her personal belongings. A status conference is set for May 12, with the preliminary hearing expected on May 26.
