We know more details of what KJ Beerman could be looking at if he has found guilty. And you know, there's a big fight going on in Georgia in this case. If you're not familiar, I'll get you up to speed. But he could be looking at 25 years minimum if tried at adult and found as an adult and found guilty of sexual assault on his female classmate there. Who he's been arrested for allegedly doing. Let's go. Let's get into it. Let's talk about the Dougers first. Huge week next week. 4:07we have Joe Douger in a Florida courtroom. And we will finally find out if he's going to take a plea deal in that essay case where his sister-in-law, who was nine years old at the time, accused him of sexually assaulting her, putting his hand under her underwear, manipulating her underwear, having her sit on his lap. That's what he's been arrested for. Posted that $600,000 bond, but he only had to come up with 10%. Jim Bob Douger picked him up. We don't know if Jim Bob paid it or if Joe paid it back. Anyhow, we'll find out if he's taking a plea deal or if he's rolling the dice and going to trial in the state of Florida, child molestation. You could be looking at life in prison. This is going to be a big week next week. So, Joy and Ginger sisters, a few things we need to know. They dropped a podcast episode yesterday announcing a rebrand of the Jeremy and Ginger Volo podcast. Now, very interesting, okay? A lot of people have a lot of hot takes on this. And many times you guys are right, not within the Lansing Clancy, as I like to call it,

5:10Lansing Clancy case. Okay, Patrick didn't do it. Hopefully he'd get ready to file a lawsuit against Lansing, at least a Rena. Sorry, Rena. Okay, I love Rena. I just didn't like that take. Rena believes Patrick did it. Anyhow, a lot of times though, you guys are right. And you're incredible investigators. So, people are saying that they believe Jeremy Volo, who professional soccer player, now very involved in the Christian ministry. And getting some sort of doctorates degree, getting a master's degree, is his job is in jeopardy. And that is why this podcast is getting a rebrand. Now, certainly they don't say that. I don't know if that's the case or not. But it's being rebranded as call your sister, because joy and ginger, I listened. They sound great together, by the way. Went on the podcast yesterday and go, look, new studio, new rebrand. In fact, Jeremy's going to be the producer, but he's very busy at this season of his life. And he can't be on the show. A lot of you all feel he now works in the Christian ministry.

6:14And a lot of people feel that perhaps whether it was at Grace Community Church here, and I'm like, oh, where is Grace Community? Is that near me? I want to go Grace Community. I'm going to go see Sun Valley, California, Roscoe Boulevard. No, great question. I don't think it's close to me. Anyhow, he works there, very involved, getting a degree in more Christianity and focusing on that. That's the story. And apparently it was his idea. He's given the blessing. It came to them during a conversation that the sisters had. All right, all this is believable. Okay. It's also believable that maybe what's going on with the Dugger family is a conflict. If Jeremy wants to lead the congregation and do more Christian things. I don't know. That's what a lot of you all have speculated under the comments. Everything is being rebranded. Jeremy and Ginger Pod is going, baby. Welcome. Call your sister. I'm going to get the so confused with Callio Deere. Call your sister podcast is being rebranded.

Joy, Anna. The middle name. And as I mentioned, they went on to say he's like in this busy season of his life. Now, a lot of people also, you know, he got a lot of criticism on that show for speaking over ginger at times. I listen, I get that. He did seem to like want to get his point across. Again, maybe that's their dynamic. And I did hear her as I've been on and off again, listen, or just kind of like jump in and say like, he does this. I'm okay with it. No red flag here. Before we get to the Kim Zolls yak of it all, did you guys watch the trailer for Real Housewives of Potomac? Are you excited? Robin Dix, our girl, Robin Dixen is back.

9:16Now, Robin is there because Robin, I think, this is my opinion only, I believe Robin is going to hold Wendy accountable. Okay, I think it's hard for the other women to keep this friendly relationship and with Wendy while grilling her and holding her feet to the fire. Okay, I think the other women, including Jazeal are going to be, quote, unquote, supportive of Wendy and Eddie as they head to trial in January. And I think, or they too could do a plea deal here last minute. We'll say, but apparently they're going to trial. So I think Robin is there perhaps just for one season because we've seen that trend over and over again, of course, Gretchen and Slade, one season, one in done. And, you know, also, who is the one that had all the motivational manifestation stuff, Amanda, for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? So I think Robin is there to be nasty to Wendy and hold her feet to the fire. Really say what everybody online is saying, which Wendy and Eddie are scammers. They're going to go to jail.

10:17How could they do this in their delusional? I think. I love Patel make you guys know this. I'm from the deep well and from Maine originally, but my career was built in the DC area. I will watch. I at first I was really excited about the trailer. And then I sort of was like, I watched it for a second time. And I'm like, I don't know. You know, I will give it a go. Salt Lake, I'm very interested in. I'll be watching as I've told you road island season two. I'll be glued. I will test out Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, although I'm getting less and less interested in that. I'm done with R.H.O.A. I'm done with. I might check out New Jersey. Are you watching New York? I'm Carol Rad as well. I love her. She's giving it her all. But I don't think you can save New York at this point. I don't think Carol can either. I'm sort of done with that. We're all to my I'm done with R.H.O.C. So I'm, you know, I'm a fair weather Bravo fan. A little of this, a little of that. Obviously, I'm very glued to all the TLC stuff. And we know now Sister Wives is coming back October 5th. So I will be there.

Are you going to be watching R.H.O.P. More details are coming out about KJ beer men. This is looking not good. You know, his legal team has now filed a motion to transfer his case to a juvenile court for confidentiality proceedings. Okay. If it's juvenile, we're not going to hear any of the details, videos, etc. He is being tried as an adult so far. This is an attempt by his insurnees attorneys to ask the superior court to transfer his case. Now, he is only 17 to the juvenile justice system. If this goes through, KJ would no longer be tried as an adult and could potentially face less of your consequences if convicted. Now, Jason Sheffield, KJ's lawyer, noted that the arrangement hearing is due to take place October 14th. Then they plan to enter a not guilty plea to all charges. He also said they planned on filing the motion

12:19so KJ would be tried as a juvenile. It's difficult to comprehend that a 14 or 15-year-old child can be held in detention for a month or longer, simply waiting for a bond hearing. But that detention is direct consequences of the detective's decision to arrest him on charges of this magnitude. In September 8th, filing that the media outlets got a hold of Jason the lawyer wrote, the aggravated charges carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years in prison up to life. He noted the sentencing court cannot probate any portion of the 25 years and stated that KJ would not be eligible for parole. He would have to serve every day of each 25-year sentence if run consecutively. KJ's lawyer talked about his potential punishment while he requested a Fulton County Superior Court judge move the case to a Juvee situation. I don't know how he isn't in Juvee anyway. I mean, he is, but how this isn't just going to Juvee. I know prosecutors always have that authority in a lot of cases to charge people, young kids that do violent crimes, murder, etc.

13:23as adults. KJ was 14 years old at the time of the alleged incident and thus should be given a chance to rehabilitate himself rather than having to face an adult criminal justice system. At 15, KJ's story is not finished. Jason said the proposition is not sentimental. It's a developmental reality and it's embedded in Georgia's statutory scheme. He also added that KJ is an adolescent whose development is ongoing and whose future cannot reliably be predicted merely from the labels attached to the allegations against him. So learning a lot more about this, this case getting very serious and heating up, I believe we'll also be following this. Last week it was reported that KJ was indicted on seven charges and faces up to 50 years behind bars. Kim has said he is completely innocent. 17:26Ariana and London was everything. It was such a spiritual moment because just to be there in a new country with your favorite artists on a solo trip. And what was so exciting was her new album came out so she played some new music for her new album. I saw three shows, which reminds you Sarah, the tickets in London are way cheaper than America. Really? How much? It was like how much in London? Like, three and a perre-sale in America. And London, $300 a ticket. Oh my. You leave it. Yeah, no, I believe it. Okay, wait a minute. Was she wearing the boots? Because so it was like, she- I'm curious what happened. My first show I go, she's lip-bing. I go, this bitch is lip-bing. Like, what happened to Ariana? She's lip-bing. And then she took a few days off and I was like, okay, I did not expect anything to be happened. She had a few days off. I'm just wondering, maybe she, I don't know, broke a tell. I don't know. What is one do with your dancing in stilettos? I've never done that. So she pops out in the eggs. So her final two shows, she dances in the eggs. And as a fan, that was like such a cool experience

18:28because on one of her first early shows in LA, the screens had a malfunction. And she said she loves when things go wrong. Because it's kind of like a, you go one, one, one, one, one of the opportunity kind of thing. Like you're experiencing over the first time you're all in it together. And I was also in the show in New York where her mic went out for an entire song. So I got to kind of experience a lot of the malfunctions on this tour and I feel very blessed. But the eggs were a moment and she still stepping on those tippy toes. And because she cut her foot. What do you think of her stepping back to take care of her health? What do you think is going on? You know, I think she just does not want to deal with the haters. Like there's just too much outside noise. She needs to just let her fans live her life for her. Like let us just experience the Ariana and y'all haters Sarah can mind your business and just stay out on the side. Call she's not well. She's not and she's not well. She's stepping back to hopefully get healthy.

19:28And you know, we go like I think that's what they say. Just to make please the please the public. She's totally fine. She's perfect. She's getting Ricky Dick. She's good darling darling. He's perfect. Let's move on. So you and I have been watching Earl meets world. The Alexa Earl, the much anticipated Netflix reality show, Earl meets world. How many episodes it dropped on Friday. They dropped all the episodes was it eight? Eight episodes. I want all your thoughts because at first I thought the show started very boring. Then I was like, okay, wait, I actually like it. And mostly I'm in love with the parents. I think the parents of the reality show her mom and that hot boyfriend Todd. Todd is like so sexy.

20:28No, literally I was like, Ashton wants to be a model. No, let's let Todd be the model because he is stunned. Todd is stunned. And then the pair like TJ and Alex Earl. I mean, and Ashley debris, I cannot. Like Ashley debris needs to be the reality show. Most hookers are in truck stops without teeth. This one has landed. She is the real life pretty woman. How is she not the center of the show? Well, I think it's so crazy. I obviously was Elliott something, the governor of New York. Elliott, yes, yes. And by the way, it all went down. Okay, I was a radio personality in DC. There's a very famous hotel, Mayflower Hotel. That's where they would meet up. And he would pay her like $1,500 a night. He was married, by the way. I mean, she got the governor of New York to resign. She's iconic. Well, I also love this too. Because watching the show, I kind of feel like it was very keeping up coded. Like it was identical to what early keeping up was.

21:29So I felt the nostalgia watching it was so fun because obviously you have the data, Chris was the momager. You have a scandal going into the family before it was even a scandal. Like obviously the Kardashians was OJ. But Ashley Dupree Skandah was very highly publicized too. And I think seeing the like the TJ's kids and like Alex being the like obviously the star of the family and she's the reason everyone is famous was giving very much Kim. So I think it was very playful in that sense and I love that obvious full well does the Kardashians on Hulu and they're the production company for this as well. So it was just kind of for me as a Kardashian fan, it was very nostalgic to get to watch. And also I love Alex Surrell. I've been watching her on social media. And I think seeing the first episode was kind of the introduction for the world why it was a little boring. Cause it's like we already know all this. Get to the juicy part. I want to hear what she's the same as OJ. Cooper. But did you think it was that juicy, the Alex Cooper of it all see? I think the, okay, what did you think that part was juicy?

22:33Well, I think the obviously it was good for a season one and I think she did exactly what she needed to do. What I wanted to discuss with you and I don't think a lot of people are discussing is in the show she brought up how she works with some of the same people that Alex Cooper works with, which Alex Earls publicist was Alex Cooper's publicist. And when this feud happened, the publicist went with Alex Earl. Really? What? Yes, what publicist would not want to keep a client that's getting hundreds of millions of dollars of Spotify deals, serious XM deals. What publicist is gonna say, let me go with this. What? We're down with that. That has to show something that all that money is on the table for this publicist and she's just gonna say, let me just go with Alex or all. So do you think that they're gonna hold some of this for season two? Because I didn't, I thought there was a lot of tease about Alex Cooper, like why it didn't work out and she wanted this mentorship and she thought that they were better friends than they were. But I didn't feel like it got to,

23:33you know, I mean, really the bottom line is was Alex Earl's podcast producing numbers. And my guess is it really wasn't, right? Which is why they cut bait with her. But we don't get any of that. And I feel like with the Kardashians, those first couple of seasons, it was all about them taking L's. Like they, remember Dash, like Dash, they kind of tried to prop that up, it didn't work. Remember they, didn't they try to like sell cupcakes? Remember they would hawk everything and like nothing? Like people would buy four cupcakes and they'd just keep it moving. Like it, nothing worked for such a long time. And the thing about the Kardashians, they were, everybody was laughing at them. Like they were jokes and they just like transcended all that. I don't know. What do you, I think the difference though is the social media of it all. We already see all this play out early keeping up. Social media really wasn't a thing. It was just you watch the show and that's what you got. And just through the pop, pop, pop, pop, paparazzi pictures and the tabloids and all that. So like the Kardashians were on the grocery store shelves 24, 7, they kept tabloids in business.

24:33So I think that's just a little bit different. But I think obviously Alex Earl is playing this well. And I think she picked a production company. Like Dave Gretman is friends with the Kardashians. He's also the reason Alex Earl was in the Super Bowl half time show is an executive producer on this show. So it's like she's protected in some sense. Yeah. And I think that's probably why we're lacking the full on all out. I know. I kind of want the full. And I wonder if there is more drama between Ashley DePree and Alex Earl because Ashley DePree was that girl in New York over a decade ago. And she really. And the same age as Alex Earl. And the same back then, not now. Yes. Yeah, when the scandal happens, I do think Ashley probably is sitting here in the back and like, what the hell? This should be me. Why didn't I get my own show and this and that? I think people online were saying that Ashley, I like Ashley. I thought Ashley was hilarious, the entire season.

25:35I never saw one thing bad about her other than the fact that you're so desperate to prove to these girls that you're a good human when at the end of the day, you were not a good human. And you just got lucky that you guys are still together because at the end of the day, a mistress is a mistress. And you should just be happy that Alisa is over here allowing herself to be around you. That right there. And the fact that Alisa is like, I never thought that Ashley was good for him. I mean, you know, there's so much more there. Do you think we're going to get that in season two knowing who the producers are in this show? I think so now that we kind of got an introduction to all of the characters. And I think Alex is obviously the big pole and the cell for people to tune in. Now that everyone is like, wait, her family's kind of iconic. And like her parents, her parents, and this that, I think it'll be a little bit more of a, not a curated docu series, but an actual docu series. Well, you're not into the parents as much as I am. Are you? You're more into Alex. Well, I love the parents. I love the whole relationship. I'm over here loving just the Alex and Ashton relationship

26:36because it's so keeping up. Like Kim and Courtney and Chloe feeling left out. So I love that part, but I loved everything. I think TJ is, he's a Capricorn like me, so I get it. I get it. I get him. Well, TJ, to me, is like, could be unhinged. Like I really want to know how much editing they had to do because I think he says that he's not for everybody at the start. Like you know, he's already rich. I guarantee he has the most like, just hot take, like, I'm sure he'd be canceled in two seconds if they weren't editing him. And I'm like, oh my god, please give us TJ and Ashton on censored. Because I actually thought from them what was fascinating too, is Alex has been very smart, not talking about Ashton and his history of being like a high paid call girl back in the day. Obviously with the, with the Spitzer whole thing and he had to resign as governor. He was married. I mean, I remember that press conference. It was such huge news. Elliot Spitzer's wife, it was heartbreaking.

27:37She was like exhausted. Anyhow, and then of course TJ cheats on Alex Earl's mom with Ashley Toprie. I can attest to this, by the way, you know I lived in DC for a long time, one of NPR's headquarters, baby, met so many great NPR reporters. But I thought what was interesting about those two is I didn't think they had any shame really. And I think obviously, I don't know if I saw online

30:43that she got pregnant and that's maybe why they stayed together or if they really were in love. And like, I am the number one sex worker stand. Like, I think it is important work. And I am very supportive. I'm not a king shameer over here. So do what you gotta do. And I think I'm just happy that it worked out for her because just like pretty woman, you said, like, that's an inspirational movie. And Ashley, do pre-sleeving proof. Okay, cool. It is not important work. I mean, it is, yes, you know, we don't shame people here, but sex work is not like an important work. I mean, it's like, what are you doing? I feel like it's important. You could be able to just find your partner and enjoy. Oh my God, this is what I love about you. Is like the way that you, oh my God, you and I, I love our dynamic. Okay, so we have to disagree on sex work at least being important work. Where do you think they show goes? Do we think we're getting a season two? And was there anything we talked about some things we thought that were left out? Did you find that there was anything, another storyline that you found fascinating or wanted to like pull out? Well, I think obviously we're building up to season two with how the series ended with the conversation with Braxton. I think obviously we know now, Braxton is no longer with Alex and Alex is no longer with Braxton. I mean, stating someone else who was very shady online by using the same TikTok sound as Alex Erlady for one of her videos. So there's obviously more content to come. I think season two for sure will happen. If it doesn't, I will be embarrassed for this Alex Erl

32:46because for press for her show, when brought up with Alex Cooper, she mentioned my show's airing that hers are getting canceled. So for the love of the lore, I hope her show gets renewed because that'd be so embarrassing to bash someone else for their show getting canceled. And then here you are, I want it one there. I think you can do a cop. I think Team J negotiated a season two anyway. I really do. I think I was actually surprised Alex Erl's dating show got canceled after one go because I think that people now go in, especially like an Alex Erl with negotiating power automatically going, we get two seasons. Like you can pay us less, but we have to have two seasons because you have to things have to take and get momentum and it doesn't happen like it used to when the Kardashians were coming out, you know, almost 20 years ago. I'm just intrigued because Alex Cooper's Let's Marry Harry is on Netflix. And I think for them to include the TikTok of Alex Cooper in the show, that obviously had to get approved. You can't just use someone's full TikTok. So I don't know if Alex Cooper has her own deal

33:46with Netflix or something like that to where maybe she's cutting ties with Hulu, but it's just very interesting. And one thing I remember just living in LA was when Alex Erl's first relationship kind of, she was just blowing up her, I think it was a baseball boyfriend kind of was cheating on her and they broke up. Everyone wanted her to go and call her daddy. And through the great vine of just being in LA, Alex Cooper was like, hell to the no is Alex Erl gonna come on my podcast. Like she was kind of in that spot of like, who did she think she is that she's just blow up on social media and she's gonna be on my podcast. That's how Alex Cooper reportedly felt. Yes, on Alex Erl, when that first breakup happened, then you have Alex Erl blow the actual F up. And that's when she's like, now she's like over here going to come to say, oh well now let's have her on the podcast and let's put her in my network. And I do believe that, because even I heard she was like, before she had the Kardashians on, was talking shit about the Kardashians.

34:46Like not liking the Kardashians. And then here she has Kim on the pod and Chloe on the pod. It's like pick a side. If you're gonna be an interviewer, you can't be over here having negative thoughts on everybody, do your job in interview. At the end of the day, at the end of the interview, you can have your opinions, but I don't like the talk shit one day. And then, oh, you're famous. I'm gonna be better than me. Let's now put you on my network. All right, we're getting a season two, we believe Earl meets world. Did you care about the Tom Brady mentions? Yes, I might make sure. Oh, yeah. I was on social media when that was happening. And I go, yes, mama, yes. And everyone was kind of like Alex's savage, because that's Braxton's idol. And here she is. I loved running backs. It didn't really seem like it went anywhere, but I don't know. I feel like he appears everywhere now. So I'm like, oh my God, well, he be on season two. Like, I mean, get this. I'm surprised they even brought him up. They mentioned his name, that's crazy. Me too. Well, I also have a theory that very first phone call that she takes, where she's with her sister

35:47and she goes, oh, it's Braxton. I don't know. I think that was Tom Brady calling when she goes, I'm filming and then they instantly hung up. And she goes, oh, it's Braxton. I actually have a theory that I think that phone call was Tom Brady. Yes, 100%. And I think Tom Brady did not want to be on her reality show, but I think the way she was so smitten and they were sort of looking at the phone, that one Braxton, that was Tom Brady. Like 100%. I want to, when you see Alex Earl, you ask her that for me. Okay, I'll be like, was it Tom? Or was it Tom? Last question. Why didn't you invite me? Why weren't we at Northwest Concert in Chicago with Kim on one side, Kanye on the other? I don't even think they spoke, honey. But it was, that to me was more iconic than the concert. It was just the fact that one balcony on the right is Kim and the balcony on the left is Olive Kanye. And you could tell, Kim is balcony was looking empty, honey. That was Kanye's hometown. He had all his family. Everyone was on his side and Kim had two besties on hers.

36:48But I just love that Northwest is able to perform. I know there was some controversy with the, she was going on tour with someone and then it got canceled. And I think her doing her first solo show, kind of just north, was so epic. And I think it was so fun to see her just like creative side. And like, I just gonna imagine her and Kanye bouncing ideas off each other of just this epic performance. Well, one person that wasn't bouncing ideas off him was Kim. Kim seems over it. And they like, this is not a Robert Kardashian, Chris, where they're all in the same room having a party. I mean, they're in the same room, but like you said, they were a whole balcony way away. Yeah, which I do wonder too. I'm like, maybe I don't know. Maybe Kanye is happy about the Lewis Hamilton and of all. I'm not for sure. I mean, obviously Kanye is like, will never, ever. I don't think ever will be get over the fact that he's no longer with Kim Kardashian. How could you? I only met our couple of times and I think about her every second of the day.

38:49So they're kind of given it time before, but maybe in the spring, Sister Wives is coming back in October, but we're already on season 21. It's a, we'll keep looking for a TLC show that we can do together. Overpassing, keeping up, shit. I know. No, Sister Wives is the longest running reality show I believe now on TV, aside from Survivor. I think Survivor and like they'd rather. The fact that the Kardashians was the longest running show with the consecutive cast, but now that they're at season 21, I feel like Sister Wives, because obviously every single wife is still on there.
