Hello, it's Lama Gubbibri, everybody who brought safe sound and healthy. And the reason why I am obliged to do another podcast today is because of the whole myth as we know and or as many of us are beginning to learn all over again or a new. European or Western data or information or records aren't usually true. So you need to now develop a habit of fact checking every single thing right down to the fact that the colonial era records especially had so many lies, be it about China, be it about the subcontinent, be it about and the fact it shows their inferiority complex to be very honest psychologically speaking. It shows the inferiority complex of the white man when they go on to other lands that were richer than them and that were more developed than they ever could have been at that time.
And education was in lands that were ruled by Muslims and freedom and this and that. And so basically the kind of the kind of idol society that they have tried to borrow from and build their own societies into. You know, they stole a lot from all these countries that they colonized and they lied a lot about these countries. And now a funny thing is that they're still lying. For example, how I mean imagine that literally it's on the record that the Dutch are known as officially the tallest people on earth. But are they really? Especially considering how they were actually the shortest people. Yes, they were literally amongst the shortest people till the mid 19th century where the average man, his height was literally between 555 and 56. And even in the times of the Vikings, even if you compare those times when the Vikings came and conquered the Dutch, to the Vikings the Dutch were short people.
They were dwarfs. The Vikings were actually known to be the tallest people of their time in the Western, in Europe. I would say in Europe because they too were supposed to have averaged between 5-9 inch. That was the average male height. Whereas then you would come back to places like Africa and Asia which are homes to some of the tallest people on earth actually and always have been homes to some of the tallest people on earth. So if we measure, let's just put it this way, when if you look at what the global researchers have found out as well, you will know that what I'm saying is a fact. It is only literally after 150 years or maybe you can say through the next 150 years,
because when the Dutch people suddenly became tall and that had a lot to do with, again, they would claim their diet as they became more dairy-heavy diet which again we would say is something that was extremely common for the people of Asia and Africa because dairy has been a very common staple diet in both these continents. So for them to suddenly go into a dairy-centric diet, it proves a point that yes, you can grow your height, obviously you can improve stunted growth through good nutrition and through good diet. Plus they also had this sort of a thing that began where the tallest people seemed to have the highest fertility rate and so tall genes just kept replicating naturally. So whatever it is, but if you actually try to understand, you would realize that even
today modern skeletal excavations of pre-colonial South Indian sites will confirm what we always knew, obviously. We have always known the indigenous South Indians and Pakistanis to be some of the tallest people on earth. And it's very funny because the British actually during their colonial era, just like how they lied blatantly about the Chinese, they lied about the Indians. And so one of the things that they lied about which is very astonishing because this is something I don't even know how they got away with it to be honest, but then that just shows how ignorant their people were at that time. That they literally said that, oh, the South Indians were basically very short. And the northwestern parts of India, they had some of the taller people and all. But the truth is that the indigenous populations possessed a powerful tall and robust phenotype.
The colonial records were not a reflection of Indian biology. They were a reflection of colonial anxiety, racial arrogance, and the physical stunting of industrial Europe. So if you look at the Western records, so for also quite a long time, America and Sweden, they were also termed as officially the tallest people on earth. So that again shows how biased Western records can be because it doesn't serve any purpose to the point where you cannot say that, oh, you know, because it is true that obviously due to genetic modification of harvest, Americans started to produce taller children. It had entirely to do with their GMOs, with their harvest. And that is a fact. Similarly, in Europe, as they became well-deer from stealing resources and natural, you know,
all that wealth from their colonized countries, you know, from constantly stealing from them. And they still are, as we know, in many forms, stealing from Asia and stealing from Africa, you know, so when Europe became rich enough, after stealing everything from their colonies, they could afford to have a reasonably good diet. So that, and obviously, again, there was all this work and research done on modifying foods to this point where it should enable, you know, their growth, basically. And it is a fact, by the way. So you know, when if you look at, you know, if you look at the actual, if you remove all of these artificialities and all these, you know, modern day, you know, shenanigans and
stick to actually who are supposed to be the tallest people on earth, regardless of all of that. You know, you would still not get the Western people as such, not not the ones who they claim, not the Dutch, not the Americans, not the Swedes, right? Because this is a wealth-driven illusion that the Europeans are exclusively the tallest humans on earth, right? It's a modern, wealth-driven illusion. It's a myth if you like. This is, again, as I said, strip all of that. And if you measure by true genetic potential, geographical hotspots and community lineages across history, the countries that can honestly boast the tallest people fall into three distinct regions, okay? One is the East African Nile Basin, which is South Sudan. If you want to find this single tallest group of humans on earth across centuries of records,
it is South Sudan. And yes, I can personally also kind of attest to it as somebody who was, you know, born in West Africa and who lived amongst Africans, you know, yes, even in Africa, this was a known fact that Sudanese were supposed to be some of the tallest people on earth, okay? And the standouts are the dinka and the newer ethnic groups, okay? If you look at the numbers, when anthropologists measured dinka communities in the 1950s, the average male height was approximately six feet, okay? Like 182.6 centimeters. So that's approximately six feet, okay? That was your average male height in the 1950s, okay, of the dinka communities. Even after decades of modern conflict and nutritional hardship, young South Sudanese who grow up with steady nutrition, such as diaspora populations or elite athletes, like, I think
there was Manuth Bol. Regularly clear six feet, three inches to six feet, six inches. That is 190 to 200 centimeters plus, okay? And that is declared this height naturally, regularly, okay? So here's the reality, okay? Their tall, lean phenotype is built into their DNA as a climate adaptation to dissipate extreme heat. If South Sudan achieved the same economic and dietary stability as Western Europe, then their national average would easily break the global leatherboard, okay? I mean, it would actually, it would, it would just break the whole benchmark, okay? Then you have the denaric alps. And this is also a very interesting fact because this part of Europe is actually the Montenegro, the Bosnia and Hezr Gavania Croatia.
It's this part of Europe, okay? So while the Netherlands statistically claims the top spot on national spreadsheets, but actually the tallest genetic zone in the Western world is a mountain range in Southeast York. And the standouts here are the Montenegro and the southern regions of Bosnia and Hezr Gavania, right? Specifically Hezr Gavania. If you look at the numbers, while the average Dutchman stands at roughly 183.3 centimeters or 183.8 centimeters, local scientific studies tracking young men in Montenegro and Hezr Gavania show regional averages, speaking at a staggering of 6 feet 1 inch, that is 185.6 centimeters. So the reality here is that these populations possess the highest concentration of the unique, I think it's called the IM-170, haplogroup.
This is a genetic lineage trace, which traces back to upper Paleolithic European mammothunters who were famously massive. Then we come to Asia, we come to the rebounding giants of Asia, which is Northern China and indigenous subcontinent. Yes, historically known as the rebounding giants of Asia. Why so? Actually, if you look at Asia, the historical records and modern growth trends completely will validate what I'm trying to say here. Because if you, for example, just to start with China, the Shangdong Province, if you look at the Shangdong Province, if you look at the descendants of the ancient Neolithic and the Nongshan people, they still hold their crown. Why? Because today, young adults from the Northern claims of China, specifically Shangdong, are
the tallest in East Asia, with 19 year old cohorts rapidly pushing past an average of 5 feet 10 inches, due to the sudden introduction of modern protein and dairy. Again, you have the same protein and dairy. Now, the Pakistani Northwest and Dravidian Marshall Clans, as we've already talked about this, or maybe we know perhaps I'm mixing it up because I was already talking about it on social media, but I haven't yet mentioned it here in the podcast. One of my biggest things that I was talking about on social media was that the reason why the Dutch were able to gain that height with all the, you know, all the dietary changes and the heavy dairy protein diet and everything was because they happened to have a common ancestry
with the Pakistanis, and that is the steps. Now, remember the step, the nomads. They were the ones who moved from Central Asia to India, and then from India, they moved to Europe. So these are the ones through whom you always mention, you know, in Doa, European. Every time we talk about Indo-European languages, or in, you know, like, so we're referring basically to these nomads. We're referring to the steps, mostly, most of the time. The areas, but basically the steps, right? So the thing is that to us actually, they're both the same. To be very honest, they might be some sort of a distinguishing point, or say, I don't know, but to us generally, the steps are the areas, but okay, let's just forget that, and move on. So we have that common ancestry, the step ancestry. That is what makes, that is what has helped the Dutch gain their height, you know, otherwise
all the diet and everything would not have helped them reach, you know, their 5-9 average. Although they're claiming now, now they're claiming that the average height of a Dutch, I mean, the Dutch average height is six foot, two inches, but that's not technically correct. Technically the average height is still 5-9. Okay, which is the same as the average height of a Pakistani, by the way. The official average height of a Pakistani is 5-9, but now let's come to this. So the Pakistani Northwest and Dravidian Marshall clans, as I was saying, if you look at the indigenous Pistune, that is the Patan's, right? The Punjabi jut, especially the ones who are, you know, dealing with farmlands, right? The farmers. And the Balochie Brawie. The Balochie Brawie lineage is practically, I think the only Balochie lineage that is
of Dravidian lineage, if you know what I'm saying. And generally Balochies do not have Dravidian lineage, but the Brawie Balochie actually have Dravidian ancestry, okay? They're the Dravidians basically, okay, they're from that part. So you have the Patans, you have the Punjabi, Juts, and you have the Balochie Brawie. These lineages of Pakistan alongside prominent land-owning and Dravidian Marshall clans, like the Bunta and the Nairs of South India. Oh, sorry, the Bunta, the Bunta and the Nairs of South India, they consistently produce individuals clearing six feet tall today, even. Despite the stunted growth, despite, you know, because we have been constantly also mentioning the fact, which is something I mentioned very lightly, I think I touched upon it, one of my older podcasts, as to, I don't know why nobody knows, as to where I was saying
that I didn't know why people didn't notice, that despite the fact that we Punjabis always boast to have such tall heights, you know, then why is it that each generation that's coming is shorter than the previous, you know, and this was something that I even asked my mother, like, more than a decade ago, and I was like, okay, you keep on saying that we've been jobbies, you know, we're really tall, we're really tall, even Kashmiris actually Kashmiris are known for their height too. So, you know, so, you know, when you keep on saying, oh, Kashmiris and Punjabis, we're also tall and this and that. I'm like, okay, so why am I not seeing any tall people? Why is it that every generation that I see coming by is shorter than the previous, and then we sort of welded down to nutritional factors, and, you know, sadly speaking, despite the fact that that time when we were boarding it down to nutritional factors, we were taking and also the Western unbalanced dietary issues, where you have the fast food, the sugary drinks, you know, and where you have, you know, where you have these kind of problems,
but also we were thinking about, you know, pesticides and fertilizers, which can obviously add to genetic modification, and obviously Pakistan is not new in GMOs because Pakistan's, you know, research, you know, when it comes to biochemistry, when it comes to agriculture, especially. Our researchers have been one of the, you know, best veteran researchers, and they have worked on a lot of, you know, harvest-oriented production-oriented, you know, future-oriented, you know, genetic engineering when it comes to harvest, and they have done a lot of work for decades. There's nothing new to them. It's what I'm saying. So we were putting all these factors in, but the fact is that actually, especially in the recent years, what has become more and more debatable, which was never a debate before,
was that, you know, especially in the villages, the reason you see more tall, robust people from the villages are because, again, they have a lot to do with agriculture. They farm their own produce, so that they have easy access and free access by the way they don't have to pay for it, so they have easy free access to pure organic food, or at least very good superior quality food, right? Which is why their diet remains pure, natural, healthy, and so it doesn't compromise with their heights. But now, when you see the studies, they're showing that actually people from remote villages and small towns are actually suffering from nutritional-oriented, stunted growth, which is a very sad factor because it also makes it more and more glaringly obvious that our government and our army have steadily in the past decade destroyed your regular farmer's life, okay?
But anyway, we have already talked about that at length in the recent podcast. So let's come back to the height factor here, okay? So even, as I said, despite all of this, even today, you will still find people claring six feet today, you know, in Punjab, in KPK, and in Balochistan, right? In parts of Balochistan and Kashmir too, by the way, but I mean, especially Balochistan and KPK and Punjab, they boast the tallest people, okay? And obviously, the South Indian Dravidians, you know, they boast the tallest people producing again, at least six feet tall people. So as I said, now, historically, we were protected by protein-dense traditional diets, you know, especially again, the people of Punjab, the Balochis, and the Patans, especially, you know, a lot of protein, a lot of meat.
So their tall phenotypes are rapidly showing up in modern data as generational poverty and colonial era-stunting recede. Worth noting, isn't it? Now you'll understand why I was just yapping about, you know, why I was, you know, basically complaining about the colonial times and the Europeans and how they have been stealing from us and how they, in fact, have added to our, you know, to all the misery that we have today, okay? Including stunting-received imagined. Okay. So here's the summary, okay? If you look at the honest leaderboard here, when you strip away colonial fairy tales and temporary economic advantages, the absolute peak of human height capacity is concentrated even today across centuries uninterruptedly, okay?
It's concentrated in the South Sudanese Nailatis, okay? So which is the words ultimate natural height, okay? Number two, the denariq Europeans, which is the Montenegroons and the Hezr-Govines who are the tallest in Europe. So the Sudanese are the tallest in the world, okay? And the Hezr-Govines and Montenegroons are the tallest only in Europe. Note that difference, please, okay? And then the northern Chinese and Indus Valley Dravidian lineages, the ancient and modern rebounding giants of Asia, okay? So here we are. Sudanese still tallest in the world, okay? So the West simply just got wealthy, as I said, from our resources, you know? Meaning their statistical numbers spiked earlier, but as global health inequalities balance
out, the rest of the world is taking back its genetic throne. So we need to keep that in mind, because it's good news anyway. So remember, the Dutch are not the tallest people on earth who you need to do away with this myth. They are definitely not an average of 6.2, they're an average of 5 feet 9, okay? The ultimate natural height, okay? The words ultimate natural height is still South Sudan, okay? And even in Europe, it's not the Dutch, it's the Bosnians or the Hezr-Govines and the Montenegroons, okay? And again, that is because they have a more concentrated DNA, you can say, of the centralations or the steps, so the areas, which whatever you like to call them. And then you have northern Chinese and Indus Valley Dravidian lineages who are even today
like, you know when the Greeks came to the subcontinent, they referred to the people of the Indus Valley, you know, the modern-day Pakistanis, they referred to the descendants of the Indus Valley civilization as the tallest people that ever seen on earth. That should tell you something. So that, the reason I said modern-day Pakistanis is I wanted to tell you that that is the direct lineage that we are talking about here, right? So when the ancient Greeks came to the subcontinent at that time, you know, so to them, the people of the Indus Valley civilization, you know, they were the tallest people that they had ever seen. That should tell you a lot about Europe, because the truth is that the Europeans were short and stumpy. It's a fact, okay? This is also a historical fact. Generally the Europeans, especially the British, you know, and even the Norwegians and, you
know, the Dutch, you know, they were literally short. As I said, the Dutch, till the mid 19th century, were the shortest people with an average of 5 feet 5 or 5 feet 6 for a male, right? And also, you know, Pakistanis, the ancestry of Pakistanis, all the three ancestors, you know, the Iranians, the steps, the Indus Valley civilization, all three were known for their heights. Here's another fun fact, which is why you can see that the stunted growth in Pakistan is a huge concern at this point. It can, it's literally ultimately a crisis, where despite the fact that every single gene that we can trace ourselves back to our ancestry, all the three ancestors were known for their height.
And all of them had the same height, yes, all of them, they all had the average minimum, the minimum average height of a male was 5'9". And the minimum average of a female was 5'5", of all three, all three, the steps, the Indus Valley civilization and the Iranians. So again, that should tell you everything, that there is not a single one of our ancestors that may have had a problem with their height, you know, with their DNA. Again, even we even have a bit of African in certain, certain tribes of Pakistan, you know, in Sindh and Balochistan, they even have African ancestry or African DNA. And that too is again not of a shortened version. So none of the ancestors, not even the deviant ancestors of certain particular tribes in Pakistan will have, you know, a short gene, you can say, they're all known for their height.
So again, it's just, it's just, you know, another proof of the fact that the white man lies seriously. I mean, it just shows that they still feel so inferior, that despite the fact that they tried to amass this trust, you know, they tried to reconfigure, you know, themselves to be trustworthy, that okay, every research that we do, every data that we produce, every, you know, it's something that one can blindly trust. But actually, as I said, for something even as trivial as height, to make such a blatant, blatant false, you know, record, you know, that just tells you everything. Because even by European standards, the Dutch are not the tallest. I mean, as we know, again, the Bosnians, the Hazarikavenians, the Montenegroons are the
tallest, you know? So yeah. And despite the standard growth, Pakistanis and the Northern Chinese, the Longshan China, they are still known as the rebounding giants of Asia on actual scientific records and historical records. That should just tell you everything, and even modern records. So yeah, this is me signing out, Kudahapas.
