To create the graphics – 

Tip #3 - Get good at your tool (most people use Canva Pro)

Tip #4 - Hire it out (make sure they are using royalty-free images and videos so you don’t get in trouble)

Tip #5 - In general, the square Instagram graphics can work across the platforms

To post or schedule – 

Tip #6 - Use scheduling tools
