It's March 20th for the NFL. Let's get into it. Follow and subscribe for more team news every day. The Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons pulled off a trade Friday evening, swapping draft picks and sending safety Sydney Brown to Atlanta. Philadelphia picks up the Falcons 10114th and 10197th overall selections in this year's NFL draft. In exchange, Atlanta grabs the Eagles 122nd and 215th picks plus Brown himself. This less the Eagles jump eight spots in the fourth round and 18 in the sixth. Brown joined the league as a third round pick out of Illinois in 2023. Over three seasons with Philly, he appeared in 42 games, notching two interceptions, two forced fumbles and 86 tackles. He's also the brother of Cincinnati Bengals, running back Chase Brown and he turns 26 tomorrow. The move gives Atlanta a boost in their secondary while Philly reshuffles for better draft positioning. Earlier this week, teens have been wheeling and dealing nonstop.
This March the 19th trade since the newly year began last week, the most activity ever this early. Expect plenty more moves before draft day rolls around.
