Jeff LoVecchio is a retired professional hockey player turned off-ice performance coach working with elite hockey players worldwide in person and online. 

Jeff has played professional hockey both in the United States and abroad. Now, he focuses his time on helping hockey players get into the best shape possible so they can bring their best selves to the ice daily, with the main goal being to help others achieve their dreams while leaving the world a better place.
