Encrypted Notepad 2 to secure your notes with industrial strength encryption

About this episode

thumbnail

Encrypted Notepad 2 is as you might have guessed, a notepade to make encrypted notes. Encrypted Notepad 2 was featured on Destination Linux 374 as the Software Spotlight. To watch the full episode go to https://destinationlinux.net/374

Sometimes you just need to take back control of your privacy and keep your notes out of meta data crawlers. This offline basic text editor features encryption using AES-256 and stored in the PGP/OpenPGP .asc format. This means it’s compatible with any services that also uses that standard and you can make your own cloud backup solution using any of the cloud storage providers to sync across devices.
