Anushka Rawat, a senior at Parkway South High School, serves as the Student Council business chair. She has held numerous leadership positions, including president of Mock Trial and HOSA–Future Health Professionals, and co-president of Speech and Debate. Additionally, Anushka is an active member of her school's lacrosse and swim team. As a Gold Award Girl Scout, she founded Young Chefs STL and created a cookbook full of healthy recipes that focused on using ingredients typically found at food pantries. Anushka hopes to double major in environmental studies and public policy, eventually pursuing a career in environmental policy with work towards strengthening food security. She would love to run for the Missouri Senate and possibly the U.S. Senate in future years.
