全球海洋垃圾泛濫成災，若無法改善，到2050年海中垃圾就會比魚還重！
利用海漂垃圾會隨季風聚集漁港的特性，台灣湛藍海洋聯盟團隊募資打造水上掃地機器人「湛鬥機」，在垃圾堆積熱點收集垃圾。目前2代湛鬥機雖還在試驗階段，但民眾迴響熱烈，短短兩個月便募資達標；「2.5代」則預計在明年推出，可望解決線材外露、電力監控與續航效能的問題，垃圾收得更快，同時更節能減碳。
