Ep 164: Trusting Your Intuition Lessons in Health and Business with Kelsea Cannon

In this episode I had the pleasure of speaking with Kelsea Cannon, a former pelvic floor physical therapy specialist who now helps women navigate perimenopause and reconnect with their bodies' innate wisdom. I have also had the pleasure of meeting her in person twice this year, which inspired us for this podcast interview to happen!
