Welcome to Part 4 of my 4-part series on How to Practice Mediumship! This series was designed to learn how to practice mediumship and what skills you should be working on developing in your practice readings.

In this episode, we are talking about how to move past hearing the word no in a practice session. I share my 3 tips on how to work past a "no" and not let that two-letter word stop you dead in your tracks and ruin your confidence. The first tip is for beginners, the next tip is how to start to practice with the word no, and the third tip is knowing when to push past a no.

Each episode has had homework to practice each skill, so try to get in 3 practice sessions before next week's podcast episode.
