Ep. 293 - How to Tell the Difference Between Your Energy and Other People's Energy

A highly requested episode about something so many people experience without knowing why. Energy without awareness often turns into confusion and anxiety, and this is something I see all the time in intuitive and sensitive people. In this episode, I talk about what happens when we don't realize how much of what we're feeling might not actually be ours.
If everything seems to improve when you're alone, that can be a strong sign that you're sensitive to other people's energy. I share how this shows up in real life, including anxiety, trouble sleeping, overwhelm, intense or vivid dreams, exhaustion, feeling constantly tired, sudden emotional shifts, physical sensations in the body, mental noise, and looping thoughts that feel hard to shut off.
I explore how carrying energy without awareness can make everyday life feel heavier than it needs to be, and why learning to tell the difference between your energy and other people's energy is such an important skill. I also talk about the importance of clearing your energy and setting boundaries, and how there are so many simple things you can do to start feeling better once you understand what's happening.
