Today I am joined by Claudia Zaragoza,  a functional medicine practitioner, registered dietician, world triathlete, exercise psychologist, and endurance coach. She is moved by holistic well-being and helps her patients get to the root cause of an illness, in order to guide them into becoming well-being agents!

In this episode, Claudia shares with us some of the common misconceptions about health. She explains that health management is becoming more personal and analyzes the importance of listening to our bodies and building a trusting connection to what it's telling us. Finally, she discusses how she got great at getting comfortable to be uncomfortable, in order to achieve the goals that she wanted in her sport and in life.
