We have to dig right into the news because there's even more than we had originally ready for the show. A jury has now found the eight defendants guilty of terrorism charges who attacked a Texas ice detention center last year. That was in prairie land in Texas. The individuals, the eight defendants in this particular case in their assault on the ICE detention center had succeeded in injuring ICE officers, again, the terrorism from the left in the United States continues, and the networks that perpetuate them, whether they be Antifa, whether they be LGBTQ plus affiliated groups, or whether they be Islamists are very present, including the kind of stories that aren't being broadcast to the rest of the country. And that includes three days ago, an individual named Muki Mohamed Najim went into an elementary school in Klein, Texas. He was wearing tactical gear and fully
armed with stuff that you are very much not supposed to be carrying inside an elementary school. Here's the original report, I believe, from KHOU11 out of Houston. New details on a security breach at Zwing Elementary in Klein, ASD. Clarification, Fox 26 out of Houston. They put the school's safety protocols to the test. Police say an armed man in tactical gear managed to slip into the front office through an unlatched door. Fox 26's McKenna Earnhardt live at the school with more details. It's a pretty scary situation, McKenna. Yeah, so what we've learned is that on Tuesday, a parent was leaving Zwing Elementary School right here and did not fully latch that door behind them. And so then 39 year old Kyle Chris was able to sneak in behind them in just a 15 second period. So she's not naming him. She says 39 year old Kyle Chris. His name is Kyle Najim Chris and is also known. And this is according to KHOU11 as Muki Mohamed
Najim. So just to clarify here because she's not reading the entire name. Chris was dressed in full tactical gear. And according to court records, he was armed with both a handgun and a taser. Now Chris allegedly told police he was a security guard, but prosecutors revealed today that he is unemployed and is not a licensed guard or peace officer. Now I spoke with the district about the 24 hour delay in notifying parents and they tell me it was a tactical decision. A tactical said wouldn't want people to be concerned amid the Islamic terror attacks that you stopped a man with a again, his name and then the Islamic name that he's given. And then you know, strutting into the school through a slip in through the side door, that sounds kind of suspicious. They were working with both the FBI and DPS to keep Chris under constant surveillance. Why would you need to keep Chris under constant surveillance? They say tipping off the public could have tipped off the suspect and jeopardized the arrest. The arrest did happen at his home just four minutes from the school.
It's alleged this 39 year old defendant entered an elementary school dressed in tactical gear, armed with a taser as well as a handgun. He's like quickly when asked for identification. Oh, oh, as soon as someone was like, Hey, what are you doing here? He got out of there really quickly. Again, remarkably suspicious things are going on. If you see something, say something. Also, there was a bomb threat alert today at George Mason University, the Fenwick Library on George Mason University's Fairfax Virginia campus closed until further notice to allow university police to investigate the potential threat. Now, to be clear here, the threat has not yet been confirmed. This is the last update that George Mason sent out. They say an investigation was being concluded out of an abundance of caution and the interest of public safety. There are a lot of up in the air concerns about additional terror attacks for a couple of reasons. One of them is because those in the United States on the left side of the aisle refuse to name the source of
the terror attacks. Refuse. And in fact, openly are now making excuses. Muslim immigrant officials in this country. I have yet to see one, not a single one of them who is an immigrant to this country and also of the religion of Islam, not a single one has been able to condemn the violent terror attacks for them in the last two weeks without whitewashing the event. And what I mean, whitewashing the event, I mean, either they are making excuses for the terror attack, which again, we're going to talk about here in a moment with one particular instance. But you also have individuals like Congresswoman Rashida Talib, like Andre Carson, representative from Indiana, who will mention that they really don't like that the terror attack occurred. But they don't actually mention where it came from. So for example, if there is a white supremacist to assault something, everyone says white supremacy is illegal, even her Zoran Mamdani, who when he condemned
sort of the Islamic terror attack in New York City, which threw IEDs outside his house at a group of anti-Muslim protesters, he first started out by condemning white supremacy. You condemn the origin of the terrorist act. But that's not who committed the terrorist attack outside of Gracie Manchin. It wasn't the anti-Muslims out there doing so. Instead, it was the guy who shouted Al-Huakbar and then chucked IEDs. Or of course, the multiple attempted shootings with ramming the vehicle through with explosives, as we saw at the synagogue in Michigan. This kind of stuff consistently and repeatedly, you find excuses being made over and over and over again and add infinitum amen through what, through how, why, where? Well, because if you actually mention that radical Islam is a bit of a problem, then you kind of encourage those in the Islamic community to start keeping an eye on their own and maintaining assemblies of safety and order. And that's absolutely not being done. In fact, quite the opposite. One of the examples, the mayor of Dearborn Heights,
a Abdullah Hamud, has, well, just openly begun advocating for the terrorist from Dearborn Michigan, who went over to the synagogue and drove through the preschool wall, attempting to kill those in the synagogue and the children attending, with explosives in his back seat rigged to blow. Now, how does the mayor of Dearborn from which this particular terrorist come from, where is this, where, what does he, what does he say? He posts an official statement and says, earlier today, we learned the individual responsible for the incident that took place at the Temple Israel synagogue in West Bloomfield was a resident of Dearborn Heights. He died at the scene. Again, not actually talking a little bit about what the individual was trying to do. But here's the worst part. As earlier this month, he lost several members of his own family, including his niece and nephew in an Israeli attack on their home in Lebanon.
What on God's green earth does that have to do with ramming your car through a preschool wall at a synagogue in Dearborn Michigan? Please. I mean, of course, we all know the answer to that. It's because the radical Islamists in this country deeply desire to kill as many Jews and Christians as they possibly can and then blame it on if it's Israelis, they blame it just on the Jews openly. And then if it's an individual who is a Christian who they kill, they say, well, it's the Zionists and the evil of the big Satan America. Now, you can see this in a couple of different places, not just from this absolute garbage bag mayor, who, by the way, also went after recently a constituent of his supposedly in Dearborn Michigan, who had simply protested lightly and respectfully against the Dearborn Heights choice to name a street after Hezbollah fighter Osama Siblani. Now, speaking of Hezbollah, the two individuals that this particular terrorist lost in his family
in Lebanon, they were Hezbollah fighters launching rockets at, you guessed it, civilian populations. So the mayor of Dearborn making excuses for those who, again, another country killed who are active terrorists. By the way, the same terrorist group that has killed American citizens, which is, by the way, what this individual here in Dearborn Heights was protesting when he ended up getting this response from the mayor of Dearborn after saying, hey, maybe we don't name a street after Hezbollah fighter Osama Siblani. And then Abdul Al-Hamud responded in this way. I mean, Hezbollah bombed the embassy in Beirut and including many Americans, so I just feel that it's quite inappropriate. You're an Islamic folk, and although you live here, I want you to know as mayor, you are not welcome here. And the day you move out of the city, well, with the day that I launch a parade celebrating the fact that you moved out of the city, because you are not somebody who believe in coexistence. Oh, they're, they're just like us guys. If you don't name the street after
the Hezbollah terrorist, well, then it's Islamophobic and you're terrible. How dare you? Interesting stuff indeed. Radio crew, we have to send you over to the commercial more on this line on the live stream. It's the Tony Kennedcast here on the daily signal. Now, again, amid this entire nightmare of individuals on the left making open excuses, and I do want to be clear, all over the country and the world, individuals making these particular excuses are everywhere. Stephen Kent, you know, he's been a guest on the show a number of times for what you're watching. He was a guest panelist on GB news. Listen to the people try to make excuses for the terrorists and why killing Jews makes sense in this instance. This situation, this was an Israeli temple. It was aligned with Israel. I will say that. A Jewish temple. A Jewish temple. synagogue is not an Israeli temple. It's called the real Israel temple. They're Jewish. They're the people of Israel. How do you just finish my point? It was wrong from the premise.
They're not Israeli. They're Jewish. So they're called the real Israeli temple. Yes, and they do align with Israel and their beliefs. So this was. So the stupid hag making the case. Oh, well, actually, the temple's name is Israel. So therefore, you can ram a car through a pre-school wall in an attempt to blow up children in the United States. So hang on a second here. Of course, that doesn't make any sense. But the left has to get out there and make excuses because if you question radical Islam, well, then you need to really start looking at what makes it radical Islam. Because in Christianity, we actually make it very clear based on, for example, on the Protestant side, based on the coin a Greek of the New Testament and the Aramaic, and then the Hebrew of the Old Testament, that some people who translate things incorrectly and do garbage have to cut junk out of the Bible to make things work and do out awful things. But in Islam, the Quran's like really specific and very, very, very clear. And jihadists, that's what that's
again, that is what that jihad means. People trying to water down say, no, actually, it means that you should just, you know, really look at yourself. No, not in any way, shape or form. Again, in Dearborn Heights, where they're constantly chanting death to America, not really hiding the ball here. Not at all. But alas, this does continue. Now, at the same time, Democrats have made it their number one priority to keep the department of homeland security closed. Because ice, even though ice is fully funded already, this funding bill would not do anything at all regarding ice. But they're very, very mad. They said, well, we want you to put body cameras on the ice officers, which Republicans are like, really, you got it. No problem. I remember how this went in 2020. And then they also threw events that you need to get rid of Christi Noem. Well, Trump was tired of Corey Lewandowski, whoring around with Christi Noem anyway. So, we got rid of every sideways promoter out of the picture. And Democrats still said, no, we're going to keep the department of homeland security shut down. We don't care that there have been four Islamic terror attacks in the last two weeks. Instead, you have Chuck Schumer yelling at
Senator Tommy Tuberville from Alabama, because the Alabama said, hey, you know, maybe Islamist behavior isn't really compatible with the United States, which is true, by the way. Well, now finally, we do have Senator Alisa Slotkin from Michigan, who had a moment of clarity, and oh, my God, if I don't actually pay attention, someone is going to kneecap me. She says, when we mean, you know, we do fund the Department of Homeland Security, you know, here she was today, kind of DHS folks to CBP. And so they are on the call and they're doing their jobs. Certainly, we need to fund the Department of Homeland Security. And we need, in my view, to cut away all the conversation on ICE, which is its own conversation from all the core missions of the Department of Homeland Security, but they're essential, they're on the job, they're working today. Now, hey there, wait a second. After you just voted the previous day to say, no, all of a sudden you're like, wow, I'm kind of nuking all of the political momentum that
Democrats have enjoyed for like the last two weeks, last three weeks. There had a little sliver at the, at the broad, at the end of January through a little bit of February, they had a little bit of momentum ready to go. And they have now wasted all of it by instead defending those committing Islamic terror attacks by whitewashing the incidents, not calling it out, just like vague statements about anti-Semitism. And then also, what is it they're keeping the Department of Homeland Security shut down? Hmm, we got to bring the radio crew back from commercial way more to cover. Don't go anywhere. It's the Tony Kennedcast here on the Daily Signal. This is the Tony Kennedcast on 93WYVC. Welcome back to the Tony Kennedcast here on the Daily Signal. There is a lot more news going around the entire country than just the terror incidents and the international community as well. There is a very, very big announcement from yesterday evening that was right after we got off of the air. The President of the United States
had begun a series of talks with Cuba. Of course, we have reported that, President Diaz Canal, who is remarkably nervous seeing the United States get rid of the threat of Venezuela and then get rid of the threat of Iran. Now Cuba is sitting there going, oh, we have no more allies there. Things are not looking so good. And so, President Diaz Canal, one of the latest, well, the latest puppet of the Castro family, has now announced in an exciting turn of events. He says, We have expressed our willingness to continue this process, this process being communication and negotiation with the United States, based on the principles of equality and respect for the political systems of both countries for sovereignty and self-determination. Ah, yeah,
dude's nervous. Dude's nervous. Because if President Trump can just grab Maduro, just like that, put him in a bag. And Iran's Supreme Leader, Jr., which we're going to get to here in a second, has apparently still not woken up. Man's comato somewhere. Well, then, gee, man, I don't think that JFK is going to leave Cuba to the communist. I don't, I think that they're going to do a little more than to pay a pigs this time if the US does something. So now they are negotiating with the United States. As a result, Cuba has now announced they will release 51 people from their political presence. Now, CBS calls this an unexpected move, amid pressure from Trump. Folks, the same unexpected. What you couldn't see on the camera when President Diaz Canal was making his statements is that he was in the middle of wedding himself. The age of foreign leaders in the small micro countries, believing that Russia or China is going
to come to their aid. No, it ain't happening. Where's Russia? Where's China? I was told they were here right now and bricks the great economic alliance of Brazil, Russia, India, China. They were going to swoop in and save all that. Nope, didn't happen. Didn't happen. Now, that said, there are a couple of Iranian updates that need to be brought to bear because the straight of our moves is what everyone is talking about. Again, it is which 20% of the world's petroleum flows through. It is a primary point for Iran to cause a lot of what the kids call problems. And so here was Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth answering a question today and, you know, rather saltly so when the media asks, well, did you even like think about a straight of our moves before you struck Iran? Did you even think about it first? Which, again, the academic arrogance of Jernos asking questions of any administration official left to write never fails to amaze me? But anyway, ships to the straight of form youth. Why? How did you not plan for this?
We plan for it. We recognize it because ultimately we want to do it sequentially in a way that makes the most sense for what we want to achieve and ensure that we're sending the right signals to the world when we do so. So when Chris Wright speaks or we speak, it's based on a full assessment of what we're up against, what we want to say to the world, how we want them to see and understand the conflict. It's like this whole idea of the war widening. That's what the press wants to make it look like. Like it's widening and chaos and so on. No, we're actually closing in on grabbing hold of and controlling what objectives we want to achieve and how we want to achieve them. Shaped, it's called shaping operations and setting the conditions. But when you shape the environment, you don't always tell, I mean, foolish political leaders and foolish military leaders of the past will hang an exact deadline on it. Or here's exactly when we'll do what we're going to do. Or here's how long it's going to take us. And then if you meet that, maybe you meet it. But if you don't, you fail. And if you're far beyond, we know exactly what we're shaping and why. Now, to be very clear, this is an appropriate and clear response from the administration who
has been very clear about their goals so far in this particular strike. Now, what makes me laugh is that he has to outline the most elementary basics on these things. In this era of instant gratification with social media, journalists have decided, and a lot of people who are really angry have decided that this, the president needs to tell me exactly what is going to do 10 steps ahead. And he needs to tell me for sure, and I don't want anything longer than three minutes. And then I want to go microwave my hot pocket. And I want to be happy while I'm watching Dancing with the Stars. And that is the weird kind of over-facination with the instant gratification culture that we have right now here in this country. And then abroad, who have suggested that because Trump isn't doing the Biden approach of, we're going to try to do these in 72 hours. And then all the Houthis leave. Or when Obama or Hillary Clinton from her state department perch would suggest the United States was going to do X, Y, and Z and then put US troops in danger because now everyone knows exactly what the US is going to do. Everyone knows the US card so there's no negotiation that takes place. It turns out that's not actually good way to do
business. And again, the idea right now that, oh, wow, the, oh, the, the brand, the oil, it went up today. That means it's all falling apart. Explain to me how. Explain to me how. By all means, please share with me how. This is the spike that after the United States clears the Straits of Ormuz and the Iranian military is no longer firing rockets in. How is that going to skyrocket the price of oil exactly? Individuals from the far left in the European Economic Analysts category all the way over to the Southeast Asian market analysts from South Korea, from Japan, even from Vietnam and Laos. I didn't even know Laos had senior economic analysts until last week. Have made it quite clear that after the threat of Iran is removed, oil prices are going to drop far below their normal $80 a barrel for crude oil mark. Called calculated risk. It doesn't all happen at once. The instant gratification idea that's come from the American public and as well as kind of the left public abroad
is really bizarre. And I'm kind of tired of pointing at the scoreboard and going, guys, we've been through this. Let the man cook. Speaking of let the man cook, Hamani, he's cooking. He's cooking at an ain't pretty. So first of all from Secretary Hegseth. So we're shooting down and destroying what missiles they still have in stock, but more importantly, ensuring that they have no ability to make more. Their production lines, their military plants, their defense innovation centers, defeated. Iran's leadership is in no better shape. Desperate and hiding, they've gone underground, cowering. That's what rats do. We know the new so-called not-so-supreme leader is wounded and likely disfigured. He put our statement yesterday, a week one actually, but there was no voice and there was no video. It was a written statement. He called for unity, apparently killing
tens of thousands of protesters is his kind of unity. Now, by the way, I do want to make this clear. The next line is the best. There are several open source intelligence accounts across the social media sphere who pride themselves on clipping things. A lot of them cut their clip right here. So it just sounds as though he's kind of making kind of vague statements. He makes a pretty key point here that's rather useful in an intelligence perspective and a journalistic perspective. Iran has plenty of cameras and plenty of voice recorders. Why a written statement? I think you know why. Here's why. According to a new daily mail report that we just happen to have a little accompanying video for. While the political leaders in Iran today, as the United States and Israel were striking blocks away, use human shields, forced people into the square to kind of protest and and cheer on the few regime officials that they could get out there. By the way, we are getting reports that already two of those whose faces were marked and tracked from that particular rally are already dead. But alas, the Mokhtaba Supreme Leader,
according to the daily mail, is unaware of the ongoing war in the Middle East because he is comatose and has been comatose since the initial strike that killed his father. He may have not just one leg blown off, but two. He has no idea he's even Iran's supreme leader. Radio crew are going to send you off to the commercial. Try not to, uh, you know, get drone struck for bad decisions in the meantime. It's the Tony Kenneth Cast here on the Daily Signal. I'll read more of this article because it's great here. Due to his condition, he does not know of the ongoing war. The death of his family members, including his wife and his son, of his own election as supreme leader, the source said. Mokhtaba is also reportedly in intensive care, while I'd sure would hope so, surrounded by security officials, while a large section of the hospital has been sealed off to guard Iran's new supreme leader. Now, a separate source told the Sun through messages sent to an exiled dissident based in London, quote, one or two of his legs have been cut off. His liver or his stomach has also ruptured.
Folks, if your liver has ruptured and all you have to hang on for dear life is an Iranian hospital, I need to tell you this, but um, you ain't, you ain't sticking around. You know, there, it's going to be a real moment for you there, bud. Uh, so I, I really, really do appreciate the updates as they go forward. Um, and, and, and by the way, I, I am not alone in enjoying these particular updates. There are a lot of service members and veterans who have been waiting for this moment for 47 years. Now, also, I'm going to brag on the US Army artillery here for a second, because I, no one ever gets to brag on the US Army artillery. Um, a shout out to Captain, former Captain Nate Lamar of Henry County, Indiana, the man who inspired me to admire the brilliance of US artillery. Here's General Reisencane today talking about the first artillery strike that has sunk a submarine. I don't even know this was possible. It's on to project power beyond their borders and
protect our deployed. In just the first 13 days of this operation, our artillery forces have made history. They fired the first precision strike missiles ever used in combat, reaching deep into enemy territory. They've used army attackums to sink multiple ships, including a submarine, and they've done all of this with the precision and determination that comes from relentless training and trust in each other and in their weapon systems. So for all of the individuals out there who like to say over and over and over again, that the greatest evil known to man is the defense industrial complex. Absolutely not. The very first precision missile strikes ever used in combat, reaching deep inside enemy territory are currently eliminating on the street certain individuals without harming civilians. We are now seeing a level of targeted warfare in a manner that is only contrasted by Iranians continuing to attempt to lob missiles at Cyprus fewer every day. Now 90%
expected of their missile capacity has been removed at Cyprus and at Turkey, as well as an expected suicide drone that was intercepted very, very early on by reportedly a loitering MQ1C, which here in a gray eagle take down a suicide drone just warms my cold dead heart, but was apparently bound for Azerbaijan. Now there are no Iranian drones that have arranged that high or that long, but they're still trying as hard as they can. Now speaking of Cyprus, the British are finally coming. Somebody get Paul Revere, the HMS Dragon, which is now leaving the United Kingdom bound for Cyprus. Traveling at a leisurely slow as Frick is finally on its way to protect the British protectorate that they are supposed to be keeping watch on, which is again very, very stupid that Kierstharmer, the prime minister of the United Kingdom, has largely abandoned Cyprus.
Supposedly they have a couple of helicopters that are there to be anti drone measures, but as of right now the biggest development from Cyprus is that they are beginning major natural gas exports. So that by early 2028, Kronos field, the Aphrodite field, which is under negotiation with Chevron for the United States, Block 10, which is being conducted in resource partners by Exxon mobile. I should have mentioned that in Kronos field, any from Italy and total energies from France are going to be creating new oil and natural gas export pipelines to the rest of the world, which you guessed it is going to lower energy prices considerably. Saudi Arabia is also in the process of removing a lot of its reliance on the Straits of Ormuz in general. Now, speaking of that, we got to talk about the Marines and the rumors surrounding it. We got to bring the radio crew back from commercial and a little bit about Carr Island. It's the Tony Kinnitcast here on the Daily Signal.
Welcome back to the Tony Kinnitcast, where I regret to inform you that finally, I am having a little bit of fun. So in what must be one of the greatest pieces of news that I think I've seen in a very long time, President Donald Trump, according to the Iranian International, has rejected an offer by Russian President Vladimir Putin to move Iran's highly enriched uranium stockpiles to Russia as part of a deal to end the war. That's Axios reporting the cited sources. Now, the US official quoted this to the Iran International, quote, the US position is that we need to see the uranium secured. Yeah, I like that. I love that from Putin. Now, just give us the uranium. We'll take it. We'll take very good care of uranium. We'll give very good care. If you just stop it, this is Russia trying to end the war, by the way. There's your reinforcements. So now, even Russia is saying, Iran's just got to give up any hopes of uranium or anything forever. Guys, I'm going to repeat that.
It is Russia that was supposed to be the guarantor of the Iranian nuclear program. Now, it is so bad for the regime. Mahatabah's torn liver and stomach as he's lieutenant daning it around in a coma somewhere. Russia's little saving grace here is we'll try to get them to stop killing your regime momentarily. If you give us all of your nuclear material period, yeah, so much for the Russian cavalry that was supposed to triumphantly ride in, you know, like usual here, the paper tigers of Russia and China doing exactly that. And by the way, here's what this means. This means that if the United States were to send a small force, which by the way, if you didn't know that the United States has operator teams and also contracting operator teams, these would be civilians now, but probably former military individuals that are operating in and around Iran, please go touch some grass. But there is a particular island, a coral island, in fact, that goes by the name of Carr, Carr Island. I'm sorry. And on Carr Island,
this particular coral outcropping here is 92% of Iran's oil capacity in the strait of Ormuz. 90% of how Iran, Fs with international oil prices, happens on this one little piece of coral that is 15 miles off the coastline of a coastline by the way, which has not only been particularly crap beaten out of it by the Reagan administration, but now also by the Trump administration. Now, Carr Island is really cool because Carr Island here in its little little spot here would give the United States Iran to the north of it there, essentially the run of the mill for the straits of Ormuz. Now, you've been told before the United States really can't mess with foreign powers oil supplies. We could never, you know, just take Venezuelan oil and put it into the strategic petroleum reserve. They said I couldn't do it. And I did it anyway. There's a very good chance the United States takes Carr Island. And now, why do I say that? Well,
for a couple of reasons. The president of the United States was asked about this by Brian Kilmeade over on Fox News. I believe today, it could be later yesterday, but I believe today, here was how the president responded. Now here in 2026, you are president. Are you thinking about taking Carr Island with 90% of the Iranian oil goes through? And what do you think about? Do you remember that interview and that school of thought? Hey, Brian, I can't answer a question like that. And you should ask and you should be even asking it. It's one of so many different things. It's not high on the list, but it's one of so many different things. And I can change my mind in seconds. But, you know, if you had asked a question, who would answer a question like that? First of all, I want to make this clear. Guys, my fellow broadcasters out there, pundits, reporters, analysts. I understand asking these questions. I've asked a few of these questions myself, but they're not going to tell you the next move. They're not going to tell you the next
step. It would be wholly irresponsible to do so. I will say, though, from a speculative little frame here, that's the kind of answer that Trump gives before Carr Island flies a different flag. And now, I want to make this clear because you're saying, oh, that means boots on the ground, boots on the ground. Okay. So boots on the ground is a reference to the idea where if we invade Iran, like from Iraq, we, we like put up a couple of army companies, a couple of Italians and Maha Bad and start marching across the country. That's boots on the ground. The United States Marines seizing an island is something that we have done dozens of times in our nation's history in the last 50 years. The United States has seized with the Marines or other small microforces, micro deployment, you might call them over 100 islands in our nation's great and glorious history, not including the Second World War because you know, a lot of island hopping in the Second World War. That's kind of an unfair thing to include there. So let's get into the rumor. All right, let's give you the sum of the stuff that's being cited here. So ABC News reported today,
a Marine Expeditionary Unit with 2,200 Marines, not 5,000. It was also reported today, but 2,200 Marines aboard three US Navy amphibious ships. They didn't report this originally. This is part of the Tripoli amphibious ready group. That it's the Tripoli amphibious ready group. I just I'm sorry, I do, I do love that. Anyway, which consists of the USS Tripoli, the USS San Diego, and the USS New Orleans, the USS New Orleans is a honey of an amphibious craft. That is, I have seen the New Orleans in person. I would not consider throwing something around at that. And also roughly 20 F-35B lightning twos. Now, I do want to, excuse me, very, very briefly for a moment. There is another terror attack threat that has just been made in Massachusetts
and Connecticut today. We're going to get to that here in a couple of minutes. I want to finish this particular point before we shift over to it. So right now, regarding the Marines being deployed, I don't know if the Marines are going to be deployed to take hard. No one does at this point. They could be replacing or allowing a group to rotate out, which expeditionary forces have done in high-tense conflicts before. For all we know, at this point, that expeditionary force could very much go to replace one of the garrisons, for example, of some of the airmen over in Djibouti. Absolutely could be. We don't know. Because the United States has cut off A to Somalia, it could be a reshoring of assets off the coast of Somalia, which I have seen from a particular camera vantage point that I'm not allowed to talk about on air. So in this particular instance, I wouldn't get a little bit nervous just yet. There is still quite a lot of time. But if the United States is successful in getting Russia out of the picture or luring Russia out of the picture with a 60-day restraint on the oil embargo and sanctions, you really could see Iran
in a position where there's no money, there's no funding, there's no ammunition. Already, it's rumored, according to a couple of sources. This is the speculation part reported to other media sources that Iranians are now down to giving the IRGC 10 bullets per weapon. And I mean, if you know anything about the Middle East, to be short on Kalashnikov's and their ammunition, wow, things must not be going well. Now Gavin Newsom has announced from the Newsweek side that Trump is fundraising off of dead soldiers in its sick. I've read this Newsweek article, and there is nothing in there that the Trump administration is fundraising off of regarding dead soldiers. It's very gross. And from the Newsom administration in California right now, which is attempting to undermine the United States government in a military operation, is sick, and that is treasonous stuff. That is treasonous stuff. If you've been a part or watched the show for any period in time, you know I don't use that phrase lightly in any way, shape or form. But to undermine the United States because you want cheap shots of the president into the United States, that's some enemy within the Gates type stuff. And if Gavin Newsom has
any kind of aspirations for 2028, he will fire everyone associated with that Gavin Newsom press account. Of course, he won't immediately. Now, there are a lot of charges that are coming in very quickly. And we're going to send the radio crew over to commercial so I can dive into these without a break in doing so. It's the Tony, it can, excuse me, it's the Tony, can it cast your on the daily signal. Sorry, you can see me gauging my time here as we hop into that break for them. So first of all, a Virginia man has now been charged with illegally selling the firearm which was used in the campus shooting this week at Old Dominion University when as this veteran of the National Guard and convicted of previously aiding ISIS was let out of jail early in a light sentence by George W. Bush judge and the Biden Department of Justice. The individual who has sold the firearm to that terrorist who, by the way, was stabbed in the neck by a bunch of ROTC cadets, well done cadets,
excellent stuff. Attorney General Pam Bondy reported quote, left wing soft on crime policies consistently costs lives, but the Department of Justice here doesn't tolerate crime. We punish and the individuals who are selling various weapons to those who commit terrorist acts. Yeah, that is going to be upheld and might I say while Maisie Herono, Senator of Hawaii is claiming that if the Save America act passes that you're going to need more voter reg, it's going to take more to register to vote than it is to buy a gun. This kind of stuff from the Department of Justice is an excellent reputation of that specifically. Now regarding Massachusetts and Connecticut, FBI Boston has arrested and charged Devon Austin Bishop of Manchester, Connecticut with forcibly assaulting a Border Patrol officer at the Lubbock Port of Entry in Maine on February 22nd and for failing to report his arrival and present for inspection. Additionally, FBI's Boston
joint terrorism task force, somebody get the FBI Boston officer, a couple of boxes of dunkins, as arrested Alden Welch Rummel of Cambridge, Massachusetts today for making terrorist threats. Rummel allegedly emailed the victims referring to them in obscene terms and stated that he would be happy when their faces were canoeed by an assault rifle. And just goodness gracious, also on the run today. FBI's also busted convenience store clerks in Massachusetts for staged armed robberies to apply for immigration benefits. Goodness gracious. So there are quite a few arrests that are being made. And I'm going to level with you. I'm really pleased to see law enforcement doing their job. You notice again, you do not see the media covering broadly the thwarted terror attack from the Muslim man in outside the Klein ISD school district in Texas today. That'd be in spring, Texas. You don't
see a lot of media coverage, of course, of the Boston terror attempts also being thwarted. So a huge amount of praise to our law enforcement officers. Also, folks, again, please keep your head on a swivel. If you go to a church or a synagogue or a Mormon tabernacle, any kind of religious organization or building, especially if there's a school involved, encourage a security team. Encourage them to have security team carry and carry responsibly. So in a minute here, we're going to talk about the Save America Act a little bit here, as well as a comment from Vance along some of the same lines. And then a little bit on Judge Janine, or excuse me, US Attorney Janine Piro and the judge of the Washington district court blocking some grand jury investigations in the federal reserve. Don't go anywhere. It's still way more to cover than we have time for, but we'll make it fit. It's the Tony Kennedcast here on the Daily Signal.
It's the Tony Kennedcast on 93 WYPC. Chief Judge James Boisberg of the Washington DC district federal court has today blocked a grand jury set of subpoenas for the Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, which is pretty incredible. It's pretty incredible. Essentially Judge James Boisberg has now before any full investigation, before indictments were even levied. We're still in the subpoena territory here. He has thrown these out. This is the same judge, the same James Boisberg, who signed off on just hidden subpoena after hidden subpoena after FISA warrant after tapping record request from Jack Smith on sitting US senators and representatives, as well as members of the prior Trump campaign without letting them know, tapping a US Senator or a Congressperson in general's phone
without letting their office know is a federal crime. Judge James Boisberg committed that federal crime by granting a hush order to Verizon and AT&T or excuse me against AT&T and Verizon, who said, we don't want to violate federal law. We should really let these senators know they're being wiretapped and tracked. That was by Jack Smith office. That same Judge James Boisberg has now blocked two subpoenas because he says that there's really no reason to be going after Jerome Powell. So it's quote, did prosecutors issue those subpoenas for a proper purpose? The court finds that they did not. There's abundant evidence that the subpoenas dominant if not sole purposes to harass and pressure Powell to either yield or to resign. So in this case, you have, James Boisberg, before any investigation is complete saying, I don't like the people prosecuting an investigation or even issuing subpoenas for the records of Jerome Powell and whether or not he may have lied or told the truth regarding federal reserve building renovations,
whether or not he was clear or accurate on statements made before Congress. Judge James Boisberg, he doesn't really care. And so he's granting immunity to an individual before they have even been fully investigated, which is insane. This is a disservice to Jerome Powell and here's why if Jerome Powell comes through that series of investigations and is clean, then that is a stain on the Trump administration and his Department of Justice and Jerome Powell looks a lot better, but now we'll never know. Now, the U.S. attorney for Washington, D.C. Jeanine Piro, she was, as the kids say, remarkably salty with this as one would expect. Here you go. Looting cost overruns is a grand jury subpoena. Today, however, in Washington, an activist judge has taken that tool away from us by inserting himself and preventing the grand jury from even obtaining let alone hearing evidence he has neutered the grand jury's ability
to investigate crime. As a result, Jerome Powell today is now bathed in immunity, preventing my office from investigating the federal reserve. That is true and is a major problem. I once again point out that only representative Brandon Gill of Texas, friend of the show, just as a matter of transparency, that I have seen one of the only representatives in the house. To file an investigation and trying to begin proceedings to get James Boasberg impeached. This is not how a judge acts. I don't even care about the ruling in this case as much as ruling that you just don't like the subpoenas, so you're going to throw them out. Now, again, any grand jury out there can issue subpoenas. That's often rested upon, it's easy to get a jury to throw out subpoenas, but the problem then would be with a system that says the grand jury voted on it. What authority does James Boasberg have to overturn a grand jury in
this way? It's taking some article three constitutional authority and throwing it into the blender. This is wrong and it is without legal authority. Now, I do want to make this clear. The journalist in the room then got very spicy and started saying, well, aren't you just like the worst person ever? And so here was this exchange. It's worth playing. Oh, cut it out. Do you know how many convictions we've got? Cut it out. You're in one lane. We have cleaned up this city. Yeah, historic. Really? I'll tell you what's historic. What's historic is that I prosecute everything other than 10% of the cases where the United States Attorney before me didn't prosecute 67% of the cases. That's what's historic. That is, by the way, in this particular instance, that's true. That's true. You should have prosecutors that prosecute things. This weird type of George Soros backed DA nonsense where you get a DA and you bring them out
and they say, I think Republicans are bad because they have guns. That kind of crap like we saw from the Iranian yesterday from the the commonwealth attorney up in Nova. I would rather have a prosecutor who prosecutes things left, right, center. I don't care what crime it's for. I want to prosecute it because that's what you're there for. I'm willing to take a not guilty. I'm willing to take a no true bill because I'll take all the crimes and put them in. That's the correct answer. If he's not guilty, then let it play out. My dude, you're one of the judges here knowing how you assign random cases. It's likely you'll get the case when you spin the wheel of which like two-thirds of it is your own face. Come on, eroding trust in the judicial system. This is how you do it. It's like Paul Zinnis quoting a lesbian adaptation of a Shakespeare film. Why would why would why would you do this? Don't do these things when you are under scrutiny. You
make it worse for yourselves. The left is not helping them out, pissing away all all of their political capital that they had. Now this brings us over to the vice president of the United States, who is also now getting out there and and talking a lot about both the Congress. A lot of people have suggested that Vance can just swing in and control the United States Senate and get it moving. Guys, he doesn't have the authority to do that. Don't take my word for it. The very first president of the United States Senate, Vice President John Adams, said he wanted to do exactly what a lot of people online have been making up about JD Vance, citing statutes and procedures incorrectly. It's not how that works. The parliamentarians made it clear. The first vice president of the United States has made that clear. He is, however, making it very clear on the Save America act that I think is, again, a pretty great move from the vice president anyway. Here's the thing though, even if you take the Democrats at their word, even if illegal aliens voting is very rare, then why don't we ban it anyway? It's not that complicated. It is one
thing to say, I don't get it. The Democrats say this never happens or it happens only very rarely on the one hand and on the other hand, we must not stop it. It doesn't make a damn bit of sense. We need to get all illegal aliens stopping from voting in our elections. It's very common since stuff. I had this exact same response. When the Secretary of State here in Indiana, who's a very controversial figure, Diego Morales, a lot of people don't like him, even on the Republican side of the aisle, he, along with, I believe Attorney General Todd Rakita, launched an investigation into the voting roles and they found like 20 violations and a lot of people thought they had some kind of, he said, haha, you only found 20 violations. I'm sorry, is that not 20 cases violating the law? When the cops catch one rapist, you go, that's just one, why did you even catch him? No, the law is the law. I'm confused in this weird judicial attitude that people have where it's whether or not I think it's important enough to actually do the thing.
And by the way, even though it may have turned out well, I felt the same way about the President into the United States when he didn't enforce the TikTok band passed by Congress. Now again, did it end up well and fine? Yeah, I think it did. I still disagree. I don't like that the picking and choosing kind of nonsense, either the law is the law or it's not. When you take that away from Congress and you decide that it doesn't matter and judges or the President's going to rule things anytime they want, that's an issue. We're going to continue on the livestream way more to get into. It's the Tony Kinnitcast here on The Daily Signal Radio Crew have a great weekend. Boy, we are moving fast, aren't we? All right, now we're out of the FCC broadcast time, so I can finally play all of those clips that have a few of those less friendly words in them and as well some of the things that my production team is about to torture me with. Before we do so, I do want to say that Vance who has been positioned as the antithesis to Trump and Rubio in the foreign policy department, even though I have said multiple times that Vance who was a bit of an isolationist and now
appears to kind of be coming around and is openly being, I would say, volunteering to be the guy who goes out and says, all right, I am totally against stuff. We're going to do diplomacy forever and ever. Amen. And then that's right before the Trump administration throws a punch that's happened like five times now. Vance also acts the same way regarding getting questions about what the United States is going to do next. Pay attention to how he answers this question because this matters a lot for the 2028 primaries. But the Republican party didn't have the clip loaded. See, that's my bad. See, it's not really a Tony Kinnitcast until because of the crazy news. I don't have a clip in the right spot. You know, tail is old this time here. We have it though. Here we go. Vance in the reporter. Press, what did you advise the president initially as he considered his actions in Iran? And what are you urging him to do now, especially with Americans seeing higher prices at the
pop and some of the fallout from that across the economy? Do you express any concerns like those you've expressed in the past on the possibility of these extended wars? Well, Bill, I appreciate the question. I know you guys have to ask it, but imagine the situation. We're in the situation room where you can't even take your iPod in there or your AirPods, I guess what they're called. You can't take your iPhone in there. You can't take anything in there because it is the most classified space anywhere in the world. And I sit there with Pete Hegseth and General Kane and Marco Rubio and the entire White House team. And the president and I and the entire senior team are talking about the options and about what we need to do and about how we must best protect the American people. I hate to disappoint you, but I'm not going to show up here in front of God and everybody else. Tell you exactly what I said in that classified room partially because I don't want to go to prison. And partially because I think it's important for the president of the United States to be able to talk to his advisors without those advisors running their mouth the American media.
That's the correct answer. Now, if you don't like that, tough, tough. The idea that like transparency means that you get to know what we do 10 steps before it happens. Therefore, completely removing the effectiveness of the action. Well, I'm going to put it this way. If Trump goes, all right, by Friday, March, October the first, I'm going to cancel it all. You've got exactly 12 days, 12 days were done. Then what does the Iran administration now know they have to do? They just got to hide in some deep dark hole in the ground for 12 days. And then it's over. See, when you reveal your cards, you can't place bets. And for all of the people praising the diplomacy only option, I might remind you that diplomacy relies on you having lovers to pull. If everyone knows what you're doing, then you can't engage in diplomatic strategy and negotiation. I said the same thing about, oh, wow, why does Trump do you have a 60 day
kind of a lift to the Russian oil sanctions? I mean, gee, I could think of at least 15 reasons off the front, but just because Trump hasn't come out and spelled it out for you in Expo dry race marker, everyone sit down. We're going to talk about it from the top. That's not how these things work. That's not how they're supposed to work. You say, well, I don't like that. Okay, you leave start your own country. You tell all of your own citizens how you're going to do it. You don't run for office. You do it. Every time we've seen a president do what those who are against this are describing people die. And by that, I mean, specifically the United States forces are put under severe security threat because the Obama or the Biden administration revealed the cards out and it leaked all to the press. And then we couldn't do anything. You like it? Aircraft drone aircraft should loiter. Infantry shouldn't loiter. But alas, that's that's stuff aside. I am rather pleased from the way the White House has done a lot of their communication in the last couple of weeks. I do. I do appreciate that kind of
that kind of communication from the administration because we are finally from the least from where I'm at. We are are finally in a position where I don't feel embarrassed at what the individuals from the administration are trotting out to say. Allow me to explain. There's there's kind of a cringe moment. For example, when you have some guy like Cash Patel come out and announce that, oh, the FBI is going to be trained by former fighters. No, no, that's not as useful. What I do appreciate though is when he comes out and he's very quiet calm to the point. We got him. We arrested him. They're off the jail. Don't do crimes. We'll get you. That's good stuff. Vance, Rubio, Scott Bessent are doing a lot more of the talking now. There was a little period where Rubio was doing most of the talking along with Scott Bessent and Peter Navarro and Howard Lutnik were just like, go sit somewhere and even ask for why was a little bit quieter. Now we're seeing some of the rest of the administration pick up the same kind of lines that we got from Tulsi Gabbard, Linda McMan,
Secretary Brooke Rollins of Agriculture. You see Chris Wright coming around on some of these things talking a lot of the same way now that Lee Zeldin talks about environmental regulation and deregulation. You see Sean Duffy mirroring the kind of of cadence that you see coming from Marco Rubio from the Secretary of State side into the Department of Transportation side. I like this. You can have kind of the technocratic people who know what they are doing and communicate it in a way that still doesn't bulk and cover before reporters and go, okay, I promise I won't be bad. You don't have to, it's not a binary. You can have competency and the fire of passion and conviction. And this where I think comes into play the Trump White House and the way they've documented some of their memes. Before we do talk about that though, I do have to talk about one final story on another breaking story from this evening. I'm so sorry. Another story. US Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett's security officer has been shot and killed by Dallas police
SWAT officers while under investigation for impersonating a law enforcement officer. According to CBS News, JD Miles, I'm reading this from the report, quote, a man shot and killed by Dallas police earlier this week was a familiar figure in North Texas law enforcement and part of the security detail for US representative Jasmine Crockett sources told CBS News Texas multiple law enforcement sources tell CBS News Texas the man publicly known as Mike King have been using aliases while running businesses that placed officers and off duty jobs. Are you telling me that a Democrat was using fake ID to get benefits? No way. I'm told that never happens. Or Tim Wallace tells me they're arresting everyone doing that. Another case of Democrats faking their ID to do scurrilous things. What a surprise. King was killed Wednesday night after a standoff with Dallas police SWAT officers. Police say he fled into a hospital parking garage,
barricaded himself inside a vehicle and was forced out by tear gas before pulling a gun on officers. Ah, there you go. So you can't even claim that it was in self-defense. The dude got tear gas out of the vehicle. I don't know how to tell you this, but it's not like the cartels or running operations up in the Dallas man with the tear gas. You know, we get it in there, we pull the pin and you're like, there you go. I mean, that's so you can't really prove it's that. Or you can't suggest that. Hold his gun on cops. Well, congratulations on receiving your very own F.O. to the F.A. that you participated in. Can we stop on the breaking news story, producer Josiah? I see you typing right now in the Slack. You stop that. No more, no more stories. It's Friday, man. No, obviously keep sharing the stories. I'll just, I guess be the Baptist who takes up drinking in public. Yikes. All right. So that said, there's another story from today that I wanted to get to from CNN. So this is sent over to me from Nicholas Fondacaro. Nicholas Fondacaro
is the associate editor over at the Media Research Center and News Busters. CNN officials Andrew Roy, the London Bureau chief of CNN. And Matthew Chance, the CNN chief global affairs correspondent. According to footage, we don't have this particular footage loaded and ready to go right now. They have been caught celebrating the Iranian regime at the Iranian embassy in the United Kingdom. Holy crap. That is, that is patently insane. Now CNN is also in pretty severe hot water already because as you recall, Abby Phillips with her own little evening show that, you know, Scott Jennings just happens to take most of the attention on. Abby Phillips was already caught trying to frame the IED Islamic terror attack in New York as a supposed almost attack on Zora Mandani. She had to make a correction for that. Now there's yet another, now another CNN
story in this particular frame. This is according to Dominic Pattern over at Deadline, also this evening, last time it was updated. The White House escalates a war of words with, ham, the S word, CNN over Iran coverage. CNN is lying to undermine Operation Epic Fury's crushing success. Essentially, the administration is making the case that David Ellison better fix CNN rather quickly because they're just setting themselves up for defamation lawsuit after defamation lawsuit because CNN has been caught multiple times now. By the way, making continued reports and post all over social media, we stand by our reporting, we stand by our reporters, and then going on air and making a bunch of corrections because they're getting things wrong. Making correct statements and you, in fact, do get the horns. I mean, you do have to issue corrections when you go out and say stupid things. You do win stupid prizes. So again, I'm happy to see
the Trump administration holding CNN to task here, and I do hope that the defamation suits and others continue. But that is another story for another day. We're going to go very quickly to commercial break. And then my producers have said, I've been a little too high strung this week. I've been a little too aggressive and aggravated. And to be fair, I think the news is kind of born that out. And so this next section of the show is under duress. Just want to make that perfectly clear. It's the Tony Kennet cast here on The Daily Signal. Don't go anywhere. All right. So my smart mouth, I got myself into a little bit of trouble here on the Tony Kennet cast because I, you know, decided to make the case that a particular we sports video from the White House that the left is melting. And I mean melting down over Tammy Duckworth, the senator
who uses her veteran status as a way to beat others about the head. I just, I find it particularly disgusting. But, you know, one story among many is anger because the White House posted an edited meme video essentially putting in bits of the Operation Epic Fury footage. Uh, putting that in with us some we sports videos. And Senator Tammy Duckworth made the case, and I should say quote tweeted it and said, war is not an effing video game. Oh no, she says, a war is not a effing video game, bad grammar. And then says it three times seven Americans are dead. Okay, right off the top of the bat, guys, just because there are casualties in war does not mean that it is dishonorable to those casualties to praise the success of your country in said war.
It is, believe it or not, honorable to our troops to suggest that the sacrifices that they made, that they signed up for are not in vain, but in honor and pursuit to the interests of the United States of America and her territories. I'm going to need a little bit of clarification on that from my team. I'm seeing a super chat, a $5 super chat saying the US just hit Carg Island. According to Fox News, is this true? It is true. Guys, I'm so sorry we're going to have to delay this. I'm getting this information together. Excuse me. I have to alert WIBC and we have to break this particular piece of news given the update on this certain information. Give me just a second. I have to do something very specific for the rules as we hop onto FCC air. Excuse me. I know this is interesting. Give me just a moment to talk with my team. We will be back
in just a second. Don't go anywhere. It's the Tony Kinnit cast here on The Daily Signal. This is the Tony Kinnit cast on 93 WIBC. Welcome back to the Tony Kinnit cast. Sorry we have to postpone a little bit of the agreement here. We have a breaking update. The United States has confirmed via the White House that Carg Island has been struck from the president of the United States. And I quote, moments ago at my direction, United States Central Command executed one of the most powerful bombing rates in the history of the Middle East and totally obliterated every military target in Iran's crown jewel, Carg Island. We're going to put up the picture of Carg Island here on the screen. Carg Island is in the north of that very tippy top. The Persian Gulf there passed the straight of Ormuz right underneath Iran 15 miles off its coast.
It used to look like this. It does no longer look like this. According to the president of the United States, quote, our weapons are the most powerful and sophisticated that the world has ever known. But for reasons of decency, I have chosen not to wipe out the oil infrastructure on the island. I am assuming that the president is talking about the oil tankers right here on the southern portion of the Coral Island. However, should Iran or anyone else do anything to interfere with the free and safe passage of ships through the straight of Ormuz, I will immediately reconsider this decision. So this is a resource hostage maneuver. This was, you've heard a black male. Now there's Trump male delivered to you. Trump male priority express. If you take out another ship in the straight of Ormuz, you fire a rocket. I'll blow this little pocket of oil to hell and gone. Anyway, that's just my impression. I will immediately reconsider this decision. Quote,
during my first term and currently I will I rebuilt our military into the most lethal and powerful and effective force by far anywhere in the world. Iran has no ability to defend anything that we want to attack and there is nothing that they can do about it. Iran will never have a nuclear weapon, nor will it have the ability to threaten the United States of America the Middle East or for that matter of the world. Quote, Iran's military and all others involved with this terrorist regime would be wise to lay down their arms and save what's left of their country, which isn't much. Thank you for your attention to this matter. President Donald J. Trump. So for a lot of individuals who are not yet aware, the Carg Island strike. This is Iran's oil export hub. 90% of Iranian oil expert sports. Oh, I'm glad I did my homework on Carg Island today. 90% of Iran's oil exports occur on this teeny tiny coral island. 15 miles off the coast of Iran. U.S. Air Force bombers struck
missile storage sites as well as sites that house Iranian mines, according to a U.S. official, saying the United States did not target the economic infrastructure on the island. I'll get to my speculation on that just in a second. Again, here is where Carg Island is. Now again, the President to the United States, when asked about this today by Bill Kilneed over on Fox, he was asked about whether or not he was going to do this. But first, I want to make this clear. To Brooke Ruff, Brooke Ruff is a friend of the channel. I'm not sure if we can grant someone specifically YouTube membership. We're going to find a way to grant it for her. Brooke Ruff is the watcher of the week. We don't even have that. But we do now. The YouTube watcher of the week, Brooke Ruff, who from a super chat, she spent her own money to prioritize this in front of our faces and did get the news from Fox News over to us that Iran, their Carg Island, literally the hub of their oil infrastructure has been struck by the United States. She then sent a $20 super chat
afterward, which Brooke, you don't have to do, which meant in money. You have done more than enough. Said, glad I saw something useful. Yes, sure did. Incredible. Incredible work from Brooke, who then says also, I didn't even know what the island was until the show. So I'm glad we got your heart and mind on Carg Island, which very much might be under the United States control, which by the way, if you want to know how here, there and everywhere, the price of oil drops right through the floor, that would be Carg Island. I would not be surprised given that this is a strike that has occurred in the late seven o'clock hour, Eastern time, the 1900 hour, if you're a big nerd on Friday evening is because now the oil prices won't be able to change until Monday morning. There is a very good chance that even now Iran is probably going to lose this island to special operators in the United States or from the United States. I would probably put a good amount of money on it. In fact, producer Daniel, remind me later to, I don't know, I've never put money on
something before in polymarket today. Might very much be that day. I really should throw at least a couple of dollars on that particular polymarket that we will own Carg Island by Monday, because I'm just going to say the United States owning Venezuelan and Iranian oil and then being able to do absolutely nothing about it. That'll sink the price of crude oil down to $60 a barrel. That would also put Chinese, oh, I can't use that expression on here. Well, I was going to say, would really put their cojones in a vice. But instead, let's say it really puts them between Iraq and a hard place. Yeah. Okay. No. All right. I'm sorry. All right. So right now, the United States, again, from the president of the United States has struck Carg Island. This was the president's response earlier today when asked by Brian Kilmead. I think this is clip nine. Yes. Now here in 2026, you are president. Are you thinking about taking Carg Island where 90 percent
of the Iranian oil goes through? And what do you think about? Do you remember that interview and that school of thought? Yeah, but Brian, I can't answer a question like that. And you should ask and you should be even asking it. It's one of so many different things. It's not high on the list, but it's one of so many different things. And I can change my mind in seconds. But, you know, if you had asked a question, who would answer a question like that? I mean, you're asking me a question Carg Island. Okay. Everything. Who would ask a question like that? And what fool would answer it? Okay. Let's say I was going to do it or let's say I wasn't going to do it. What would I say? Oh, yes, Brian. I'm thinking about doing it. Let me let me let you know what time and when it'll take place, it's not, you know, it's sort of a foolish question. A little surprising for you because you're I'm going to level with you. Earlier on in the show, I'm sorry, this this grin right here, this is the stupid smug Tony was right again. Somebody get the jar of coins. I did say at the
beginning, that sounds like Trump getting ready. I'm not going to tell you, but if you're on Carg Island, I hope you have a lead umbrella. Yeah, there you go. So the president of the United States, essentially putting Carg Island under Trump mail, a blackmail here, meaning Iran, you mess with anything in the Persian Gulf, you mess with anything in the straight of our moves. I'm going to take all of this oil and I'm going to blow it to Kingdom come. Yeah. I mean, that would that be kind of neat. It's not like the Iranian Navy can send over boats to reinforce the island. There's no Navy left. So again, the president of the United States announcing that the US has struck the military infrastructure on Carg Island. I'd say a pretty decent chance that we see by the end of this weekend, a different flag flying on said island. And again, if like with Venezuela, the United States runs, there was an airstrip on the island. Again, I'm going to put up this this particular photo of the
island again here, not the, you know, map photo again, where you can see Carg Island is, but you can see on the north there that beautiful runway going the wrong way. Well, you got to guess place islands or you know, runways where you can on on coral strips there. If the United States is in fact managing this by Monday, oil prices are going to sink. I'm sorry, I could I would again guess and I don't usually speculate like this with y'all, but I would guess that we see crude oil hit like 65 to 70 dollars on Monday if the United States is controlling this. Now oil men prefer the price of oil to be around 80, 85 a barrel, but I'm just saying that's that's going to that's going to throw quite a bit in there. So given that as one comment point, one comment, one comment or points out, Carg Island charges a lot for the processing. That is very, very, very true. Oh, this is a cool fun one here for you guys. This is where Venezuela wanted to send their oil. This is this is where
Venezuela wanted to send their oil here to be processed. All right, you know, just a little fun fact here on the Tony kind of cast. All right, we will keep an eye on that. Have I fulfilled all of my FCC obligations? I have. Okay, radio crew who has been yanked back from the brink of the other side of the FCC interwaves, a very kind apology to Chad Benson's syndication show, which I've now bumped out of whack. It's okay. It wasn't recorded live anyway. We're going to now kick it back off to the fun part of the show, which I'm not allowed to play on FCC air. So you guys have a very fun evening. Please know more breaking news updates from your friends here over at the Tony Kennedcast on the daily signal nationally syndicated and first on 93 WIBC and our affiliate radio syndication partners, according to FCC regulations, wherever those may be.
Welcome back to the Tony Kennedcast where my show notes are essentially useless because everything changes due to breaking news updates. This is why for those who are just joining us now for maybe the first time. The entire idea for this particular show was was not how it ended up. Originally, I was offered this time slot after Hammer and Nigel and Indianapolis when this was just on one radio station. And I said I didn't want a three hour show because I wanted to put my kids to bed or at least see them at some point during the day. And then also I didn't really, you know, want to spend all day just recording a bunch of stuff to have it play and be out of date. Once we got started writing the show, I noticed that a lot of our competitors in this particular evening time slot, a lot of their shows are written by 11 30 a.m. So what you are likely to see on a lot of the major networks around the country are a lot of really out of date stuff that has been completely ripped away from its broadcast notes by the breaking news team. Now we start the bulk of
our writing each day at around 3 30 to 4 30 so that it's fresh for you. We continue adding stories to cover up to and including inside the show. So that all said hopefully for just a couple of brief seconds here, we can get over to again, some of the communication from the White House that I personally found pretty excellent. So now over to some of the things that my production team has decided, I've been way too serious and way too high strung this week. Can you blame me? So after I mentioned that Tammy Duckworth lost her ever loving marbles tweeting, war is not a f-ing video game three times in a row and losing her self like she's on the view or with Jennifer Welch. I said, you know what? This particular Wii Sports video from the White House is pretty great. And so producer Josiah, producer Daniel, producer Jen, producer Liu, they have accumulated a bunch of the White House Iran war memes for me. And they are reporting that I have to, well they're reporting, they are requiring me here to rate them for you here. Now I don't
have any kind of tier rating system. So I'm going to make that up on the fly and then producer Josiah later, he'll craft the tier system as his punishment for doing this to me. So up first and foremost, we have from the White House social media accounts, a good old sponge bob meme for the Iran war here. You want to see me do it again? You want to see me do it again? You want to see me do it again? Okay, all right, that one's not bad. I'm gonna rate that one. I'm gonna rate that a pretty good, pretty good to start out with. I think that's the rating that I'm given there. So I know again that's exciting. Not bad. We'll sponge bob meme to start things out with the quickster from the super friends episode. Not bad. Against striking repeated targets effectively. I do hate
that one of those that was shown in there is an F4 Phantom, which should be in a museum and breaks my heart. But other than that, stellar stuff. This next one is called Movies. So just so that you know that I'm not fooling you here. I'm not fibbing. This is all I have. I haven't seen these. It's just one word to describe. So I'm really going into a lot of these blinds. So I apologize if they're awful. All right, here we go. Movies. Wake up, daddy, Sean. Welcome home, sir. Strengthen on our strength and honor. What will you do without freedom? Maverick sent out. You can't conceive of what I'm capable of. Finishing this fight. I'm thinking on the back. I'm here to fight for truth and justice in the American way. I am the danger. Time to find out. Maxime method. Here it comes.
Now in this flawless victory. That's a lot of references packed into one. So I'm I am rating this a makes my ADHD happy. Makes my ADHD happy. Really, really good. Love it. This one is excellent. And the reason this one is excellent. I feel like I'm Ben Shapiro, reviewing movies for the Oscars. Okay, folks. First stop here on this particular one. Right off the top of the bat, what I love about this one is it starts off with Iron Man, daddy's home, Jarvis. And then it goes through all kinds of both video game and movie references, really good stuff. Stellar enjoy it. It's that American feeling that is fitting the moment because just like the Gulf War in the 90s got rid of Vietnam syndrome where America can never win anything before. We're not ever going to win anything again. We're just going to get mugged and mired down. This particular series of military actions. This is the cure to the Iraq and Afghanistan syndrome. That's how I feel on that so far. And yes, you should like rip
free bird as loud as you can and enjoy American stuff like this and be dominant. I'm a Teddy Rooseveltian kind of foreign policy guy. So seeing America just take what it wants. That's America first. I do like that a lot. So really, really good. That's a, it satisfies my ADHD out of 10. I heard that the guy who voice acted the Spartan, Spartan John. The only thing I'd heard about that one so far, he complained about it. And he's a real wasp. But apparently the composer of the Halo music thinks it's freaking sweet. So hey, I don't know. I mean, you know, I say it come out pretty even there. All right. This next one is called Grand Theft Auto. I think I know what this one is. Oh, shit. Here we go with you. Oh, shit. Here we go with you. Oh, shit. What are we going to do?
Hey, that's empty nine footed. Oh, shit. You could tell by the way that it's swiveling that that's an MQ9 that's loitering. Oh, they just let it, let it, let it play out there a little bit. I'm giving that one a, I came looking for copper and I found gold. That's, that's great. Because when you see that, your thing, I first thing pops into my mind. It's kind of a meme mismatch because that particular quote from Grand Theft Auto 3, I believe San Andreas. That's, all right. Here we go again. Things are not going to be so great. And then they played it over and over. But so, you know, I wasn't really excited going into it. And then it was great. Again, straight to my heart, you show me
footage of an AGM fired from a Reaper or a slightly, slightly smaller AGM fired from an MQ1C gray eagle. Man, that's the way to my heart. That and the, the delicious medium rare rib eye that my darling wife prepared for me right before the show this evening. Those are the two ways to make me a very, very happy Baptist indeed. This next one is called baseball. All right, let's see it. All right. I'm giving that one a, I came looking for copper and I found platinum. And here's why. First
of all, America's pastime right there, baby. Americans pastime and baseball. Let's go. Beautiful footage from all over several great eras of modern baseball, phenomenal. The music also on point, explosions, great editing right to the point. I love it. I do. That's good there. That's, that's what I'm talking about, right? You don't even, you don't need a USO show to get the American vibes off that right there. Yeah. That's an, I came looking for copper and I found platinum. This next one is called football. I like it. The sports stuff is good. It's about time. Let's see it.
All right. All right. I'm going to give that one a, um, Suck it Roger Gadell, the commissioner of the National Football League, who's who's all about like togetherness and friendship. And I just think he's going to bring everyone together. Yeah, I'm giving that one a Suck it Roger Gadell, um, because that was absolutely stellar, fantastic. More of it and all the people who are trying to, uh, make football, um, really lame and gay need to remember, uh, that NFL, any kind of game at the Super Bowl included any NFL game is enhanced with a flyover, any of them. I'm, in fact, I don't know how many events would not be improved by a military flyover. I'm just saying, I think that if you're awarded the presidential medal of freedom, then you should get one free military flyover. Your choice anytime. Could be, could be anytime birth of your child flyover, you know, run out into the parking lot
with your new child and be like, look a B2, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, yeah. You think about, obviously there are a lot of great, incredibly honorable funerals that already have military flyovers. Um, I don't know, uh, you just so many great, you, you, you get the medal of freedom, you get one free military flyover. Maybe I don't know, you, you want to follow up the first NFL flyover with a second flyover right after, you know, someone on the Patriots gets racked and thrown onto the ground. Uh, just kind of, kind of a kind of cool thing there. Uh, this next one is called bowling. This will make producer Lou happy because he's quite the bowler. Which one is this? Number six, strike, claim it, strike the claim it, and you got it. Here comes the heat from the USA.
Let's freaking go. Oh, I'm going to have to give this one a rating. I forgot. Uh, I'm, I'm giving this one a, uh, makes me want to nuke France. That's what I'm giving that one. It makes me want to nuke France out of 10. Uh, and the reason a couple of things. First of all, if you ever went to a bowling alley and they play like the really weird animations after a strike or a gutter ball or spare and there's like these really weird low quality CGI films of like a sniper shooting bowling pins or like a bowling pin watching the bowling ball, like kiss in his girlfriend bowling, is there weird stuff in bowling alley's man? The people make those CGI things are strange. Um, that kind of a thing to see that because I thought this is just going to be like the other two, you know, really great moments. No, pulled out the CGI and it's got free bird with it. That's an automatic two point bonus. So yeah, that one gets, uh, I want to nuke France out of 10. Um, really stellar. All right. The last one here, uh, I have not seen all of this.
I've seen the first like 20 seconds of it because I needed to know if I could make fun of a Tammy duck worth for cracking about it. Yeah. Yeah. Sorry. All right. Anyway, we sports here. Here's this is the last one. Oh, yeah.
Yeah. All right, that last one is getting three, three Eagle noises, just incredible, phenomenal. Obviously, the Wee theme music, the game, the way that the Wee sports, the out of the park, the hole in one, that was the strike was displayed on the screen, excellent, three Eagle noises. The reason, though, that it is receiving the final, that third Eagle noise. I love for some reason, the meme, like strike, hole in one, nice on, I appreciate that. I think that's great, that would have won my heart over anyway, really good stuff from the White House. This to me, this to me is an appropriate use of the memeing because it's not too much. Some of them, some of them are a little bit too much, like they took like a, like there's a new Pokemon game for like really, I don't know, people who think that Pokemon still makes really good games, and they released a little graphic for it.
I thought that was like, why, I don't care for that. But this sports, explosions, good music, and just, I mean, come on, accurate movie and video game, you know, implementation. That's good. So I hope that you like my rating system. I am going to forget all of those and never use those again because I'm just not that good. All right. We're going to go to a few, uh, mail time questions here at the end of the show a little bit before the weekend. I mean, hey, I mean, if, if we do, in fact, occupy Harg Island, we're going to go live for that. That'll be fun. That'll be good. If we do that by Sunday, then would the, uh, would the cops on the side of, of I 70 be really nice if I fly by mock speeds to get home and go live for that little wing, you to me, you to me, friend, friendship there. All right. Anyway.
All right. Let's do a little bit of mail time here again. If you do have a question for the show, I've got to have a viewer user and engagement kind of section. Um, I would suggest that you either number one in our description, the show description on our YouTube or the podcast side. There is a link to discord and join that and there's a mail time channel and they get first priority. Uh, so I read those first then our YouTube members, if we can, it's hard to keep track of all of these, I'm going to love it with you because, you know, great, uh, you know, great reason to, uh, there's a great problem to have when there's a lot of comments rolling in. Otherwise, you can throw something in over at Tonykinet.com or, um, in the YouTube chat itself. We're going to try our best. We're going to, you know, try, uh, try our best to get to all of them. So let's see if there are any new particular questions on the discord side. All right. From Doug Hickey, um, didn't, Vance, didn't our vice president Vance, uh, destroy Ilhan at the congressional hearing.
I'm just asking if, if that's true, I mean Ilhan Omar has not been effectively quote unquote destroyed until she's denaturalized and deported for immigration fraud and for supporting terrorist entities that are against the wishes of the United States. So I mean, you know, I like, I like Vance, you know, not only because he's the most handsome vice president that we've ever had, but, you know, I don't think she's effectively destroyed until she's actually been removed from the country, uh, from David, uh, at what point do we just ignore the decisions of, uh, do we ignore the decisions and judgments of activist federal judges, uh, that are not based on the precedent of the law and the constitution, but rather biased activism. It, at what point it will be something that hopefully is going to be so blisteringly obvious as an unconstitutional decision. And then you will need an appeals court to choose not to rule on it because there's also a perhaps a biased group over it, that particular appeals court majority, then until the supreme
court steps in and issues like an emergency stay, that's where you'll see the president avoid it. Uh, a point of order that the Democrats really can't use against the Trump administration is that he tries to play by the rules and just does things differently in the meantime. The answer to the question is not ignoring federal judges. The answer to that question is impeaching federal judges. That's the answer. The answer is not a totally different group of, I mean, the executive branch of the government already takes a lot of liberties regarding the initial framing of the constitution. If Congress, you know, sacked up, um, and, uh, as Mulan became a man and, you know, did their jobs and impeached judges for doing crap like blocking subpoenas before an investigation has been even concluded, or obviously, you know, investigating Jackson Smith and Boisberg for the illegal wiretapping and tracking of senators and representatives. Well, then, yeah, I mean, it, it's not really, it's not really going to be done at least in any efficient way at all.
Um, from, uh, Dorian billing, are the Democrats just looking for, uh, for civil war? Uh, oh, I, I will say this from producer Josiah, who has an excellent, uh, idea on top of that. Ignore the judges you are impeaching. That I think is good. If you have like James Boisberg, you say, look, Congress is to impeach him from now on because we believe James Boisberg, he sucks, he's unconstitutional, he's no good, is terrible and he smells awful. Like that. And then just we're going to ignore everything from James until now, and that would be fun. That would be, uh, yeah, I would enjoy that. That'd be a good one. I, uh, yeah. So maybe, maybe that way, uh, anyway, from Dorian billing, are the Democrats just looking for civil war? I don't think so. I think that Democrats in their entitlement, part of entitlement believes that your opponent is just going to bow down before you. And the Democrats, especially their youth are, um, just so entitled that they just believe they can do whatever they want, and there will be no consequences for it. Which is why the last, well, all right, I'll say it, the last expression you saw on Renee
Good's face was shock at the consequences for her actions. That is why immediately afterward her lesbian life partner said, and I quote, it's my fault, it's my fault because it was the entitlement, you never think the consequences are actually, as a Chicago police officer told me at the DNC, when they showed me their, their, uh, Federation of Police and they actually showed me the same like 1892, Mahogany trunchens, that they have kept nice and polished there for the smacking of rioters. Um, as one said, uh, they never expect they are going to wear the bruise that comes from their mouth. I don't, I don't know that is rather poetic from a, you know, crotchety old Chicago police officer showing me the FOP, so, hey, you know, and I think that, that's probably more a student on that side, uh, from guilty bridges, what has America won so far? If we're talking about the Iran war, um, I will remind you that for 47 years, the Iranians
have supplied every single terrorist threat in the Muslim world, every single one of them. They have given Russia and China countless low manufacturer arms. They have supplied oil to our geopolitical foes. They have killed Americans directly and through proxy. They have also mass occurred for people saying, well, the United States struck a girl of school again on a Saturday morning with no, by the way, there's no photograph at all or list of the victims of this incident so far, by the way, whether or not the United States or the Iranians actually went through with doing this. There are a lot of AI, there's a lot of AI slop that's going around, like suggesting there's like a maid in USA piece of shrapnel guys. That's not how shrapnel works, um, any who, um, the Iranians have claimed first that 12 died and there were 12 in the building and then 15 and then 20 and then 28 and then 75 and then 100 and then 150 and now over 200. So no, uh, but before that, the Iranian regime slaughtered 35,000 of their own people.
So if you're going for the humanitarian angle, which a lot of people like Tucker said, well, think about, you know, Gaza, before he, you know, says stupid things like usual, he'll cite the humanitarian concern. A lot of people are dying and he has said before that the United States needs to act like dad to intervene and stop people. Now he met stop Israel and Hamas, uh, but in this case, from the humanitarian perspective, from usually the coastal elites, which Tucker is one, you could say, well, they've killed 35,000 people. What have Americans won out of this? I mean, Iran, not being able to close the straight of or moves whenever they want and jack up oil prices five, 10 years from now that the United States decides what oil is. That is a major win for your wallet forever. Jacob, uh, all adored over from the America versus policy institute has made that perfectly clear. Again, we cited earlier in the show numerous economic analysts from the left and from the right libertarian and more interventionist from the United States from South America, from Europe, even from Southeast Asian countries that you didn't even think had economic
analysts have made it quite clear that the United States and America stands to gain quite a bit from removing Iran's terror capacity to remove oil. Also, their ballistic missiles, kind of a problem, their nuclear program, which they had not stopped even after we bombed Fortuna. They still suffer going to enrich uranium, 58 percent past the level of civilian nuclear enrichment. Yeah, Americans are gaining quite a bit also paying back the Kurds because we've screwed over the Kurds of Kurdistan several times, finally letting the Kurds them having their own land. That's a good thing. A secular regime, instead of a radical Islamist regime, also remarkably good. Lots of those things are very, very good for Americans specifically, and if you don't like that, then, um, you know, yeah, I wanted to comment saying, oh, he's taking a page out of Netanyahu's play, but okay, good luck with that. Good luck with that. I'm sure that this, your 37th time making predictions that don't pan out and just blaming everything on Israel. I'm sure you'll be right.
Some of this time, you just just keep on trying. Maybe one day you'll be right someday, maybe, um, but you know, the things that people will say to ignore the threat of Islamic violence here in abroad. So next question from Gail Fisher, why are Democrats objecting to headsets spending money to buy the troops lobster and ribeye steaks for dinner, the night before that they go into battle? Okay, so the reason that they did this, so here's a fun fact, open the books, which is a political transparency, federal government funding and campaign finance watchdog group, right? They're one of the, we've cited them before, I've cited them in my own writing before. They release records on spending regarding politics and influence and things like that. Um, and in this particular instance, regarding the, uh, regarding the story, open the books launched a substack, like a little journalistic page and wrote an opinion piece and the opinion piece went off on steak and lobster and salmon and things that they do serve the troops
before big meals. And whoever it opened the books wrote this particular article, because it just says open the book staff. They haven't actually said, oh, this is which one of our staff wrote this opinion piece. All of these media outlets saw that and picked that up and said, oh, wow, look, these are decadent things. And even in the open the books article, they talk about caviar as being the most, that used to be the most expensive hotel food, just nothing at all to do with the story at all. And there are no big, getty image photographs, by the way, of Hegseth or Defense Department officials eating lobster. Have you ever noticed that? Oh, you haven't noticed that there are no big journalist photos from big public events where Department of War officials are eating steak and lobster. Gee, why is the reason they thought they had a cheap gotcha and easy gotcha? And instead they stepped in dog crap, which was covering a land mine, because they're idiots. These things through before they just run to publish the thing. Like people trusting Iran's statistics on the number of people killed on a Saturday morning in a school that they haven't shown any evidence for, or saying, oh, our Supreme
leaders totally alive and he's fine, even though no one's seen him. And inside of some Iran are saying, the dude has lost one or two legs and is in a coma. People who just immediately go out to trust either. Just either way. Trust but verify is good, whether it's Republican or Democrat. I said this when gnome had made statements that I didn't like. I don't believe that yet. We're going to wait. We're going to get evidence for this before we run it. People on the left side of the aisle that are currently saying it's about Trump and I don't like it. So therefore, it must be the Jews in Israel and exeth as a corrupt. He's eating all of these lobsters is one idiot reporter over at Reason Magazine, a libertarian outlet. Got an AI image to generate pig, Pete headset eating lobster because he couldn't find any photos of him doing that. When you do that kind of stuff, you kill your own credibility. As I told a friend of the show, Rob Carson, who is the protege and a former writer for Rush Limbaugh, today on his shows, I am once a week, that one of the reasons that this show is growing is not because I'm special at all. I am a former science teacher and administrator from Indiana.
I'm I still brought, even though all my colleagues are in DC, the rest of the daily signal. I'm still I'm not special at all. It's just that a lot of my colleagues and other people in this space are making complete fools and asses of themselves. They are. They're humiliating themselves on the left and on the right. I've watched a guy that I even respected a bit, Kurt Bardella, over on the left who broadcasts on news nation. I've watched him go from a pretty fair minded center left reporter to someone who retweets the most insane conspiracy theories of all time in a matter of weeks. The brainworm is eating a lot of people's minds and this is one of the reasons why I despise a lot of influencers. But that's why we try very hard, very, very, very hard here over on the the Tony Kinnit cast to bring you trustworthy news sources. That's just something that I find particularly important when we bring that and also being transparent with you guys when I don't know something. Does it impress you when I tell you that I know something that isn't proven?
I probably doubt it. If I just tell you that I don't know something, then you can't hold me accountable for being a big moron idiot. Now one other video I didn't get to play today, it's from Freedom News, that's the name of their camera guy. They do a lot of on-screen reporting. At the Al Khood's march in New York City, so a pro-Islamic march right now in New York amid all of the, you know, really stupid and insane and awful decisions that are being made by the left regarding the Iran situation in the Islamic terror attacks, there is a group that has now started chanting in Times Square in New York City. And I quote, we support Hezbollah here, we support Hamas here. Which, here you go, we support Hezbollah here, Hezbollah has killed hundreds of Americans
including Marines, consistently, keeping every other country out of it. Later on in the video, they say we support Hamas here, every one of those people denaturalized and deported, every one of them, every one of them. Now as representative Andy Ogles of Tennessee who has been castigated endlessly this week because he dared to say what everyone understands is that Islam is incompatible with the United States period. The Heart Cellar Immigration Act of 1965 and the Immigration Act of 1990 in which America decided that we need to import a bunch of people from dangerous countries without proper vetting. I will remind you that United States never vetted immigrants from Somalia, Kenya vetted people from Somalia for us, one of the most corrupt nations in Africa.
Not just Somalia, but Kenya, Kenya being the corrupt nation in question here. But essentially there are now measures to push for the repeal of the Heart Cellar Immigration Act meaning that you know what you come here, you're married and you come to the United States and you become a citizen, you can't bring over somebody just because you're married or related to them. It's free passes for immigration, no. And also essentially a soft ban on Islamic countries for cultural reasons, that's a good thing. That's a very, very good thing. The founding fathers did not set up freedom to terrorize others and call it religion. You can't rob a bank and go, oh actually my god says I'm allowed to rob banks, that's not a thing. You can't come to the United States and chant and cheer for the terrorist destruction if you're here on a visa and you can't aid and abet terror organizations. That absolutely should be a case for, and if you're someone who clutches pearls over that, you're part of the problem. All right, next question here and then I think we'll probably wrap it up for tonight.
I did tell producer Daniel I was going to try to stop doing two hour shows this weekend. Here we are. From Mark V 11, a very kind $5 super chat, you guys do not have to give super chats. You don't have to do that here. Gavin is using the Hanoi Jane playbook or the jaw, jaw and I voted for it before I voted against it. Carry. That's very, very true, Mark, I'm quite accurate. From Rita, question, can treason laws be enforced against political individuals in this day? If so, how could it be enforced and what would it entail, faith with a very kind super chat? Stop it. You don't have to do any of that. Anyway, it's very kind of you, we really appreciate it. From Rita, she says question, the treason laws, can they be enforced against political individuals through this day? I am very, very precise on actual legal definition of treason. So when something is treasonous, does not make it legally treason. There is moral, quantitative treason, which is the way that we as average people describe
things that are against the interests in the people of the United States. Doesn't meet the legal definition of treason. The legal definition of treason is to aid and abet the enemies of the United States. So there was an Air Force official from Jeffersonville, Indiana, who was just arrested for training Chinese pilots how to engage and fight the United States and the weak points, the very few that there are, of the F-35 Lightning II, excuse me, F-35 Bravo Lightning II, sorry about that. So regarding this particular question, he can and should be charged with treason hanged by the neck until dead in public because he is aiding and abetting an enemy of the United States. And to be an enemy of the United States does not mean they have to have order declared on them. That's never been stated in legal precedent in the Constitution or in any law. That's not a thing. So that can be enforced. Political leaders and treason is different.
So let us say that Gavin Newsom, who's undermining the United States and calling for things, if he calls for people to resist the United States, amid a time of military action or war that could absolutely be considered an accessory to treason. But for example, James Boisberg here ruling on constitutional things, that's not treason. Now that's like the connotative he's acting against the United States. Sure. There are already very specific laws on the books though for the kinds of things that he is doing and violating. A construction of the law, falsification of federal documents, aiding in illegal activities and the monitoring of a U.S. Senator without their consent. Those are laws on the books for him. If you go around saying everyone needs to be charged with treason, this is just the left saying everything is fascism but with a different shade. That's not how it works. We have laws that have very specific definitions. Sedition is very different from treason, which is very different from espionage. And we need to make these distinctions clear. Now in the same way that we can say, you know, something can be murder, even though on
the legal definition, it may not actually be murder. It may be a kind of manslaughter. It may be a different kind of indirect homicide or a secondary or tertiary homicide based on kind of a cause and effect there or recklessness that leads to homicide, for example. Even though it's not murder, we still use the term. So that point here that I want to, you know, kind of level that out. So what do you call your government who is active in seditious conspiracies? See, that's not helpful. And I understand and I agree with you here that we've reached a point in society where it's a lot easier to just go, I don't trust everything and everything is awful. Then to dig through the massive spaghetti bowl of garbage that has been set up for 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 years and pick it apart piece by piece. One of the biggest cultural erosers for Americans has been that we have grown so used to victory and we have been so placid and lazy for so long regarding our responsibilities.
Not just, you know, legally, but also I would say morally, as citizens of the United States, that there are a lot of people who want to take the lazy way out and say, just burn it all down. Just burn it all down and start over. You don't know what you're asking for. You do not know. People who have not been outside of the United States and seen hell on earth from things that have been burnt down do not know what they are asking for. And I think that while it is true that there are those who are engaging in behavior that could be seen as seditious and should therefore be kept an eye on so that when they do commit a crime that meets the legal definition of sedition, they are charged immediately and they are charged in a manner that gets them out. Because otherwise, if there is no method to do so, this is what I say, people who say nothing's ever going to get done and the vote, the elections are all rigged anyway. If you truly believe every single election from the primary to the general is rigged and all you're doing is sitting here watching a show, you're part of the problem. Why aren't you overthrowing the government then? You truly believe every single election, every one of them, no matter what laws pass, even
the primaries, your local county Republican primary, it's rigged. My states Republican said in election, it's rigged, then what are you doing? You're sitting here watching the show instead of, you know, doing more second amendment for the party things. This is the parlor pink thing. There were a lot of, so first of all, Reagan used to make fun of the parlor pinks who would say, oh, America, like the left doesn't know, oh, America's so fascist, it's terrible, we're on stolen land. You don't actually believe that because if you really did, you would do something about it. Now, the temperature is absolutely rising here in, you know, the, you know, the temperature is rising here in the United States absolutely. Holy agree with you here. But I do want to make it perfectly clear that sometimes it is useful to kind of delineate the words and make it very clear and specific what exactly is going on because I'm going to be here for a while. So I've decided right now, at least from the evidence in front of me, yeah, I should probably take time to pick through the problems and hopefully slowly get the country to a better
place, slowly meaning gradual, it's a marathon, it's not a sprint because it was assumed that fixing America as a sprint is laziness. A marathon is required of the citizen, careful tending of the tree of liberty. And yeah, maybe that'll mean watering the tree with the blood of, of Patriots' entire race. Those things are absolutely necessary. But also just saying we're going to chop down the tree and plant a new one isn't always necessary either. So that all said, I hope that you have a wonderful weekend if the United States takes carg island and raises the American flag. First of all, that photo is going to go super hard. And I hope that we have it for a thumbnail of that show. Have a wonderful evening. Say a prayer for our country. Say a prayer for those who have fallen for the United States. Say a prayer for those who have been affected by these horrible terror attacks. And first and foremost, take care.
