Episode 60 is a thoughtful conversation with my great friend Nadir Ali MD, recorded last October in his Houston home. Nadir is a cardiologist who is highly motivated to achieve the best outcomes for his patients. He also manages to carry out an extraordinary level of research into all aspects of health.  Nadir has released many excellent videos where he delivers detailed lectures on lipids, glucose/insulin dynamics, atherosclerosis drivers, drug interactions and much, much more.  He runs a busy cardiology practice in Houston, TX - and also created and led the Low Carb Houston conferences in 2018/2019.
