On this episode of The Rich Equation Podcast, Ashish is joined by Andy Burde. Andy is a young entrepreneur who achieved success at a young age. He is the CEO of Plant Products Company (PPC), an independent firm he built with the goal of providing authentic value selling plant products and services through a large array of verticals including direct-to-consumer and wholesale. It is his goal to create plant products and services that help inspire citizens of the world to create a sustainable society. 

In this episode, Andy talks about his path to entrepreneurship, talking about his upbringing, and how he came to the decision to skip college and pursue entrepreneurship. Being a very young entrepreneur, he talked about ‘age bias’ and how he overcame it as he built his business from the ground up.
