On this episode of The Rich Equation Podcast, Ashish is joined by Larry Greene. Larry Greene is a Transformational Executive Coach and mentor to young, energetic entrepreneurs and thoughtful, seasoned veterans. He is the founder of Mercury Leadership, whose mission is to help business executives transform their thoughts and behaviors in order to drive rapid personal and professional growth. There are a variety of Mercury Leadership group meetings as well as one-on-one coaching. He also provides effective tools, training, and workshops to his clients and their companies. The measure of success he seeks for his executive clients is measured in three ways: Monetary, Freedom, and Fulfillment.  

In this episode, Larry talks about his passion for helping entrepreneurs build communities where they can connect with one another, share ideas and support each other. He shared his observation on the groups he has facilitated, what the common concerns were and how each person can get the most out of the community. He gives his advice to entrepreneurs about how to keep thriving even in the most uncertain of times.
