Greetings to the Living and Awakened. I had the pleasure of speaking with Blaise Kennedy about the journey from addiction to enlightenment in this slightly different episode of Up Is Down. Blaise lives in Canada and has been through the rigors of trauma, addiction and the gradual awakening to his true human potential. This episode is a bit of a departure from the heavy hitting deconstruction and psy-op analysis you've come to trust from me. That said, this is a special conversation that I feel is beneficial to those going through the wilderness of adaptation and change in their life. I'm grateful to have the time to speak with Blaise about moving through darkness and exercising awareness.
