What is up party people? Oh, wait a second. I think it started is it started perfect. There we go. Well, then a secondary. What is up party people? Welcome back to the fourth episode of T and teachings. And in this episode, we're going to be talking all about alignment. How you can stay more aligned, how to tell when you're out of alignment with all the things in your life. I feel like Warren and I have done a lot of alignment work, both inside of our business, inside of our relationships, spiritually speaking as well to I feel like alignment is something in which a lot of people know the actual word, like to align or to reposition yourself. But when it actually comes to doing the thing of recognizing when we're out of alignment, that's where people are like, okay, like, how do I actually figure this out? So we figure that we would do an episode of T and teachings about it. So yeah, the big thing for us about staying aligned in our life is when you live a life that is in alignment, you live a

life that effectively is friction free. Like we still have places in in our life that we are going to experience challenges where there's going to be effort that's needed. That being said, it doesn't mean that you have to live this life that is so hard and arduous and takes a lot of energy every day for you to just focus. And that's where people actually start to recognize the first periods of where a misalignment exists. This is where the one, you know, the one time where you're living your life, you actually stop and think and you go, wow, this seems to be a lot harder than it's supposed to be. Or there's something that feels off. I just can't put my finger on it. I don't really like the way that things are appearing in my life. But I'm just doing the same thing and I know that something needs to change. I think, you know, a lot of the times people often say, there's like a lack of joy in my life. Or, no, I just

don't feel fulfilled right now. Or food is like the number one source of pleasure in my life. Or I just feel like I'm going through the motions, right? Like I feel like I'm living an autopilot mode. And I used to feel like this. I felt like it was like groundhog day. You know, and like you wake up and you do the same routine and then you go to bed and you wake up and you do the same routine. That's really living on autopilot mode. And why don't we talk a really about the difference between like a lack of joy and what we would call like energetic disconnect. We can kind of explain the difference. Yeah, for sure. So I guess like I want to share two different examples to really paint the picture to explain this a little bit further. So a lack of joy, you can have the best relationship. You could have a great family life. You could be in a career that feels good for you, right? Like you're like, I, I, it's a purpose. We talked about this in one of the previous episodes. Scroll back

if you haven't watched the previous episodes about being like having a purpose in life. But you can know that what your job, like what you're doing, it lights you up, like you're meant to be doing this. Maybe you're, you know, a nurse, you're helping people, you're a stay at home mom, you know that you're meant to be doing that. You're in a healthy relationship. You have a great family life. But it just seems like the spark has like dimmed downed or the, you know, you no longer feel excited to wake up every single day. And again, it just feels like you're living in autopilot mode. And that's when it can feel frustrating because it's like, I don't understand. I have all these amazing things in my life. I'm really supposed to be happy. But I'm, there's, there's something that just feels wrong. And for me personally, this was in 2018 where I, Andrew and I were dating. We had a great relationship. We had our own fitness studio. Great. Again, family life. And because one area of my

life, my relationship with food was an area that I was struggling with, all the other areas of my life that used to give me joy, no longer gave me joy. And so it felt like life was like sucking the life out of me. And that's when everything feels on autopilot. So that's really a lack of joy, right? It's like you're grateful for so many areas of your life. You can be crushing it in business. You can be a successful business owner making so much money. But there's a lack of joy because it's like you're waking up. You're working from nine to nine o'clock at night. And you're just, okay, check off. Oh, checking off the to-do list, right? You're just checking off the boxes. You're just going through the motions. That's often when you lack joy. Now, there's also something called like an energetic disconnect. And this is when you energetically feel disconnected. And what that

actually means, it's like, like Andrew said, you can't quite put your finger on it. It just feels like something is off. Every single task that you do feels 10 times harder, right? Like even like waking up in the morning or, you know, having conversations with people, just doing the day to day just feels like everything is so much more challenging. And that is because whatever is not resonating with you, it's like sucking the life out of you. And this is when we call energetic disconnect. And do you want to dive deeper into that? Yeah. So there's two pieces that Laura talks about when we are experiencing an energetic disconnect or when we are experiencing an absence of joy, Laura talk about there's some area in my life that is usually not as developed or not where I want it to be. And this is where the areas in your life where you are not doing the work, you're not putting in the time or areas in which maybe you're avoiding to go focus on

something else is inevitably going to be the place that holds you back, right? Classic, you see this all you all the time with your clients with your relationship with food, we're like every other area is growing and then all the sudden career stops relationships stops because they're like, holy cap, I keep going back to my relationship with food, right? It's the same thing I see with my clients in business where like, you know, everything is going really, really well. And then the business holds them back from showing up as a parent holds them back from being in the relationship. And it's like every single one of the things that you're doing in your life are affected effectively by only a few areas. So the first is community and relationships. There are a lot of areas that come down to a lack of community or a lack of relationships. The second is a lack of connection to source or a lack of spirituality. And this is where maybe you're not developed in that area or maybe you started pulling away from source or connectivity. Then you start

to look at a lack of purpose. This is like, what are you doing every single day? What are you putting your heart into every single day? And then there's just experience. This is the ability to do new things, new communities, new relationships, putting yourself out there. That's the pillar of growth. In those areas, nine times out of 10, it's one of those areas that are going to be holding you back. And this is where you start to experience the lack of joy because that's the indicator that something else is not growing. Now to this whole energetic disconnect, sometimes there are things in our life which we agree with. And in that moment, our energy is behind it. And then halfway, we're doing something else. We are then told energetically that we have to let something go. Yeah. A great example of this. And I looked this up actually before because we had the conversation. It popped into my mind and we made me look it up. So the season of fall, why is the season of fall called the season of fall? It's because leaves fall. That's actually what that what

it was, what it was made. And I thought of this energetic disconnect like you have to leave things behind. So then I said to myself, well, wait a second, why do, why do trees actually let go of the leaves? They let know those leaves were the things that drew in sunlight and the things that gave it life during the season of summer, during fall, those leaves are then taking energy. And if the leaves don't let them go, they're actually going to kill the tree. So in order for the tree to move to its next season of life, you've got to let the leaves go. So how many things do we agree to in the moment that work for us in that moment? A year goes past, three years goes past, you're still carrying that energy. You're still holding on to that thing, hoping it's going to do something for you. Yeah, newsflash, it's not. That's where there's the energetic disconnect. You're being told right now in this moment, hey, you've got

to let this go. So how many areas in our life are we holding on to that we need to let go in this moment? I think a reason why people have such a hard time letting things go is like, I don't want to upset other people. Or what are people going to think about me? Or I have these standards for myself and I said I was going to do something, but now it feels out of alignment, but I still want to follow through. Even when it came to, I shared the example on one of the previous teen teachings about how I went to university. And it was like, I thought that's what you're supposed to do. You're supposed to go to university. And so I committed. And then year three something felt and I remember being like, you know, what are my parents going to think? Like, are they going to be upset that I want to just all of a sudden like drop out of this four-year program and I'm on year three? Like, what are they going to think? I don't want to let them down. I feel like, you know, I worked so hard. Like, maybe I should just push through. Or even when we had our fitness

studio and we were, you know, personal training and doing health coaching and at the time I was working on my relationship with food. And once I conquered, I was like, I want to start helping people with their relationship with food. And Andrew and I just literally invested so much time energy and money towards this fitness studio. And I remember being so like afraid to share that with you. Like, I want to do like online coaching because like, that's what my body was telling me. And when you feel like I just can't ignore it anymore. When you feel like, you know, maybe I might upset somebody. Maybe people are going to be disappointed in me, but I just, I can't keep living this way because my body, like, something is telling me something is off. Like, that's how you know there is an energetic disc. That's how you know you're out of alignment. And so I remember sharing with Andrew and it just felt like a weight was, you know, taken off of me because when you

are focused on what's meant for you, when you're focused on like following your heart, your passions, and it could change. Like, Andrew's, we both went into the the fitness studio with like 100% this is it. But sometimes your values start shifting, you know, just another example. And then we can keep going, but at one point I was working with the supplement company. And you know, I was like, amazing. I got, I got these supplements and I got to promote them and like, oh, I feel so cool. I was like a ambassador or whatever. And I was using their supplements. And then as I started to do more research and focusing more in my health, I started to recognize that the ingredients were not something that I want to put in my body. And every time I like showed up online to be like, use my discount code, something felt off in my body. Again, an energetic disconnect. And so I follow that feeling. And instead of trying to push through, like, this is what I'm supposed to do.

Like, this is what you wanted all along. Okay, but that's what I wanted maybe a few months ago, or a year ago, but it's no longer resonating with me anymore. And so I remember telling this, this company that I wasn't, you know, going to continue. And it's, you have to look out for yourself. And it doesn't matter how much time, energy, resources you invest in something at any given point in time, you're allowed to change your mind who you were a year ago, who you even were like a day ago can shift, right? Like values can change. Identity is change. Yeah, realities too. Sometimes you have to take things on or you have to put things on hold because things shift in your life. And that's normal. And learners said something very important. Follow that feeling. That's really what it is. How many times do we get an energetic pull or do we get a feeling? And for some reason, we want to

convince ourselves that the feeling is not true. Really great example of this. And it's a terrible story. By the way, it's just a story. It's not true. But it's a great example of following that feeling where the example is like a woman is in a hotel room. She's not familiar with the hotel room. And the elevator opens up and there's someone in there. And she gets a feeling, I don't like this feeling. And then she steps into the elevator anyways and closes the door because she wants to believe, I just want to believe everyone's good. I just want to believe everything is this. Sure, believe that. Follow your feeling. Take the next elevator. Do that make the change. How many times do we experience a feeling and we say, no, this can't be it or even worse, I want it to feel a different way. So this is where we'll take on different goals. We do it and we're like, oh, I didn't like the way I felt about this. Or we start declaring new states of identity and deep

down inside, we're like, I know this is a load of crock of shit. I don't actually believe that this is who I am. And so it helps reinforce this feeling of negativity, this feeling of feeling stuck. You have to follow the feeling. You have to let it guide you and you have to trust that it's there for a reason because a large part of alignment isn't just completely steering the ship when you're totally off course. It's making sure that the moment you start to veer off track, you're making little adjustments to keep yourself on the same road, right? You don't walk a path and you see the path that you're stumbling off, you're left, you're right, you're in the force. No, you're probably going to walk straight with your partner or whoever you're walking with. That's exactly how we should be operating. We should be following that feeling that also involves giving yourself permission to stop, stop whenever, whatever you're doing, for whatever reason, at whatever time. Yeah, and that requires bravery. It requires so much courage, right? Because it's

like everybody knew me as this. Like everybody knew me as the lawyer. I can't start my own business, or everybody knew me as the health coach. I can't go and do this. But at the end of your life, like you don't want to say, like, what if, right? You want to be able to go for it and follow that feeling because you're, they always say like a woman's intuition doesn't lie, but I think a man's intuition doesn't lie either. It's like that feeling is guiding you and no more second guessing because when you're, when you're almost like trying to convince yourself that this feeling is normal, that's when it becomes really toxic because you talk to everybody like, you know, at work or maybe you talk to parents and it's like, oh, I'm so drained. Oh, I'm so tired. Oh, this. And you almost feel like that feeling is normal. You're not meant to live that way. You know, like we even have very

close people that we know. And they're like, no, everybody kind of hates their job. And I'm like, no, actually, and they're like, oh, well, like you must not like parts of your job. And it's like, like, like you get to feel fulfilled and don't let people make you feel wrong for chasing more joy, more fulfillment just because they aren't in alignment with their life or just because they're not brave enough to make those moves. Yeah, it's interesting to share that because it brings me back to one of the women that was at the last unstoppable event where when we were talking, she said, like, I felt like this was something that I should be able to do on my own. Like I genuinely wanted to believe that I could do this by myself. Yeah. And then there came this realization. And she was like, you know, at first, it was like it came in. It was like a pressure that just relieved when it was like, Oh, I actually, I don't have to do it on my own. And that's

when the relinquish of the expectations came, right? But it's like, this is where we really have to learn, which I think is an important thing to talk about, like this aspect of like from an alignment perspective, what is the difference between friction or the difference between resistance? Because sometimes we give up too soon, even though something is for us, just because there's a little bit of difficulty that's there, something new is something you've never done before. It's something that you don't have any evidence in. But there are also other things in which we're, you know, they're being presented to us on purpose for us to navigate away for us to stop. So the question becomes like, how do we stop on the path and know that that was the right stop or how do we continue going, even though some things are tough? That's the difference between resistance and friction. In life, you will always have resistance. The greater the thing that you're looking to achieve, the greater the challenge that is there. But resistance is not friction. Resistance,

when you get moving, you are then able to overcome. So think about something you haven't done before. You have to practice. You have to learn the skills like like an instrument. You start taking the time to learn. You practice over and over again. You make mistakes, but you get better. You get excited that you get better and you're willing to go through the resistance to become a better player. Same thing is true with the identity in your life. Same thing is true with alignment. If you're like, I have a calling for this. I want to be a stronger person spiritually. I want to be a better partner for my husband or my spouse. These things are calling you and they're calling you for a reason. They're going to ask that you practice what you preach. They're going to ask that you find communities and you find places where you can connect to grow. They're going to ask that you have to put your trust in your willing to move forward. That's totally different than friction. Friction is when you operate the same way and so the same challenge gets brought for you over

and over again. The friend you know that keeps going through partners like crazy and they're like, oh, all these people. It's always the partner. Really? You're six relationships deep. It's the partner crazy, right? Everyone has the family member who's like, oh man, every boss I work for is terrible. Every boss. There's not a single boss you work for that was decent. Like friction is there and it's meeting you on purpose to show you there's something you need to stop doing. You either need to stop physically doing something. You need to stop mentally doing something. But it's there to provide the lesson to give you that opportunity to pause. Would you say that people often like I believe that people fear resistance more than friction. So a lot of the times people will feel resistant and they'll say this isn't meant for me. I

shouldn't probably do this and they're almost like looking for a way out, right? It's like this is too scary. Well, it's either this is too scary or it's like this is an excuse for like why I can't go after what it is that I want because it's uncomfortable and like, oh, there's like for there's a little bit of resistance. But when it comes to friction, I often people I find people often blame themselves. What's wrong with me? Why isn't it easier for me? Why can't I do it? You know, it's like people often blame themselves and then they push through and then it becomes an even greater energetic disconnect. Do you want my honest opinion or do you want me to soften the blow for these people? I always give my clients tough love. There's nothing wrong with tough love and this is not an opinion. It's just the way that the world has developed now. We fear resistance because what we are shown is the fast track of everything. Everything in our society today is built around us getting

stuff faster, quicker, cheaper, easier. And so we translate that into everything that we do. Don't want to lose weight on your own. Here's a bunch of quick fixes to do that. Take all these supplements. It totally works. Don't want to build a relationship or don't want to go out and find somebody at the bar like like I used to go to the library hoping before I met you. I used to go to the library. I is crazy. I didn't even know that. Yeah. So like again, hoping that you would need it to somebody because I was right. But it's like I would I would go there. And the thing is is all of that awkwardness, the friction, the resistance, the willingness, the openness, the replacement for that was like, Hey, you know what? Now you can have five dating apps on your phone and you have to scroll. It's easy. It's simple. And so what happens is we believe that we can fast track our way past the effort. That's why resistance hurts more than friction because friction will we get a hard stop. There's no more effort that we can put in. But resistance, you're going to have to go through

that look, there's only a couple of ways around an object, right? You go over, you go through, you go under, you go around, but there's no avoiding it. You can't just stand at the wall and go, Oh, this is very tough. It's it's a combination of society, but we've allowed that to happen to ourselves. We've become so accustomed to quick and now that if we don't do quick and now we say, well, this isn't happening fast enough for me. And my thing is, well, how long did you expect it to take? And this is where sometimes like this is where I'm sorry, it might hurt, right? If you're a person who's gained 65 pounds over 10 years, I'm just a crazy number. It's not going to take you 30 days. If it took you 10 years to gain it, it's going to take you 10 years to lose it. If you haven't had a relationship over the span of 30 years, you think you're going to materialize one in one day? Probably not. It's going to take you time, energy. You're going to have to, it's everything that took you to this point. Wherever it's the mistakes, the challenges, you're going to have to undo

that and that time is still there. Five years of being unconscious and always making wrong decisions or never trusting your gut, it's going to take you five years to get yourself to trust yourself again. And that's a normal part of the process. But we don't normalize that because it's a, it's a one minute reel. I can't get 10 years into one minute reel. But that's a thing. People see on social media, these like, you know, fast results or they see the end result, but they don't see what it actually took to get there. And because today is Saint Patrick's Day, there was a lot of like, you're so quote unquote lucky. And then people would post like the luck. And it was like years of showing up behind the scenes. Nobody's watching. I'm, I'm putting in the work like that's the lock. Right. And people only see the end destination say, Oh, you're so lucky. You're so lucky. Well, no,

because there was resistance. It's not like this person didn't have resistance. This person had resistance that they were willing to move through the resistance. Right. Anybody who has whatever it is that they want in life, they've gone through the messy middle. They've gone through the resistance. They've worked through friction to say, Mm, not an alignment for me. Mm, that doesn't feel good for me. This feels right for me. Even though it's scary, it's going to be challenging. There's going to be a lot of freaking work involved. But I'm willing to do that so that I can actually get on the other side. And the thing is, if you're not willing to lean into the resistance, you're going to always bump into friction. Like it's like, you know, like those revolving doors. It's like you're, or like I think about Aaron Hachio, he says, like you're like all like the hamster wheel. Right. It's like if you don't lean into resistance, friction's going to smack you on the face a million times until you're like, Okay, this isn't the path for me. And then you have the new like your force to go down this path. And then you kind of learn the lesson,

like, Oh, maybe I shouldn't be scared of resistance. I shouldn't shouldn't be scared of like the work because you have to work through the resistance, right? It's like even really happy things in life, right? Like even getting married, it's like there's going to be shit that like you don't want to have to do, right? Or like there's processes. And it's like, wow, this is going to take a long time. You have to be willing to lean into that to get to the other side. This is where having a community is so important. Like a relationship is technically a community. It's a community of two. And you can have communities of 10. You can have communities of 30. But like, Lauren and I have conversations all the time where it's like, man, like I don't want to do this right now. It's okay to vocalize that. Like, yeah, I'm just tired. And for the next 10 minutes, I really don't want to address that problem. Or I know I need to have this conversation with this person, but like I've had seven hard conversations this week. I really don't want to have an eighth, you know, it's okay to vocalize that. But I don't share that with just anybody.

I share that with someone who's going to raise me up so I can have the hard conversation. So I can do the hard thing. We're okay to share the resistance. We're okay to share the burden. This is exactly why communities exist. Because if we don't have intimate like groups of people that we can rely upon, it is going to be difficult for us to overcome this, right? If you want to go fast, go alone, but you're not going to go far because in order to go far, you've got to go together. You have to have multiple people to help not just carry you through this thing, but to support you when you can't carry yourself. That's the whole reason. Well, also, you almost like normalize the resistance because when you're trying to do something by yourself and you're like, you know, hitting the friction, hitting the friction, like trying, quote unquote, failing, it's not working. It's like you blame yourself and you think like other people have it easier than you. Then you're part of a community. And everybody else is like, we're going through the same thing.

Like it isn't the most easiest things, but like we're rising at the top together. And then it's like moving to resistance isn't like mud or like something that's like so hard to like work through, it becomes a lot easier. Like you can literally transform resistance. Resistance can become so much more easier when you actually recognize that other people are also shitting their pants, feeling scared. They're also having to put in the work. And it's like, okay, it's not just me. For some reason, we always think like it's just me. Other people have it easier. I have to put in the work. Other people get there faster, but it's going to take so long for me until you're actually, you know, in the community of people who are actually like wanting to put in the work, you know, wanting to actually show up. And then you want to show up, like you want to put in the work. And you stop fearing the resistance and you almost like look for it because it's like, well, if I'm not,

if I'm not experiencing resistance, I'm not expanding myself. If I don't have resistance, maybe I'm not challenging myself. And that's when you lack joy. That's when you just feel like you're living an auto pilot. So it's interesting you talk about like wanting to search for the resistance. The more an alignment you become with your life, the easier it is for you to tell when your life is out just a little bit. Yeah. And this is where it feels like it happens more frequently because the more dialed in you are, you notice when you shift off, you notice when things start to change. And she's right in which you have to start hunting for it because I'm always looking for things that I'm out of alignment with or things that I feel a high level of friction between. Because again, I'm here to cut those things away. I'm here to bring those things down. And, you know, resistance like, and I mean, it's a physics law. I'm not going to bore you guys with science. We're not going to go sciencey. But like, resistance diminishes the more you move,

the greater the level of momentum. And momentum is a is an amount of moments. That's what it is. In the moment, you have to choose and decide to continue. And that's how you beat resistance. And guess what? It's not just with relationship of food. It's not just with business. It's not just with relationships. It's with the tiniest things. Great example. Walk up today, went to go the gym. My knees were sore. My knees have been sore for running forever. And I tell this to all the time, my knees are freaking sore. I don't want to go because I have to do leg did today. And I saw it. And I was like, I don't want to go and told her, I don't want to go. And I got up and I went anyways. That was a moment. And when I was putting on my socks and I felt the need, the moment could have been, nah, not going to do it. Just going to put my legs back into the bed and let it sit. But I always, because I have now made it a habit to choose the resistance, to choose the upfront thing, those moments become simpler for me. I still feel the resistance.

I just go, my knees are sore. And then she's like, yep, she doesn't even like, oh, you should go. She just goes, yep. And I go, and then I put on my socks and I go anyways. It's like, expect it. You know, like when my alarm went off this morning at like 5 a.m., I wasn't like, I am so excited to go in the cold basement, downstairs, and trying to not wake up Thomas. Like, there could be so many things like I could have been like, you know, um, dominant still still sleeping. Like, let me go back into bed. It's too cold downstairs. Like, my parents are saying, I don't want to wake them up. Like, that could be so much mental noise that you're feeding into, or you can just feel like 3, 2, 1, less freaking go and you work through the resistance because that's really the difference between people who are successful and people who are not successful. The successful people feel the resistance and they're like, what would most people not do? I'm going to do what most people don't do so that I can have the results that most

people don't have. That's kind of the way my mind works. I'm like, who else would be doing this, right? Other people would be like, oh, it's too cold or this or that or that. And that's fine, but it's like, I don't want to be that person, right? And so, you want to be that, you know, 1% or are people who are striving to become the greatest version of themselves. It's like, be willing to do what most people aren't willing to do to have the results and most people aren't willing to have. That's also why too. Like, Lorna and I do think so different. Like, we do things different, like in the way that we work with our clients, in the way that we run our events. Like, we don't do 400, 500 people in a room where we don't know who you are. We want that intimacy because that's what's in alignment for us. We don't do this like, it's all about brain names or status symbols because again, that's not who we are. We're not in alignment with that. For us like, we love our house and we love the things that we have, but we don't ever like idolize any of the shit that we have around us. We are family people. We are spiritual people.

That's just what is in alignment with us. And because we operate different, we get a lot of different results than most people get who try to force this. You know, we have, they're not friends. The more like acquaintances, people that are in our circles, whether it's circles of business, circles of other communities that we're in, where it's like successful business owners, not happy with their success. People who have kids and their kids are transitioning and now they're like, who are we? Like, we feel like we're strangers. You know, all of these things exist. And it's like, well, wait a second. You leaned into everything that you were trying to go towards thinking this was it. And it wasn't it for you. And this is where the disconnect is. We know where we're operating out of alignment. We know when there's things that we want to do. We know where there's jobs. We we want to do where there's like opportunities or events that we want to go to. We know where there's things that we want to sign up for. We also know there's

things we don't want to do. Like, I don't want to touch that with a 10 foot pole. And being aware of those things then means that now you have the ability to move on it. Yeah. And this is where when you don't move on this stuff. And I'll say this point for a passer over you. Like, it's easy. I hear a lot of people blaming its their habits. Like, I have a habit of making these choices. I have a habit of not trusting my intuition. Yeah. Are you for real? It's not your habit. It's not your habit. Because once you know that a habit exists, it's a choice. Yeah. You're choosing it. There's no habit anymore. The habit was unconscious. Now that you know it's conscious. It's not a habit anymore. Yeah. And, you know, the biggest thing I would say is like you just have to have a decision point. Like, you just have to make a decision. Because humming and hawing about like, should I make this move? Should I not make this mood? Again, it's like taking so much mental energy away from you. Like, I have somebody who's coming to the untappled

bad ass event. And she literally got her ticket. And last year she saw the videos that went out. And immediately she was like, I regretted it. Like this year when she's coming and we did an interview and you're going to hear it's coming out soon. And she's like, I regretted not going. And I convinced myself like, I have work. It's busy season at work. Like, I like, what if I, you know, I'm not able to take time off. And she called herself out. She's like, you know, I was just making excuses as to why I couldn't go. And you know, this year I just decided I am going no matter what. And like, that frees up so much space in your mind. There's there's less resistance. There's less like, like, force. It's just like, you just feel like you can like flow through life. When you feel a feeling and you act on it, it collapses the amount of time that you're spending on shit that like, like, doesn't really matter. Like, you know, you could just make a decision and then

you're not thinking about it. This is where the saying, like, go with the flow. Yeah. It's referring to water. You know, you're floating down the river of life. And you can go with the stream. And there's still going to be rocks. There's still the current. There's still all of the things still exist. The differences are you going against or with the water going with the water is way easier. Yeah. And sometimes it's lazy river where you're like, oh, this is nice. Sometimes it's like, oh, we're moving fast. And it's like, you're being battered everywhere. But the difference is you're moving with the water. Yeah. You know, there are some people who try to opt out of life. And they're like, well, let me just hang by the shore. Okay, cool. But you're not moving. Yeah. And guess what? Life's passing you. It's passing you by all the time. And then there's people who try to fight the current. Good luck. Yeah. I wish you the best of luck. It has never worked out for anyone I've ever met. Yeah. And it's hard. And like, as a person who, I mean, you know, there's, I used to be all obsessed with control. Any controllables that I could control,

financially, structure, systems, habits, do it all. You know, try to, if I do more, maybe I can outsmart life makes no sense. And it never works. So I just stopped doing that. I didn't even give up. I just realized at some point after fighting the current, you just got to turn around. And then you're like, oh, wow, this is actually kind of like, this is a lot easier for me to just go with the flow and trust that it all heads to the ocean. Yeah. And there can support you with going with the flow. Like Andrew talked about the lazy river. You can grab one of those like little two things and you can literally not do much, but you're still moving a K A. You can be in a room full of other bad asses who are like minded, who are on the same path as, as growth as you are. And you can become that person as well too. We have a lazy river at the unstoppable bass. How many of you guys want a lazy river? We're going to get some floaties. Is there a pool in

that? Is there all? I can't give it all the way. Yeah, that's true. We can't give it all away. We'll have to do a lazy river. That'd be so funny. Just start like a like in that pool, just like create a circle or something. Got a kind of a world pool. You're like, welcome to resistance, baby. Or like, you know, one of those pools that you just like stay in one spot and like, you have to like swim. Oh, the, yeah, like the lot. Yeah, I know. No, but like, there are certain things that can help you go with the floor flow more because I used to be like, I can't go with the flow. I need a plan sheet. I need to know exactly who, what, where, when, why, how? I need to know all the little nitty-gritty details. And that just leaves you a friggin' stressful. And then there's like so much more friction because you're literally creating the friction, right? When you aren't willing to surrender, you create more friction. When you, like, and surrendering is more like, things are probably not going to go as planned, but no

matter what, I'm going to be okay. Why? Because you've got the little floaty thing, right? You're not going to, you're not going to drown. You've got a life jacket on, right? You've got a life jacket on. That's going to support you. You've got the little floaty thing to help you come up, right? Maybe you're wearing, like, things on your feet so that they don't hit the rocks. Like, there's certain things in place that you can have that will support you being able to more smoothly go with the flow. And, like, we do that in our lives. Yeah. And this is where, like, the tools and the systems and mentors and, like, this is where the practical meets the stuff that you're doing in your life. This is why, like, mentorship was created and, like, people give you tools and resources to navigate through things. Yeah. Because you still have to have, like, a level of preparedness, you know? And it's one of the, like, I was having a conversation with actually my client that came to the... Oh, yeah. ...that I said that last year. Yeah. And we were talking about, like, how to, like, what did she need to be able to prepare for the event and, you know, what it was going to be,

like, afterwards. And it's like, the goal for the event and need and the experience the first time was to be able to start the conversation and give the tools and the energy change, to give you that momentum to continue the journey. Like, put on the floaty. Here's how you use the wrap. Here's how you do this stuff. So you can do it. You still have to go and do it. Yeah. But knowing that stuff is way better. Because when you're halfway through and you go, Oh, shit, I packed a life jacket and you put it on, you go, Oh, cool. This is nice. Yeah. It's one less thing. Yeah. Like, if you've ever, you know, I'm sure a lot of your clients go and refer back to their binge eating tools and they're like, Hey, here's, you know, something I do with my relationship with food and these tools that you've taught them are all the go-tos that you pull out. You don't always have the tools on you or with you or you're not using everything in the boat, but you get the pull out the stuff as you need. Yeah. And that's why it's there. That's why you put it there in the first place. Yeah. Yeah. So things to just contemplate, like, you know, where, where does

their feel like there's friction in your life? You know, are you saying that you have no joy in your life? Or is it like, I'm just not in alignment, right? So kind of some things to contemplate as well to, um, be any fun. Yeah. No, I think we freaking nailed nailed alignment. We've been crushing tea and teaching. So by the way, give a shout out for tea and teachings. If you love it, like, drop it in the comments, boom, tea and teachings is fire, whether you're watching the recording or you're with us live, we love all of it. And I mean, I hope you guys can see like, we're not, I just love talking about this stuff. And this is just, we talk about this stuff anyways. So this is the best way. There was a little bit of resistance doing this because right now my parents are literally downstairs watching Dominus and they're an hour and a half away and it's eight o'clock when we're going to finish and they're going to drive home. And for like, we're going to make this work. Like, sometimes it is a little bit uncomfortable and you have to like, be willing to like lean into like, kamey, this isn't the most convenient or like, you know,

maybe, you know, we got to switch a few things around, but like, that doesn't mean like, don't go after your goals. Yeah, make it work. Like, it's not convenient. Figure, you know, like, figure it out. You know, again, it's, that, it's not friction. We weren't like, oh, like, guess we're not going to do it. Guess we're just going to cancel. It's like, find a way to make shit work, you know, like get resourceful. Um, find a way. I love that phrase. Like, just like, find a way. Like, I'm going to make it work, you know, so anyways, the untapple about us event you guys is coming up May 30th and 31st, um, with a meet and greet the night before. And Andrew, Andrew's going to be around other bad asses who are so committed to becoming the greatest version of themselves. It would be all the things that we've been talking about in terms of tea and teachings. We're going to be diving so much deeper at the event where you're actually going to get like,

real time coaching with us. This is not about like, again, uh, uh, 500 person conference where you're just learning information and you're writing in a journal, like, you're actually going to implement things in real time. I'm not going to be able to, um, share with the other ladies, die deeper. You know, so many people kind, they're like, I just can't see like, I can't wait to like find out like, who I really am and like, dissect things and go deeper. Like, you can't go super deep behind a freaking zoom screen. Like getting the room with us, you're going to be in a safe space where you can really like, dissect like, let's, let's, let's, let's work through this together. If you're like, but I don't know where I'm locking alignment, we can literally tell you in like five seconds, like, tell us like, once sentence and we can be like, boom, you know, right here, here are the shifts to make. And this is why transformation happens so much faster in person because we can just like feel it. Yeah. 100%. So thanks. Got so much. Oh, Aaron said as well. Love T and T tunes. You guys are amazing together and you feed off each other. Yes, it is very

inspirational. She's my inspiration. Ah, feed off each other. I love it. Oh, on that fun stuff, ladies and gents. Thank you so much for watching another episode. Stay tuned for next week. Of course, with our new episode and we'll be sending out reminders, but that is all and you guys enjoy the rest of your lovely evening. Take care. We'll catch
