welcome to meat eater trivia the only game show where conservation always wins i'm your host
Spencer new hearth and today we're joined by Janice Randall Brody Laura Nate and Marge this is
a 10 round quiz show with questions from meat eater for verticals which are hunting fishing conservation
and cooking there's a prize meat eater will donate 500 dollars to the conservation organization of
the winners choosing for our last set of the week we looked at performance in the hunting category
over the last year as a reminder Janice led the group by getting 80% of hunting questions correct
this week we're looking at fishing here are the top five can we guess first yeah go for
Brody Brody number one number one is Brody Henderson he gets 72% of questions
Steve in this because he plays so infrequently he's there he's there okay so I'm gonna go
fishing yeah I'll give it to Steve number two uh Steve is tied for number three
I go set number five is Janice at 65% Steve and Tony Peterson at 67% Randall at 68%
and then Brody at 72% he's not in the top five for fishing questions he's really good at
fishing which is generally like comparatively to other categories is good at fishing but overall
he's probably lower than thank you good job Randall now amazingly Brody 72% is what you also do at
hunting so 72% and the hunting questions and 72% for the fishing you know what is Brody's worst
category well we'll find out we'll do conservation next week and cooking the week after that
I think conservation is the hardest category but I bet you I bet you for me it's cooking
Randall disagrees yeah no yeah for everybody besides the historian of conservation yes it's
the hardest category I think conservation what would be easy for me and ever recognize some areas
I have weaknesses we always complain about fishing for me in your number two number two but you're
still beating me so why would I stop complaining I think conservation could be the hardest for some
people I think it's the biggest though and I think it's the easiest for others if you are a spouse
who's held hostage listening to this show I appreciate that you were here and you you're giving us
your time but also I bet their strongest category would be cooking or conservation because it's so
far beyond just the cord hook and bullet speaking I don't know I just think you're making gender-based
assumptions speaking of spousa spacer you're doing a spouse's episode are you we are in April we
are going to have our next installment do you get my gal no she declined the invite then mine she
was the only one she accepted yes yeah good girl yeah we have to we have to defend our championship
Ed Boe did not get the invite but we got to figure out how to include Ed Boe and so you said
you said Ed Boe is fun yeah we we okay interest the Williams Household is still reigning
champs in one realm of trivia I saw Ed Boe in the parking lot the other day and I was
pounding on my window to get his attention it didn't work oh didn't get to wave to Ed Boe
all right we have an IFAQ today Charlie Mcdonald says I know you have regulars that send in a lot
of listener submitted questions but do they make up the majority of submissions do you have a lot
of people that are one-hit wonders and send in one question ever or isn't mostly repeat customers
I don't have a a great scientific way to answer this Charlie we do have Lee Lyndon Titus who are the
the meat eater trivia question goats that send me all kinds of questions but if I'm looking at
today's script I have four listener questions this week one was sent by a listener who has sent me
14 emails and they have been featured on the show on the show before the other three questions
that I picked are all first-time emailers I have not sent me a question before or after that
including our listener question of the week today was one by someone who's only ever sent me
one email so one-hit wonders make up a lot of what we have here Charlie all right we also have
some housekeeping to get to on a previous episode of trivia Brody asked about the pantry staple
that fly anglers use to keep their rod guides from icing up margin Laura you guys weren't here
that day but you're fly anglers do you know what that answer would be well I use chapstick or
chapstick but but cooking handry stable pantry stable or cooking oil okay good answer Laura
the answer the correct answer was Pam but there was some arguing afterwards Yannis said
Chris go and I said olive oil and neither one of us got it right well a few listeners wrote in
to come to our defense Chris go does make spraying cooking oil and Pam does make spraying olive oil
Phil has pictures of them on the screen there both of these products right behind you Brody if you
I'm not arguing that they don't make that okay I'm arguing that you use Pam it would be like saying
Kleenex makes something yeah it's like not that's not that's not the like
have you worked in a fly shop okay no I have so someone walks into fly shop and they're like man
my the guides on my rod we're icing up today and you're like hey you know it can use for that
is go to the grocery store and get some Pam Pam but Pam makes look at that Brody spray
yeah but when you talk about Pam answer when you when you talk about Coca-Cola makes a lot of
things when you say Coke you picturing a red can hmm likewise the same thing with Crisco when you
say Crisco someone says give me some Crisco you pictured the tub of Crisco you don't do you want
the spray on Crisco they make all kinds of things right but you give me a coke what do you want
for a sprite pretty pretty please Brody can me and Yani have a point that's true that's true
but I thought it was important to you take the points we got but then you got to give Cory a point
okay yeah of course Cory can join us Cory said oil and now the question is meaningless yeah
give it really matters yeah so just some hydrophobic substance it didn't change the outcome right
let's just go I don't think it did who somebody won outright that Randall Randall yeah I think
every time I remember correct I was not right did you get Pam yeah there you go I was not
where I went behind you because I mean I may have because he got the question right because like I
just I mean I feel like if you picked up a field and stream in the 90s and they'd be like how to
keep your right like it would be in like the tips and tricks section it would just say Pam
and I have the picture of Pam's Ray ball yeah all of all it all get's it yeah all right it shall be
indexed for today some of us don't live in law law is a five so I'm putting us on perfect game alert
and with that we're on to the round of trivia play the drop fill look I need to know what I stand
to win everything how's that just tend to win everything
game on suckers question on the topic is fishing and as always this will be multiple choice
10 of the last 11 bass master classics have been held in this model oh body March
May July or September 10 of the last 11 bass master classics have been held in this month
March May July September
do you know Laura I don't but I have an opinion I guess okay I feel good about
is it a spring summer or fall I don't know bass master 10 of the last 11 bass master classics
have been held in this month your four choices March May July September Brody do you have this one
right oh I don't know I don't know you know not I don't I don't really follow the the bass
tour stuff at all Randall do you have this one no I don't I don't just 25% chance based on
what I know of this which is very little and then also you know professional sports the series
just get longer in the season get longer and longer over time so I don't know 10 of the last
class she did not have been held in this month March May July September it's everybody ready
go ahead and reveal your answers the honest says September Nate says September Randall says July
March July Laura May Brody May the correct answer is March don't know I got that one I thought
that might have been it but I haven't heard Seth talking about it I thought they just started
the bass master classic was a fall event from 1971 to 1983 summer event from 1984 to 2006 and a
late winter event ever since besides a covid year the March bass master classic kicks off tournament
season similar to the masters in golf or the Daytona 500 in NASCAR this year's tournament is
happening right now on the Tennessee River it will conclude on Sunday March 15 way in is
happening as we speak but bass master is predicting that Eastern Father Guild will end day one with a
one pound lead over the rest of the field you know it makes sense that wouldn't be made because then
those dudes would just be ripping big crushes off beds I think they'd be big and fat and that's
why I didn't choose me winter tournament is a good test I knew it was happening now because Seth
posted about it this morning but I okay I was thinking what was your answer I was thinking about it
as like a series hmm I wasn't thinking about it as a three day event I was thinking about it as this
like the like the one I I miss red is like the last as like this the season finale I just in
hindsight it's really stupid there's that favorite angler is another Seth isn't it Seth
fried or who I think I think he likes a half cigarette so he loves smoking six yeah that guy I
think I think there's six the anglers in the field he's in like 58 I think Seth likes Brandon what's
Brandon Paulinick Brandon I think was 46 last I checked so someone is standing on a stage right
now holding too large yes that was watching that this morning with his infant child and posted
about it good start to that kids life question to the topic is hunting this next great question
is via Brandon peachy this game call company was created after its founder saw predator hunters
using a boom box to call in foxes we will have no perfect game today with every player getting
question one wrong Brody and Nate look like they have question to write this game call company
was created after its founder saw predator hunters using a boom box to call in foxes
y'all need do you have this one right I believe so Brody I think so I hope so Randall's still
thinking over there oh I know if they make coyote hunting a lot more fun hmm this question
to this game call company was created after its founder saw predator hunters using a boom box
call in foxes you know not Seth has his super young child we could test this thing that we keep
talking about how what you wonder if a screaming young and would bring in predators because when
you hear him go it sounds just like a predator call yeah I don't miss that noise
oh this game call company was created after its founder saw predator hunters using a boom box to
call in foxes I would like to see that scene I'd like to see somebody out there with the boom box
not what they're too too old talking about holding up a baby yeah like simple style that'll
be the test boom box versus baby yeah is everybody ready go ahead and reveal your answers
Yannis and Nate say fox pro Randall says fox marge drew us a nice boom box that's that's
very good Lord without an answer Brody says fox pro the correct answer is fox pro
does Steve have one of these yep I've definitely filmed this and just paid no attention to
fox pro was created in Pennsylvania in 1995 the founder watched his sons go fox hunting with a
boom box that played distressed animal calls from a from cassette tapes and determined he could
make a product for that thus fox pro was born they debuted the fx3 collar in 2005 which caused
their sales to explode and changed the digital game call market forever question three the topic is
wildlife this seven letter shark is the world's second largest fish
this seven letter shark is the world's second largest fish Brody already has his answer
Randall started to write something but he's still thinking was it not a seven letter word
that's correct okay this seven letter shark is the world's second largest fish I was buried in
the sharks when I said no kid okay very very much advantage Brody Marge do you have this one okay
shaking your head yes seven letter shark is the world's second largest fish easy easy I like that
I agree Marge pretty easy not for the table no Yannis Nate and Randall struggling
oh this seven letter shark is the world's second largest fish well they're not going to get let's
just turn them over no no seven letter word Randall in danger of starting over three today I
can only think of five six or ten letter words hmm maybe you're spelling them wrong yeah just spell
it wrong yeah plural Yannis do you have an answer I do is it right I don't know okay seven letter shark
but I think I maybe saw a picture of said fish in this book oh oh earlier but I didn't stop
to read the caption Yannis looking at Kimmy Werner's cookbook in front of him and maybe he saw
this picture of her swimming wow with this shark I see all right that's enough
squirrel second largest fish that didn't help you Randall this book just came out it's not like Randall
hasn't already read it I mean like he where I know Brody we're just having fun here I want to win big
Randall do you give up yeah I don't know do you give up go ahead and reveal your answer
leopard Nate says waley Randall without an answer marge says basking Laura without an answer Brody
says basking the correct answer is basking shark nice and they congregate off great Britain oh
the basking shark can reach up to 40 feet long in five tons making it second only to the whale shark
they are slow moving filter feeders who like to be near the surface which makes it appear as though
they are basking in the sun they are listed as an endangered species on the IUCN Red List due to
the overfishing for the value of their fins question for the top is conservation this 1849
event caused a mass migration to the Sierra Nevada's and led to widespread persecution of the
region's grizzly bears this is question four conservation questions for our non-hooking bullet
listeners this 1849 event caused a mass migration to the Sierra Nevada's and led to widespread
persecution of the region's grizzly bears Brody Randall Nate Yani all have their answers
easy I mean easy Nate has declared uh oh Randall oh big history guys let's see what let's see what you say
Margaret's drawing another Randall Randall's face is to argue getting ready to nitpickle he knows too much
about history that's his problem like could that could create an issue Laura do you have this one right
no okay Marge you have this one right I want to say I want to say I get I could get this bring
the controversy please I think it's good this 1849 event caused a mass migration to the Sierra Nevada's
and led to widespread persecution of the regions grizzly bears let me ask you a question Spencer
I might be wrong what year did sutter's mill happen I'm not going to answer that all right go ahead
and reveal your answers Yana says the gold rush Nate gold rush Randall gold rush Marge you gotta be
more specific the california gold rush Laura says the treaty you gotta look it out brody says california gold rush
they don't like gold rushes what you think going to a last goes good rush and that is
stop talking while I make a point in what Randall's referring to this is the 1849 event caused a
mass migration this 1849 event was a mass migration the cause happened in 1848 you're right
the discovery of gold at sutter's mill so this is just insane well 1849 I'll read that's when the
the mass migration peaked right but the peak happened it didn't the causal event is not an 1849
keep going Randall terrible question but keep going Randall the event could also be other people
migrating there I bet a lot of people were not aware that sutter's mill had gold discovered they
were just aware that people were flocking there about 300,000 people flooded into california during
the five year gold rush these prospectors were known as 49ers named after the year that the migration
peaked humans quickly started clearing out california grizzlies via hunting poisoning and habitat loss
within 75 years all 10,000 of the states grizzlies were killed california's valley center history museum
says that the gold rush quote rang the death knell for the bear see you could have had an
interesting question you got it right I know but everybody else got it right because it's too easy
Laura didn't get it right did you know that uh they're trying to bring a back
and california as well having the also determined that the california grizzly was its own thing
so like they won't actually they're trying there's right they're making the push
bridge back and here's question five the topic is gear this next great this next great question is
via Tim Allen oh man I hated that show me too Matthews vortex flambo the loose trading company rage
mercury cuttyback and henry are all headquartered in this state here's the list again
Matthews vortex flambo the loose trading company rage mercury cuttyback and henry are all headquartered
in this state oh brody's having a thing that's good well it's a thing where that's giving me a thing
we need we need uh brody to drop one yeah a little red herring in there maybe
maybe we should just look ahead to the next five questions and make sure they're worded
correctly Matthews vortex flambo the loose trading company rage mercury cuttyback and henry
are all headquartered in this state
brody do you have this one right i don't think i don't know i think it's uh 50 50
Nate you have this one right yeah i feel pretty good about okay
marge like Matthews guy maybe Laura maybe go ahead and reveal your answers
yeah i scratched it out
Nate says Wisconsin Randall says Wisconsin
Barnville March says Minnesota Laura says Minnesota Brody says Minnesota he crossed out
Wisconsin the correct answer is Wisconsin Barnville vortex shout out Matthews
Asparta according to the state's business directory there are more than 1300 outdoor brands
in Wisconsin it's no surprise as the state has a $12 billion outdoor wreck industry that supports
over 100,000 employees about 3% of employed Wisconsinites work in the outdoor industry do the
people at the loose trading company know they're in the wrong state i don't know that's uh that is
tough one Nate even said maybe it's a red herring uh it seemed like too much information still got them
but it didn't no i ignored what i knew and we're half awesome good point for you by the way
Phil please give us a scoreboard update i hear it half time we have Laura in last place
right zero points or right back in it Randall and anybody's game you have two points a piece and
all tied up in first our yannis Nate and Brody with three points what's the other question i missed

blank salt which is often sprinkled on steak is defined as quote a flaky salt added to
dishes just before serving to provide a crunchy texture and final burst of flavor
blank salt which is often sprinkled on steak is defined as a flaky salt added to dishes just
before serving to provide a crunchy texture and final burst of flavor is this a brand hard one
not giving you any hints Laura immediately locked in her answer you have this one right Laura
I know we're thinking the exact same thing March it's a Pam Laura show me what real sneaky like show me
what you put that was very not what I got uh-oh okay blank salt which is often sprinkled on steak
is defined as a flaky salt added to dishes just before serving to provide a crunchy texture
and final burst of flavor okay so there could be Brody and Lord I think they're synonymous
maybe disagree maybe not maybe do you have this one right I think so okay Yani do you have this one
right okay I don't think so what I have oh interesting okay so she's twice as smart as we are
we're gonna have to get a jury in here to figure out who gets this right then this is not like
Spencer Randall hmm Nate do you have this one I can I don't think so okay here it is one more time
blank salt which is often sprinkled on steak is defined as a flaky salt added to dishes just before
serving provide a crunchy texture and final burst of flavor just just in the kitchen just to clarify
Spencer would you accept a brand name I think I think come on I don't think that's a total hint
no I don't think it's a great thank you I don't think it's a hint and I think if you if you have
a brand that makes this we will give it till stay in your lane back there I'm gonna have to Google
though Nate oh Nate does not have it that might have been there go ahead and reveal your answers
Yani says come show Nate says finishing Randall says does that
butchers Marge says finishing Laura says Maldon finishing salt Brody says finishing the correct
answer is finishing salt or flake salt butchering salt we will see if that comes up with anything
um no it's about the ball don't care about salt yeah butchering salt I wasn't fighting for it
is that what they put on cookies like real nice fancy cookies they had finishing salt we will
give it to them and if you said Maldon Maldon and then I have Maldon will give that to you as well
which is a brand name I believe yeah but they said the guy who's finishing salt said the guy
started the game talking about Pam you know there's many kinds of Pam finishing finishing or
flake salt as the name implies finishing salt is only used right before you're ready to eat
it's most commonly sprinkled on meats and seafood but is also used on veggies salads eggs and
desserts these large irregular salt crystals take longer to dissolve in your mouth which adds a
unique texture and depth of flavor man you see those big flakey ones on chocolate chip cookie you know
you're in for it yeah we'll salt with a little sweet finish it's on caramel too question seven the
topic is conservation Eddie Murphy vows to save a forest from logging and development in the sequel
to this 1998 movie staying my way and good at it Eddie Murphy vows to save a forest from logging
and development in the sequel to this 1998 movie again the conservation category Randall is
reaching far beyond hunters and anglers yeah I know he doesn't like it I don't care yeah this one
right Randall I think so okay yeah I need you have this one it's it's an Eddie Murphy film I have no
idea the same Eddie Murphy vows to save a forest from logging and development in the sequel to this
1998 movie I don't even know if this is a movie let alone okay I'm looking forward to that answer yeah
I just yeah I don't know watch out on this and we're on question seven I really got to get
hold up hold up we're holding up Nate is it meet the clumps yeah that's the sequel right
well yeah what was the name of that I was that movie I was bringing up I got a real kick out of
that movie where he played all of the characters at the dinner table yeah the nutty professor in
the sequel meet the clumps yeah I got a real kick it I gotta say Beverly Hills cop 4 was very
underwhelming though how do you guys know none of these were this movie well that's what I have
you might you might have thrown yeah okay turns out it is a movie you just gave Nate I don't care
out there I don't even want to be here anymore Eddie Murphy that was to save a forest from logging
and development in the sequel to this 1998 movie Laura can you come up with an Eddie Murphy movie
for us I got I could see that that would be a very probably yeah dockie saves the swamp yeah
is everybody ready yeah go ahead and reveal your answers yonnie says doctor do little Nate says
Beverly Hills cop Randall says doctor do little large says welcome to America and Laura without
an answer Brody says doctor do little the correct answer is doctor do little there you go 2001's doctor
do little two follows doctor John do little as he attempts to save habitat where the fictional
Pacific Western bear lives he succeeds by convincing bears wolves beavers and birds to fight back
against the logging company the movie has a 41% rating on rotten tomatoes saying quote it's preoccupation
with toilet humor and Murphy's restrained performance makes this a missed opportunity I like
Marge's answer best though if we could have a sequel to welcome to America they're coming to
America coming to America where they fight to save the forest and they did just do a sequel they did
they should have found the forest for the Pacific Western bear though I was gonna say toilet
humor and the strain performance could probably encapsulate all of my recent trivia appearances so
that's why they can't meet you to radio is it Sherman tea clump fill is this yours you're barking
up the wrong tree no you have the computers yeah use the computers does the other computer and we're
looking at a movie poster for doctor do little two sometimes there's like a little itch in my brain
and I want to dig in there and see if what I remember is actually in there I think they're now on
to like three four and five that have been you know direct to DVD it is Sherman clump you are right
is it tea oh she's the middle name that I'm curious about here's question eight the topic is
biology this next great question is via Andrew rudder this eight letter word is defined as quote
the science of naming describing and classifying organisms based on shared characteristics
randall already has his answer brody no question brody's locked in his answer whiteboard is down
this eight letter word is defined as I didn't even know it was eight letter the science of naming
describing and classifying organisms based on shared characteristics
randall the only confident one out brody is now reassessed in the first they're not giving me a
middle initial randall in any of the articles I'm finding they they do have the middle initial for
the Jerry Lewis version is that's Julius F kelp the nutty professor um randall's now on his phone
attempting to solve this mystery came to me nice what the middle initials no I'm trying to send the
the Facebook marketplace listing that I mentioned earlier to
multi-times is he guy this is cool he's really I don't want this very cool I don't want this
deal to get away a lot of beautiful pictures dude seriously I don't even know she was doing this
Laura do you not have what brody has okay this is the only person in our whole organization that
my wife cares about hmm including me oh you said what yeah what about chip oh

crap on something well that's that's part of the course yeah um no ever since cam became pregnant uh
he's been acting real needy I think he senses his movement down the totem pole dang and so he's
trying to I don't know what he's trying to do is your what your wife's pregnant yeah man oh congrats
I didn't know September 15th and I know dude well we have to have a report some time with me
dear here and update everyone on the office pregnancies there's so many babies a lot of babies it
is thick around here it's something more this eight letter word is defined as the science of
naming describing and classifying organisms based on shared characteristics is everybody ready
go ahead and reveal your answers Yani and Nate and Randall and Marge say taxonomy uh Laura without
an answer Brody says taxonomy the correct answer is taxonomy the practice of taxonomy dates back
to the 1700s when Swedish biologist Carl van Lene started learning animals Leneas is it Leneas
Leneas Carl van Lene and taxonomy thank you started grooving animals he is known as the father
of modern taxonomy uh he is actually the person who created the name homo sapien which is Latin
for wise man there'd be a great job man I'll be so cool stuff what's the what's the tax
part of taxonomy and taxidermy is that like animals I don't know Latin classifying classifying
did you see in Australia two animals they thought were extinct they re-discovered and then they gave
them a new like name I saw this March I pitched it for our news podcast and Steve said Steve
those dumb why Steve said yeah this is why I'm not invited he says his reasoning was
about Lazarus species show up all the time Lazarus species there we go what species brother uh
two different it was a pygmy what was it a pygmy um were they both like some sort of ringtail
something yeah that's cool yeah well I'm not cool enough to cover here on this pod
I don't know but there's me ringtail what are they I'll get you a little more suit yeah I'll fill
with this scoreboard update because we have two questions I think you know what is a sugar liquor
it's like a squirrel sugar liquor yeah what a great name do you know what I'm talking about the
flying squirrels it's like a sugar baby calling it it was a pygmy long fingered possum in a ring
tailed glide those are the sugar gliders that's what I'm going to start calling on the board with one point
yes feel Maggie and Randall are tied up with four yannis and Nate have five and he pulled ahead
uh you want one you stand in his lane it's Brody Henderson with six points I feel I didn't like that
when I said that you know as the scorekeeper in a part time arbiter of disagreements I feel like
it is exactly my lane that's that's all that's all I'm getting that well and fills the subject matter
expert we come to finishing salt like you gave a clue like let's be clear okay Randall literally
started naming Eddie Murphy movies and no one games but not the right one gives you question I never
gave away the answer the topic is hunting according to academy sports revolvers quote most commonly
hold this many rounds um according to academy sports revolvers most commonly hold this many rounds
hmm no Randall just I don't know can't wait to hear what he's got to say yeah I'm going to if you
argue Randall I'm going to absolutely body you with the flavor test good luck what would be body
would be interesting to me if it was like of the rimfire revolvers stocked academy sports because
they're not have to think about oh yeah okay according to academy sports revolvers most commonly
hold this many rounds man you're so smart I think there's going to be people in their trucks
like driving down the road you know did he really just ask that oh wow the show has become too
pedestrian Randall yeah honest do you think this is a good question sorry yes yes I spent too
much time around Steve lately I just I'd like to read Randall is currently in fourth play oh
Randall's tied with me I've never been tied to Randall you know those marks they give out
planes yeah he needs like a new one I know I don't know Randall saying it's too easy March how does
that make you feel I have no idea okay it's everybody has a trick question I got a slang term
that refers to type of gun by the number of rounds of your answers we have Yani and Nate and
Randall saying six March says five Laura and Brody say six the correct answer is six if I'd
had that six shooter revolvers hold five to nine rounds with six being the most popular which is
why they're often referred to as six shooters gunbroker dot com has 56,000 revolvers for sale
that hold six bullets that's followed by 36,000 listings for five shooters 5,000 listings for eight
shooters 4,000 listings for seven shooters and 1,000 listings for nine shooters that's interesting
thank you all right here's a correct answer review so far one was March is when the bass master
classic is two is Fox pro three basking shark four the gold rush five Wisconsin six finishing salt
seven doctor do little eight taxonomy nine with six rounds fill give us one more scoreboard update
four question ten we've got Brody in first place was seven and right behind him are Yani's and
Nate with six hey Maggie scoreboard you know you're my favorite person in the room
as he looks at Spencer I don't think she knew that question ten is wild this is our listener
question of the week which was one by Aaron grind for sending this great question Aaron is going

invented the sting pain index and six shooter is where we should be aiming sure you know we're
about two thousand questions into this show so not every one of them can be perfect speaking of this
is the the double yellow in the middle keeps you from going head on into traffic yeah and then the
other one is the white on the outside I love the lame metaphors they're continuing like sting pain
index is named after the antimologist who created it in 1983 does everybody give up no give us all
all right speaking of doing your job I got my next time questions okay Nate Nate is ready
can we get that entimologist first name um keep on saying we're going to do that
well everyone stops so it would make it more interesting Brody are you in fact stumped

I don't tell you the first name and it's not gonna be helpful let's do it and see maybe we
come up with an overcame first name Justin all right did that did that did your last name now fit a
Justin Justin no it does not Brody give up yeah go ahead no one has an answer no I'm writing
something down I have a great answer okay Randall says take you a spike to KO was he was he
linebacker for the buffalo bills well before that he was ascending back it's just the coolest name
I could think of Johnny says blitz Nate says bearinger Brody says archer the correct answer is
Schmidt oh Justin Schmidt Justin Schmidt got stung or bit by about 80 different insects to develop his
pain index that's on a scale of one to four one is the lowest level saying the pain generally
lasts about five minutes this group is where most small bees are at at level two you'll find the
bald faced hornet and yellow jacket at three is the red paper wasp and velvet ant and at four there
are only three insects those are the bullet ant the tarantula hot wasp and warrior wasp he described
the bullet ant pain as quote walking over flaming charcoal with a three inch nail embedded in your
heel for more on his work of getting stung by insects go listen to him on episode 208 of the
