Mar 19, 2024 | You're probably hearing all of mainstream media talk about the end of the 6% commission for Realtors nationwide as a result of the NAR (National Association of Realtors) lawsuit settlement.  As usual the complete over simplifying is leaving people in fear and confusion around what this actually means for Realtors/Buyers/Sellers in the long run.

Today we interview one of Orange County's seasoned Pros, Nestor Herrera, Realtor and Sales Manager for Re/Max Premier Realty out of Irvine, CA.  Because this bill is still a "proposed" settlement and many nuances and unintended consequences are still to be determined, it's important to have a voice of reason and authority offer their insight...that's where Nestor Herrera comes in.
