近年高雄城中城縱火案讓建物火災再在人心留下難滅的一筆，不過其實早在36年前，同樣是高雄市鹽埕區的金華地段，一棟當年叫做「龍生大廈」的建物也發生了奪走24條人命的火災慘案，而縱火起因竟然只是幾名青少年與卡拉OK店老闆的酒後口角？事件過後多年，即使改名「九龍大樓」，當地圍繞著這棟「凶宅」的靈異傳聞仍然不斷，本集由同樣來自高雄的鏡週刊社會組資深記者李育材，帶聽眾回顧這棟傳言中「高雄第一凶宅」的前世今生，也要回到科學視角，提醒火場逃生必要觀念！
