上一集有提到，商業週刊這集封面故事『瘋狂私校潮』，提到造成家長瘋狂的原因其中之一，就是教育正常化，教育部現今還更強力推出督導辦法，要嚴格執行並且組成督學、教育單位及家長代表的視察督導小組，無預警抽查學校，要處罰及對老師記過，教育部越管越多的結果，就是澆熄老師的教學熱忱，學生壓力越來越大，家長越來越焦躁，整個學校有越來越多的行政瑣事要處理，到底教育部要把學校、家長及孩子逼到什麼程度？
