其實這集本來就已經跟凱教練約好，不管結果是如何，比賽回來的這個禮拜，要來錄一集關於決賽的心得，很開心結果是我們所期望的，我們團隊替苗栗縣以及縣立苑裡高中帶回了第一座排球甲組聯賽的冠軍，所以本集的內容，主要就是會聊一聊關於在決賽前以及比完賽回來之後，我們的一些心得感想，另外高中組也會在4/11開始高中甲組聯賽的第一天賽程，地點在彰化縣立體育館，繼續努力gogogo。
