去幫課輔老師上課，年輕的老師們紛紛提出學生學習動機低落、學習態度不佳......的問題，讓老師們上起課來倍感辛苦。因此特地來錄一集回覆這些問題。
學習動機的問題，自然而然要回到如何提升內在動機來著手。
不過首先要先同理這些低成就的孩子，提升他們的學習成就雖然是我們的首要任務，然而想解決他們的學習問題，就必須先要解決他們的心遇到的困難。
其次，我們可以試著從內在動機的理論來著手，也試著給予年輕老師們一些教學上的建議：
