Welcome to Episode 6 of the Stay Wild, Trauma Child Podcast!

In Episode 6 we are discussing self awareness and how it can be used as an excuse to be an asshole, which in our opinion means you still have a ways to go on your healing journey, or maybeee you really just are an asshole, who knows?! 

We also discuss the areas in our own lives that we have become more self aware!
