Growing up on Norfolk Island, he faced a challenging upbringing, diagnosed with Asperger’s, Autism, and ADHD, leading to poor mental health and an inability to express my true self. After playing professional rugby from 12-18, he entered the business world at 18, driven by a need to prove myself. By 22, he owned 3 gyms but was burnt out, neglecting my own mental health and inner growth.

Despite outward success, he felt unfulfilled, chasing the wrong goals and struggling to find answers. After investing in personal development, he created the Inspired Life Method, combining business skills with personal growth strategies that transformed everything.

He sold two businesses, scaled back my hours, and gained the clarity to follow my true purpose. Today, he married the woman of my dreams, living a fulfilled life, and helping others achieve the same—without the costly mistakes I made along the way.
