Episode 143 is a rare live episode! It is the  the third and last   in a three-part series of episodes on the JFK Records Act featuring two expert lawyers  Andrew Iler and Mark Adamczyk who take us through the legal maze. We'll   explore the history of some of the withheld records and elements of the JFK Records Act that have impact on the continuing disclosure challenges  related to official records within the collection. In this last episode we pay particular attention to the Gannon Memo and its potentially devastating effects on the future disclosure of JFK Assassination Records.
